Several attempts were made on my behalf to reach the manager or supervisor. It's not the first time i'm transferred to the wrong person, their management is never available. Some employees answered with an un professional tone, attitude, and rudeness. Car problem wasn't solved. Picked up the vehicle the next morning, employees always have a serious look. No one addressed to me about anything, just brought the car over for me to take. No welcoming, no apology, no explanation. Worst experience ever. PRICE FORD YOUR NOTHING NICE :-((((( I purchased a new F 150 in July of 2017 for over $30,000. I purchased the maintenance plan for $2,000. I catch a nail in my right rear tire March 9th that develops a slow leak. I call Price Ford Service Department Friday March 13th. I asked if I could have my tire fixed under the warranty. I was told the warranty didn't cover fixing flat tires. I asked if I could have complimentary service to have my tire fixed. I was told NO. There would be a Service fee. I said Thank You and hug up the phone. Price Ford wasn't going to get another penny from me to fix my tire. I take my beautiful F 150 to Les Schwab in Ceres to have them fix my tire. I expected to pay a service fee. Les Schwab professionally fixed my tire. Surprise Surprise Surprise !! I was told " NO CHARGE " !! How Cool is that to have GOOD LUCK on Friday the 13th !! Professional Customer Care is how to treat consumers. Price Ford needs to learn how to treat past customers. Les Schwab will always have my business. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Too many issues to list but in short I took my truck in for a tiny oil leak and the service advisor was more frustrating than helpful. My truck was done on a Friday and I had to call in on the following Monday to see if it was ready. Nobody called me. When I went in to pick it up my rep wasn't there and nobody could find the paperwork. They found it finally and took my truck home. The next day that I drove it I had new issues wrong with my truck that were never there before. I had my truck towed in and called multiple times for updates and I received no response from the same advisor. I finally spoke to the manager who helped a bit but when the advisor took it back over there were many issues still. I almost didn't get a rental and a ride from work to the rental place because of the slowness at which this service department performed. I got a call to let me know my truck would be ready this time and I advised I would be in around 11-1130. When I showed up to get my truck at that time shockingly my service advisor was conveniently on lunch. They were able to find my paperwork this time but he made no notes to the fact that's was covered by my warranty so I had to wait for them to call him to ask what was going on. To be honest I am not even sure if they were honest in what was wrong with it the second time... But that is a review for the BAR. I got my truck and got home to find a letter in the mail saying there is a recall on my truck so I called backed to see if they checked for the recall and shocker they did not. So now I'm going to have to take my truck into a shop for the third time in two weeks. You would think it's common sense to check for recalls when servicing a vehicle. What a terrible dealership. They can't get anything right. First they came at me with a ridiculous lowball number for my trade in. So I left while the salesman was begging me to let him see if he could do better. Then they call me to tell me they will do $11,000 better than the original-offer. So I told them to write up the deal and Email it to me for the trade in and the new truck. Still the numbers were too high. Sent him a message to come down another $3,000+ and we have a deal. They did, so I went back and told them to make sure the financing is what I want or this deal was over before it even began. My credit is outstanding so no reason the rate to be high. Told them if it's over 4%, deal is off. These guys come back with 8.9%. I wasn't amused, I told them they now have 5 min to come back with less than 4%. Then still they come up with 4.9%. We left. They started to get us to stay but at some point you have to realize they are just going to keep messing with you so you have no choice but to go somewhere else. Found another truck, with more options. Made the deal, (a better deal actually) and got 3.5%. read more

No Rating for you!!!!! long story short. took 2013 ford flex in because key fob was not syncing. advised them before they took it back to nowhere land that the engine light recently went one. Well 2 hours later they said they couldn't check the key fob because the engine light was on and that in order to get the light off , I need 2 cat. converters and it would cost $2800. he then tells me that my flex has a lot of miles and that if it was up to him, he would just go buy a new car , while pointing to the lot of cars just sitting there. I told him he was crazy. very unprofessional and really didn't give a crap. will never step foot nor would I recommend this place. Oh and by the way all I had to do to sync my key fob was to disconnect my battery cable wait a few minutes and walla!!!! it synced.. as for my engine light , took it to a city mechanic and he told me my convertors aren't bad yet. Obviously this owner doesnt give a crap, If he did he would address the issues.. but oh well so sad. read more

