So I drove from Columbus only to test drive the a 2020 Nissan Leaf S. The rotors were a little warped but they made it right. Spoke with Z and he was wonderful the entire time. Made sure everything was right. Wasn't ever pushy, never followed me around. I had to take time out to eat lunch and think. He was totally cool and let me do me. Couples thing's to note, the salesman have no control over prices. But I got a really good deal as advertised so I was happy. They seem to be pretty busy. my son purchased a car in September (2018 Dodge Journey) in less than three months. The car had two major repairs costing over $3000. I went into the store to talk with the manager, he spent the whole conversation trying to justify that cars need repairs and all cars are different. I explained to him that my car has way more miles and is older and have never had major repairs on it. He literally laughed and said he wasn't going to do anything about it. I was completely lied to on what model of vehicle I was getting and was told I would be reached out to by the owner within a day and it took over a week to get a response from Denny, this should be a pressing matter as advertising fraud is kind of illegal... he responded and said he refused to call me and would NOT be adjusting the car price in any way. (Details to follow) The vehicle tag and ALL listings showed it being a Kia EV6 GT Line AWD I got a EV6 Wind AWD.... This is the step down and the price point was for a higher GT line model. Every single item showed this being the item and the VIN only comes up as RWD/WIND/GT so you cannot distinguish unless you personally know all the separating features of this vehicle which has 8 models!!! Heck it even said it had a sunroof on one of the listings and that wasn't the screenshot I compared it to when first looking so I didn't even realize. Aside from that though all the other features are subtle, something that nobody would almost ever notice unless they knew. This is a $5k difference in vehicle models, I'm very upset. I bought a 2024 Ford Edge SEL with 18K miles on it. I got a great car and a great price. I found Price Pro online and stopped by to check out Ford Edges when I was in Toledo. Brandon was the first sales person to approach me. He was very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions and checked which vehicles were in inventory. I had to leave (personal appt.) and I called a few days later, Brandon was off that day, but I spoke to Z and arranged to stop in and test drive the Edge I was interested in. Steer clear of PricePro if you value your money, patience, and peace of mind. This "stealership" is the epitome of dishonesty, selling vehicles that barely hold together once they're off the lot. Their inventory may look decent on the surface, but the cars are riddled with hidden cosmetic and mechanical issues that'll drain your wallet as soon as you drive away. I bought a Toyota Tundra from PricePro on April 20, 2023, and drove three hours from Cleveland to their dealership. On my way home, parts flew off the front of the truck on the turnpike, scratching paint off the hood and roof. The "reconditioning" they advertised was shockingly poor. After inspecting the truck, I realized how little they actually did. I have photos of the damage and extensive email communication with Denny Walerius. Initially, I spoke with Wendi Eldred, who directed me to Denny. Yet, all my concerns about the vehicle's safety and the damage were ignored. Denny outright told me they wouldn't resolve the issues, stating I should "expect problems from buying a used vehicle"--a ridiculous excuse from a dealership specializing in used cars. The sales tactics at PricePro are equally unethical. They lure you in with promises of great deals, but once the paperwork is signed, their true colors show. They're masters at squeezing every dollar with inflated prices. Don't be fooled by any warranties they offer; their "protections" are as flimsy as their "word," designed to dodge responsibility for the inevitable issues you will--not might--experience. Need post-sale support? Good luck. PricePro's customer service vanishes the moment you leave the lot. Calls are ignored, complaints brushed off, and any attempts to address the poor condition of their vehicles are met with indifference. In short, PricePro operates on a foundation of deceit, prioritizing profit over ethics. Avoid this place like the plague--your wallet and sanity will thank you. **Pictures of the interior center console and cabin filter were taken the day after I bought the truck. Discovered the next morning as I started to investigate just how badly they "reconditioned" the truck. In the pictures of the hood, you can see that they attempted to fix the brackets where the screws are on the chrome molding by using JB-Weld epoxy. The "repair" they made failed and broke loose while I was driving on the Ohio Turnpike, (70mph) smacking the hood and roof of the cab. This scratched and gouged into the paint and luckily there was no traffic behind me as it may have caused a wreck. The hood molding is a heavy, chrome plated ABS plastic part, weighing about 15 pounds and is the size of a 4 foot long 4x4 fence post. If this would have struck a vehicle behind me it could have killed someone. Denny and PricePro did not care and flat out told me they were not responsible. **I made PricePro fully aware that I would be sharing the truth of the experience and the facts how PricePro chose to handle issues and problems. Denny is a dirt bag and PricePro is a shady, unethical company. In my Google review, PricePro responded and validated my claim in their response by attempting to justify their attitude by pointing out that "I purchased an 8 year old truck". This is an absurd statement considering they are selling the "8 year old (reconditioned) truck". Also, when I mentioned returning the vehicle for a refund, Denny told me "no, PricePro will only offer an exchange.". These are facts and true statements backed up by evidence of what happened. Quite literally 1 hour after I left their dealership. Not a day or two or a week or month. Literally 1 hour, about 65 miles away while headed back to Cleveland from their dealership on the Ohio Turnpike and parts are flying off the truck. I have given ample time for Denny and PricePro to make things right, but they choose not to, hence my reviews are being shared. 