Unfortunately, within mere moments of glancing at the leak he said, "wow that's bad" without even conducting a proper inspection. He then quoted us $800 for what appeared to be a straightforward minor repair. As a parent trying to keep my family safe and maintain our home, the audacity of this behavior really put a stain on this company. When you have three little ones depending on you, every dollar counts toward their needs, and this quote felt like someone trying to take advantage of our situation. I strongly urge other families to get multiple estimates before committing to any work with this company. We all deserve honest, fair pricing not to be price-gouged when we're just trying to take care of our homes and families. I requested service for a tankless water heater not producing hot water. The tech shows up and asked a few questions. He then says I have a few options but they all cost money. Obviously I know stuff is not free. All he was trying to do was get me to buy a new tankless water heater from them. He never even diagnosed the problem. He then goes to his truck and says he going to write up a few quotes. He never comes back and just leaves. I flush the system for 45 minutes and works perfect. Don't waste your time. They say they come out for free which is great but all they wanna do is get you to buy new items from them. Tech was nice but just not very helpful. read more

Dan, Austin, and the rest of the team that worked on our sewer main issue and liner install did such amazing work, I can't recommend them enough! They were there when they said they'd be there. They quoted a price and worked hard to make sure their service was worth the money and within that budget. Our plumbing situation threw a bunch of curve balls at all of us, but I never felt like I couldn't rely on their assessment or as if they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. We were in panic mode, thinking we would have to take out a massive loan for a root that collapsed our sewer main in the middle of the street. Dan and Austin came in, scoped out the situation, knew exactly what we were facing and that they could handle it. Great responsiveness when I reached out for a quote to replace a PRV. They required an onsite visit to provide an estimate, which is annoying, but understandable. They quoted $1,250.25. I instead had the service done for $750 by a different plumbing company. (It's a ~$500 part, and usually 30-60 minutes of work to swap it out). I can't speak to the quality of the work; but their pricing would not have me calling them again unless no one else answered. read more

Since we've been hearing water running through our home for about a month. I reached out to Pride Plumbing, Steve came out on a Wednesday. Informed us it was a slab leak, the cost and all the details, pros and cons. After I determined it was best to just re-pipe our whole home since it is 34 years old. Instead of doing patch work, and end up paying more later. Steve explained the whole process in detail with me. Explained it would take 2 days, one day for the plumbing and one day to re-drywall. Steve scheduled his plumbers to come out the next day, Thursday to do the repiping of our home. Then the next day Friday the drywall crew came out and re-dry wall everything they opened up at no extra cost. Then the following week, Tuesday (today) they had a cleaning crew from Maids 2000 come out and deep clean our home (everywhere work was done). I was surprised they offered this and paid for it themselves. My wife was so pleased with the cleaning crew, she decided to hire them for a monthly service. Though all this, Steve kept in contact with me through every step of the way. He called and texted me to assure and follow up with me if everything going good. I called Pride Plumbing on a recommendation from a family member when I had a plumbing leak. Austin was able to come out same day within an hour. After he and some others from Pride evaluated the problem (including the owner Mike), they realized I had a cold slap leak. I went ahead with the recommendation to get my house repiped with Pex. This was done only through the walls and completed (thanks to the fact I was lucky enough to have 2 of their lead repiping people and work team all working on it) in 6 hours. The next day the drywall repair people came out and were able to patch up all the holes in a day. They also include a cleaning service to come perform a cleaning on all the rooms that were affected. Though it is not cheap to get your house repiped, their prices were comparable to other plumbing companies and most cannot promise to complete the job in 2-3 days (they also might dig through your floors). I was very impressed with the professionalism of the repiping team, as well as the drywall repair people. They cover everything in plastic that might get affected, clean up after their day's work, and do quality work. I was also thankful to my initial technician Austin, who also was available to answer any questions during the process. Mike the owner of the business also was thorough in explaining the issue and solutions to my plumbing problem. Our problem had already been diagnosed during a previous plumbing visit, but the fix required a replacement shower fixture, pipe work and drywall work as well, so a follow up appointment for labor was required.