We bought a 2014 Fusion almost 2 years ago. When I went in for my oil change I was informed that the free oil changes I receive because I bought my vehicle there are no longer going to be available now that Price ford are the new owners. It's upsetting to me that they would choose not to honor a contract that we had with Patchetts. We are due for our 30k maintenance, and we are starting to look for a truck for my husband, but after the 4 more oil changes they're "generously" giving me we will no longer take the Fusion there. We'll find somewhere else to have the maintenance done and purchase future vehicles. Also I read the response to another Yelp review, I'm a Realtor. One of the choices in buying from Patchetts was the free oil change. There's no way 5 oil changes will be anywhere even close to 2 years of oil changes for me. This is my first ford experience as I previously owned a Toyota. When I first went to the website I saw the "works " oil change for $39.95. I wanted to get my newer car established at a local dealership. I was also hoping to have my brakes looked at. I scheduled an appt. hoping perhaps that would save me some time. When I went in for the scheduled time, the gentleman at the front counter informed me he was giving me a "deal" for the works and charged me $45.79. The oil change for my practically new ford took 2 hours to complete. In the two hours sitting in the waiting room, things seemed a bit chaotic, not enough front desk support for those checking in/ picking up and perhaps short on mechanics? Just my impression. Oh, and the brakes? I had to ask a number of times if they had addressed my initial concern. I got my car back, and I think I got used to having it washed and vacuumed from my prior dealings at another dealership. It was a chunk of my workday and my car still needs to be cleaned. I'm not sure I'll be going back. read more

Knew what I wanted, so did a "Build and Price" on ford.com. Price Ford was the closest dealer that had something close in stock, so reached out to them for a price. Joseph sent me a quote showing the dealer discount and rebates, but the bitch is that he used the total before factory discount as the MSRP, showing the $1,250 factory discount as part of the dealer discount! I needed this truck, and there weren't any others in this configuration to be had in NorCal, so I went for it anyway. I made up for it (sort of) by financing for an additional $1,250 rebate, and then paying off the loan at the first payment, rather than paying cash for the vehicle. So, that's one star down. The other missing star is for the how not-clean the vehicle was. It was pretty filthy when we got there; Joseph said it had been parked out back where there was construction going on, but it would get cleaned prior to our departure. They gave it a half-assed wash, with windows smeared, God-knows-what all over the dashboard, and about a gallon of Armor All on the tires and engine. The tires had so much on them that it sprayed the windshield of my follow-vehicle going home, and the engine had puddles of it in the crevices. Had at it when we got home, and got it looking the way it should have looked when we left the dealership, but we shouldn't have had to correct their ineptitude. On the plus side, Joseph and the finance manager (can't remember her name) were both friendly, the facility is nice, and they got us out of there quickly. read more

I have purchased both of my cars through Patchett's ford because of their customer service and their lifetime oil changes. Now after Price Ford purchased them they are no longer offering the unlimited oil changes for customers who were under that plan. They are now offering a measly 5 free oil changes which is still better than nothing but nothing compared to the lifetime free oil changes. This is upsetting because Patchett's ford had an excellent service team, and it was nice knowing that I was having my car worked on by quality workers. Once I use the 5 free oil changes, I will now be taking my business else where. Spent another hour trying to determine if my credit was good enough. Eventually, the price we negotiated was thrown out the conversation because my credit was 680 - no clue how since myFICO.com reported 730. Anyway, as we decided to leave and they continued to search for lenders - a total of 15 + 8 + 7 inquiries were added to my Experian, Equifax and TransUnion reports. Dropped my rating by 40-50 points. Two days later, they call and say they will offer me the price we negotiated to begin with. Tell me, how can I rate this place any more than one star? read more