1 star is more than PricePro deserves and they know it. Same problem on day 3 and they told me it happened to be another bad battery yet they told my daughter they replaced the alternator however couldn't give her any paperwork to verify that. On line buyers do not assume anything with this company. I purchased a 2021 Mercedes end of May. When the car arrived I was very disappointed that it did not have any mats, it did not have any owners manuals and it has some body damage that was not disclosed, I ook it to a local body shop and they ae telling me it a minimm of $1,700 to repair. I also discovered that the 4matic system is inoperable, something that they mus have been aware of. I am hoping it is covered by the new car warranty. But either way I have to hassle with this. I recommend shopping with caution and having a full inspection done with a reputable shop! The two stars given are for my sales person who I believe was honest. I was an out of town shopper and am from the area originally with family local, so was looking at a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. I worked with Z Mehdi who as helpful as he could have been in my opinion. He was nice enough to drive the vehicle over to Smitty's where I had a full inspection done. That inspection was worth every penny. I knew from running the VIN that the vehicle was a repo and little else. I requested from price pro the records of what they did to the car once they got it in, which they provided. That list included a tire they replaced. Well, Smittys found that all 4 wheels were bent, and all 4 tires were at completely different tread depths, 1 very low. Pricepro after some negotiation said they would replace the wheels but only if I paid for half of the cost. I already had an issue with this, as they didn't inspect the car well enough to find these issues in the first place. They offered a wheel repair at no cost to me, but I was not comfortable with that knowing the level of damage detailed to me by Smitty's. At this point, despite all of this, I was understanding enough and still willing to buy the car. I was told the replacement replica wheels were ordered and the car would be ready by the end of the week. So I booked a flight and flew up. Friday rolls around and I stopped in to ask if the car was ready. I was told it wouldn't be ready until the following Monday, and I needed to return to work by then. Unfortunately at this point I decided to go elsewhere and purchase another car. All of this being said, I do believe my sales person, Z, did everything in his power to help. Had the manager opted for expedited shipping for the wheels, maybe I would be driving a different car today. But I'm happy with what I ended up with from another dealer, so I have no hard feelings. I do feel it's essential to share my experience and HIGHLY recommend you have a THOROUGH inspection done! The folks over at Smitty's told me there was substantial vibrations when driving that increased at high speeds. Had I been naive enough to trust price pro and buy this car as it was I could've run into dangerous problems driving the car home to Alabama. Be cautious and do your due diligence. Do not even attempt to do business with them and especially not John Meyer.  He put us through the ringer and he cannot be trusted.  My husband spent hours working w this man to purchase a car.  We were told we had the car via phone and email.  We received the papers via UPS  and immediately signed and sent from UPS store with a check. We also scanned the papers with the  UPS confirmation and sent via email.  We called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm and John Meyer avoided our calls. Finally at 5:30 he called to inform us that he sold the car to someone else.  The car was for my 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday next week. This place came highly recommended by two people I know. I was trying to buy an affordable car for my mom. We showed up right when they opened after coordinating 4 vehicles we wanted to see and test drive. Spent half a day testing them out and finally decided to make a buy. We worked out a price and logistics. We drove 30 minutes back to my moms house to drop off her old car and then back. The salesman then says, oh sorry I just realized this car was sold to a dealer yesterday. So after 6 hours, negotiating price and discussing financing we can't even buy it. Absolute joke. The salesman was either lying or was just inept at his job. Wasted our whole day and didn't even have the professionalism to call and tell us before we drove all the way back. I'll never send any business to this place. While the price premium over wholesale is lower here vs. most dealers, they are not very thorough in their inspections and do not stnd by their sales and commitment if anything goes wrong even a few days after purchase. We bought a BMW GT from them last year and a couple of weeks later had ~$3000 worth of repairs needed, plus the retractable roof inside cover was jammed. They refused to pay for all of this, despite the fact that these things SHOULD have been seen during their so called thorough inspection process. Recently purchased a BMW with very low miles, 1 owner from Sage who was a great, informative salesman. What I like most about Price Pro are their LOW PRICES and NO PRESSURE SALES and NO DEALER FEES! I'm from TN and tried shopping in Atlanta for luxury vehicles but they get you with $700-$1000 in dealer fees so bought at price pro who had a very small documentation fee and that's it! Sage was exceptional because he sent me videos, pictures of the inside and underside of the car when I asked. I had an inspection at a local shop and sage dropped and picked the car up for me too. They even sent a car to pick me up from the airport and had the transaction done within 20 minutes and had me on the road home with my new car. Highly recommend!! read more

