Took me a while to get to this review. Apologies to the Price Plumbing team! Price plumbing helped me with a bunch of work on my new home: swapped out all valves and added new supply lines, changed out master bath tub fixtures, installed main line shut off and replaced corroded shut off for sprinklers. We ran into some issues with the main line joints leaking because the corroded pipes and crimping technique did not match well. The owner was great about the issue and brought in someone to solder the joints water tight. He also came by to help figure out how to get the ground wire fixture corrected. Overall, the job had some curve balls but the customer service and responsiveness were excellent. Really nice family run business owner is so nice. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs. I was in need to finally fix a problem hot water leak under my kitchen sink. I could tell this problem has been there for a while bc I saw a hole on the cabinet floor board under the leak. The previous tenants of our home must of ignored the leak for a long time. I found Price Plumbing in Yelp by asking for a quote through Yelp with a few plumbers listed on Yelp. Price Plumbing was the first to respond that same day! They are open 7 days a week which was a plus bc my original plumber does not work on weekends. I was able to make an appointment on Sunday which is one of my days off. On Sunday Charles came to my house and fixed my leak under the kitchen sink. It took several attempts but no the leak is gone! He even worked on 2 frozen shut off valves in my bathroom under my bathroom and replaced it with 2 brand new shut off valves. Later that evening, I noticed that my cold water shut off valve was leaking so I called Charles ASAP. He was apologetic and came the next day to fix it for free. Thank you Charles! Price plumbing saved my leaks and I will use them again. Charles said they do remodeling too so if I am in need of a remodeling I will call them. read more

TLDR; I'd avoid using their service due to bad reliability issues. Ricky has done a couple of jobs for me and the work he did had been good. However the last job he failed to complete yet asked to be paid in whole which I obliged as I figured he'd honor his word. He said he would come back and finish it. On two separate occasions I scheduled a time with him and he told me he'd come by yet didn't show the whole day despite communicating he would be arriving soon throughout the day. It's now been over a month. I've wasted two whole days waiting for him and I've given up working with him at this point. It's not worth my time or frustration waiting further. Disappointed as the work he did was decent but his reliability has been absolutely terrible and now I will have to schedule a different plumber and pay them again to do work I've already paid some one to do. I had originally contacted Price Plumbing for work on a Sunday morning at 10AM, but just 10 minutes before they were set to arrive they said they would be late. Then an hour later I get asked if they can come at 1PM, ok no problem I can work with that. Come 1:45 they say the guys can't make it and the owner is sick and can maybe come at night. Look, I get it, good labor is hard to find but I had a tight window of time that I can be making repairs while my tenants are trying to enjoy their Sunday and it was not a great experience. Ultimately I went with another plumber who had coincidentally contacted me that same morning after not hearing from him for a couple of days. He did the work the next day. Keeping it at 3/5 stars because communication was quick and responsive, and the quote was good compared to the bigger plumbers. It was about the same as the guy who eventually ended up doing the work. I'm sure they do great work but maybe need to work on reliability. read more

Want an HONEST plumber? Call Richard! Called Price Plumbing yesterday and got a voicemail...3 minutes later I got a call back and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Richard (the owner) showed up this morning and was able to unclog the drain however due to some rusted piping under the house (possible problem) we were unable to complete the fix. Something we will have the owner fix. Richard was kind enough to offer to come back in the event it clogs again until we get the piping fixed so our kids dont have to shower in a pool of water. I called many plumbers about my electric on demand water heater needing replacement and service valves installed as the old one was not installed correctly. I had THREE plumbers come and stare--and do nothing. All after telling me they were familiar with electric on demand heaters. These guys (Price) were reasonable by the hour as well as all FIVE star reviews so I thought they'd be great. Though nice, the person sent told me he was not actually the company I called--that he had his own company and was helping out...? Huh??? He had not a clue what to do. I spoke with the person in charge and he knew what I needed but this guy did not, so Huh? I emailed...they said they'd look into it. I just had my bathroom repaired by Price Plumbing and E.P.K. (the two of them, Richard and Ed, work together, also Ron the carpenter) and they did a great job on a complicated project for an affordable price. The toilet flange had been leaking for a while and had rotted through the plywood and was dragging cracking the ceramic tile. It entailed replacing all that plus a bunch of connecting fixture. They had to work in the crawl space of the house and above. I had tried twice before to get other estimates but neither got back to me after looking at it. They were efficient, finishing the job in about 3 days and left the site nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would use either again if I had a plumbing issue. read more

Richard (the owner) answered my call and I told him straight up about my water heater problem. I told him him I don't know where to start and I've never done this before.