Service was sub par, brought in my 2012 Ford Fiesta was told they needed to rebuild the clutch, before they took it apart. I felt like they strong armed me to replace something that may or may not needed to be done. I was told by the service writer that he would work with me, but that I would only get a break on the price if I had the clutch rebuilt/replaced. Which for me saves me about 400 a year due to the miles I drive. They now have new owners and voided my contract. I will no longer shop here or get service here. No aggressive sales tactics and a willingness to allows us to change our minds and the cars that we chose . Financing was even simpler . Granted we have excellent credit but our experience has usually taken a lot longer . The staff here made it pleasurable . As one of the managers stated " we want you to be excited about getting your new car!"; and rather than being exhausted we were . They were a bit insistent on getting that "car jack" service but since our car was going to spend most of her life in covered garages we weren't that impressed with it . I was in the market for a commuter car because my SUV is giving me dreadful mileage. My research led me to the Ford Fiesta as numerous reviews touted it as a great combination of gas mileage, functionality and price. I requested a quote online from Cars.com and was frustrated by the deluge of calls and emails. Usually it's a call; follow by an email then more calls. Every sales rep was trying to lure me to come in for a test drive. I know the car dealerships' tricks and I steadfastly refused to set foot in a dealership until it is time to close the deal. But, the annoying calls and emails kept on coming. That is where Josh Lewis differentiated himself from the rest! I was contacted by Josh shortly after I made the inquiry. Josh's low key and professional approach is what kept me in contact even though I live 2-hour away from Turlock. Right away, Josh provided me with the dealership's inventory link and told me to search for the car that I like. I scanned the new car inventory and was surprise by the transparency. I was able to see the photos, options, dealership price and the window sticker of every Fiesta in stock. I emailed Josh on what I am interested in. Josh was totally up-front with the pricing. He informed me the dealership price listed is the absolute bottom-line price and the price is lower than the inventory price. Moreover, he told me to act before month end as the extra $500 dealer incentive will be gone. An honest car salesman is an oxymoron to many people but that's what sealed the deal for me. My wife and I found an SUV online and took a drive from San Jose to check it out. The GMC Envoy Denali was above and beyond what we expected for the price. Our salesman Joel was easy to work with no back and forth with pricing. We got to the price where my wife and I were comfortable and made the deal. The 3 year bumper to bumper warranty was cheaper then any other dealerships we went. On top of that, free oil changes for as long as we have the Envoy what could get better then that. The only reason I bought a car from patches Ford was because I figured I would save over $3000 over the lifetime of my vehicle in oil changes I found my car cheaper at other dealerships but the oil changes made it worth it I think they should have been obligated to offer a buyback program on these vehicles. Or the new owner had to carry this program over I get it's all legal but it's the right thing to do. On our trip from Palm Springs to Placerville our Excursion broke down. We had it towed here and spoke to Jeff the service writer. He quickly got our vehicle repaired and back to us the next day. It had blown a spark plug out of the V10 and required an insert plug which we had all 10 done and a coil pack. I can't thank these guys enough for getting us right back on the road! I enjoyed going into Patchetts Ford because it was friendly, great service and they knew my name. I have bought four cars over the years at Patchetts and recently went into get my car serviced for an oil change and it took way too long. While I was waiting for the oil change service I went looking into buying or leasing a new car. It was then I realized Price Ford knows nothing about their past customers, nor do they seem to want to. Furthermore, I was treated like I was a first time customer and for the first time felt like my needs were not being acknowledged. Very used car salesman approach to a LONG time customer. I felt scammed by the sales people, which is why will be buying cars somewhere else from this point forward. So let me just say that I will not be recommending this dealership. Here's my story... I found the vehicle I wanted online @ auto trader. I had been looking for many months and the vehicle was priced right. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Josh (who was very nice). I informed them I would be traveling from out of the area to come buy the vehicle. Josh picked me up at the train station and all seemed in order. I saw the vehicle for the first time and noticed that the items listed on the vehicle online were not all there, which was a disappointment but not a deal breaker. The dealership installs lo-jack on all their vehicles and i had requested to have this removed for personal reasons. When I showed up I was told that they had not removed it because It would have cost them money to do?? I over looked that as well. Once we were sitting in the dealership filling out paperwork I had asked that the vehicle be cleaned up because someone had done a poor detail job. I was told that the bosses policy was not to clean used vehicles! After some discussion it was agreed that they would clean it up for me. This is where I start getting up set. Then I start dealing with a finance guy in a suit. He is going over the terms with me and informs me that they are required by California to offer me a return policy but that it would cost me $75... My response to him was- wait so your telling me that you are charging me for a policy that California requires you to offer??- He tells me they do it because they are allowed to and that way people don't continually return vehicles after using them for only a couple days.. My thought is how many people are going to go through the hassle of a car purchase only to joyride the thing. Well I paid the $75 because it was a used vehicle. At this point I am not having a good time which sucks because getting a vehicle should be an exciting purchase. I get the keys and get in my newly purchased vehicle. I am driving away when I look at my gas gauge to see that they had let me leave with 1/4 tank!!! I have bought vehicles at my local dealership and have always been topped off before driving away. I have now had the vehicle for two weeks and the brakes are already squeaking and a check engine light just came on. I just don't understand why they nickel and dimed me and caused a horrible buying experience. The price of the vehicle was fair and they offer lifetime oil changes. This had the set up to be the best buying experience ever. Now I just feel buyers remorse. Had I not had to take a three hour train ride back home I would not have purchased the vehicle. To the dealership- use my review to help others. Don't treat people that are buying used cars like second hand buyers. Spending $35k on a truck is more than most new vehicles. Having been around the car buying industry I am aware that dealerships generally make more money on the sale of used vehicles as compared to new. read more