Bought a 2011 Volkswagen with only 60k miles on it the engine went out less than a year. Took it to the volkswagen service shop and they said Price Pro have brought alot of their vehicles in their business know exactly what is wrong with the car but they refuse to fix everything. So they basically sell cars that are worth way less than what they are worth to innocent people. Total engine repair is 8k and the car was only worth 10k. read more

Service was non-existant. I walked the lot for several minutes looking at potential vehicles. No one came out to see if I needed assistance. I finally walked into the showroom thinking someone would acknowledge my presence and answer a couple of questions that I had. Nope. I went up to their self help screen and browsed the inventory while several (presumed) sales persons sat at their computers. Despite standing there for approx 15 minutes no one ever even said "Hello." I walked out the door. I bought a 2015 infiniti sport model about a month ago. The service was good while I was there. After the test drive I did notice an issue with the brakes. I brought it to the salesman attention and he offered to replace the rear brakes. He also said the car was still under warranty and assured me that their mechanics have done a thorough inspection and the car was clean as can be. This was not the case. I still noticed some brake issues on my way home which was 2 hours away from the dealership. I took the car to the infiniti dealership in my hometown and they let me know about quality of work that was done at the dealership. First, the car had too much oil in it. Second, there was air in the brake lines. Third, when the mechanics worked on the replacing the rear pads they installed the wrong caliper pins which were rattling around. I am not a mechanic but all the work that was needed on the car seemed pretty basic and if they screwed that up who knows what else could go wrong. I called the salesman after learning about this and he did not seem to care. He said I could bring the car back and they would do the work at their shop. I was not going to put my life or other peoples lives in danger driving a car with terrible brakes and overflowing oil 2 hours back to the dealership. I payed around $500 bucks to get my car fixed. I told the salesman all of this and he just rushed me off the phone and said send them my invoice but assured me his boss would not cover the repairs. That was several weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them. It seems like all pricepro cares about is flipping their cars, not the quality or customer service one should receive when buying a car. read more

I wanted to return the car the day after I bought it and was told by the salesperson (Z) AND the President (Denny Walerius) that all sales were final and that they do not take returns. This is against the law, because you have 3 days to return a car!! They do not car about their customers!! I was completely misled and taken advantage of... they are shady and dishonest!! I went to look at a van for Carrie my wife ( which is 8 months pregnant.)over a week and a half ago to find out they hadn't received the van yet. So last Friday we went out to get the trade in value of our Ford Flex. They message me Monday that the van will be in this past Tuesday. I go out and inspect the van and it is exactly what she wanted so I have them send over a purchase order to our credit union. Well the salesman ( Ric Gonzales ) screwed up the purchase order twice and was off on Wednesday. Yesterday Ric calls Carrie and acts like other people are interested and rushing us even though he has dropped the ball on us all week. I call the dealership and talk to a Joe and explain whats going on because all we have to do is sign bank papers and we are coming to get van on Friday. Joe assures me that he will handle it and see me on Friday. Well we get in the car to head out and buy van ( also bank has paid for van already) and the coward salesman sends me a text message to tell me that the van has been sold to someone else. We are beyond furious and upset with the poor business practices of this dealership. We have spoke with everyone at the lot and pretty much was because we chose to go through our own financing and the dealer doesn't get the kick back the van was sold out from under us. Wow Just Wow. I couldn't be happier not only with the way I was treated but the service I received from Z at PricePro. I traveled an hour and a half to pick up the car I ended up purchasing. When I contacted PricePro Z not only promised to send me pictures of the car but actually sent them super quick of even the littlest of details cosmetically. When I got to the dealership not only was he professional and easy to work with but I didn't feel like I was being sold. I didn't feel like because I'm a woman and going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle by myself I had to haggle (my favorite thing about PricePro is they give you the best price straight up!) I didn't feel sexualized demoralized or anything that I have felt at other dealerships just respected like a normal human being. I can't imagine buying cars anywhere else, thanks Z for being amazing and for always getting back to me super quickly with any questions or concerns.
