I requested service for a tankless water heater not producing hot water. The tech shows up and asked a few questions. He then says I have a few options but they all cost money. Obviously I know stuff is not free. All he was trying to do was get me to buy a new tankless water heater from them. He never even diagnosed the problem. He then goes to his truck and says he going to write up a few quotes. He never comes back and just leaves. I flush the system for 45 minutes and works perfect. Don't waste your time. They say they come out for free which is great but all they wanna do is get you to buy new items from them. Tech was nice but just not very helpful. read more

Great responsiveness when I reached out for a quote to replace a PRV. They required an onsite visit to provide an estimate, which is annoying, but understandable. They quoted $1,250.25. I instead had the service done for $750 by a different plumbing company. (It's a ~$500 part, and usually 30-60 minutes of work to swap it out). I can't speak to the quality of the work; but their pricing would not have me calling them again unless no one else answered. read more

Dan, Austin, and the rest of the team that worked on our sewer main issue and liner install did such amazing work, I can't recommend them enough! They were there when they said they'd be there. They quoted a price and worked hard to make sure their service was worth the money and within that budget. Our plumbing situation threw a bunch of curve balls at all of us, but I never felt like I couldn't rely on their assessment or as if they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. We were in panic mode, thinking we would have to take out a massive loan for a root that collapsed our sewer main in the middle of the street. Friendly and knowledgeable, I don't feel like they were there to make a profit but rather that they were there to help. The estimate was scheduled for 2 hours after I called in requesting help, and they showed up on time and were able to give the estimate in minutes. Mike was able to point out accurately several problems with our home straightaway. With the plumbing services they provided, they showed us exactly what was going on for transparency helped us to understand what to expect given our old pipes and home and helped us be more prepared for home ownership. Had an emergency Friday evening, called pride plumbing, and had them scheduled to come out Saturday early morning. Bill and Adam with pride plumbing arrived Saturday morning as advised. I gave bill and Adam a brief of what occurred Friday evening and they immediately got to work on diagnosing the issues. Since we've been hearing water running through our home for about a month. I reached out to Pride Plumbing, Steve came out on a Wednesday. Informed us it was a slab leak, the cost and all the details, pros and cons. After I determined it was best to just re-pipe our whole home since it is 34 years old. Instead of doing patch work, and end up paying more later. Steve explained the whole process in detail with me. Explained it would take 2 days, one day for the plumbing and one day to re-drywall. Steve scheduled his plumbers to come out the next day, Thursday to do the repiping of our home. Then the next day Friday the drywall crew came out and re-dry wall everything they opened up at no extra cost. Then the following week, Tuesday (today) they had a cleaning crew from Maids 2000 come out and deep clean our home (everywhere work was done). I was surprised they offered this and paid for it themselves. My wife was so pleased with the cleaning crew, she decided to hire them for a monthly service. Though all this, Steve kept in contact with me through every step of the way. He called and texted me to assure and follow up with me if everything going good. I couldn't be more pleased with all 3 crews that came by that worked here in our home! Called in due to prior work that was done on a purchase up in Lake Arrowhead, the call was made Friday morning, the dispatch reviewed based on address prior work done, within minutes a manager called to go over what happen, they city reported that there was a leak somewhere and had to cut the water supply until checked with a plumber... Well with a bit of a panic I expressed concerns with the Pride Plumbing Team, within the same afternoon they dispatched Bill. Ironically Bill was familiar with with the property and extensive work they did prior. Bill checked it out, and was very detailed to explain what he observed and was kind enough to offer to come back when we are there present to make sure all was covered. Great follow up! Better yet there was a loose exterior exhaust plumbing pipe coming out of the roof, he and his team resealed and secure it at no cost! I called Pride Plumbing on a recommendation from a family member when I had a plumbing leak. Austin was able to come out same day within an hour. After he and some others from Pride evaluated the problem (including the owner Mike), they realized I had a cold slap leak. I went ahead with the recommendation to get my house repiped with Pex. This was done only through the walls and completed (thanks to the fact I was lucky enough to have 2 of their lead repiping people and work team all working on it) in 6 hours. The next day the drywall repair people came out and were able to patch up all the holes in a day. They also include a cleaning service to come perform a cleaning on all the rooms that were affected. Though it is not cheap to get your house repiped, their prices were comparable to other plumbing companies and most cannot promise to complete the job in 2-3 days (they also might dig through your floors). I was very impressed with the professionalism of the repiping team, as well as the drywall repair people. They cover everything in plastic that might get affected, clean up after their day's work, and do quality work. I was also thankful to my initial technician Austin, who also was available to answer any questions during the process. Mike the owner of the business also was thorough in explaining the issue and solutions to my plumbing problem. Our problem had already been diagnosed during a previous plumbing visit, but the fix required a replacement shower fixture, pipe work and drywall work as well, so a follow up appointment for labor was required. He estimated the time to repair and was very straightforward reviewing the procedures and estimated cost. Since we already had the replacement parts, labor was the only cost. Ultimately, the job took almost exactly as long as he estimated and everything is working properly again. Update: after the response from the owner, I went back and looked at my messages to them. Here was the exact response from then on pricing "Typically for a kitchen sink stoppage it would be between $180-350 depending on what needs to be done to clear the line". I then told them I had already snaked it and thought that it needed to be jetted. I said then what determines the large price gap and they said whether or not there is a clean out and what all needs to be done. Nothing about all that includes is something you have already done. Like I said before do NOT take their pricing as what will completely fix the issue. There will always be an add on that will cost way more but be the right way to fix it. read more

My sink in the kitchen was clogged up and I thought it would be an easy fix, but Pride Plumbing was able to find a bigger issue with the rusted pipes due to the house being over 60 years old. They were able to reroute the kitchen and laundry pipes and replace what was needed with better material avoiding having to tear up the flooring inside. That was a big relief. I had used Pride Plumbing once before to replace all of the water lines and I am very happy on both counts. I got to know the guys by name and they were all very pleasant and respectful. The toilet flooded in the middle of the day unexpectedly, leaking water through the wall downstairs. I did a quick Yelp search and found Pride Plumbing, as they were able to come out the quickest, and same-day. Aiden L arrived exactly as scheduled. He was able to diagnose the problem, give us a referral for cleaning out the wall, and stayed until he saw that the toilet had been fixed (husband fixed that part). He followed up with the referral so I wouldn't have to explain everything all over again to someone new. EDIT/CAUTION: It looks like we do have some water damage to our house and will be needing a Restoration company. The company they referred us to has been shady to work with. And from what I have learned, they may get a cut of the referral costs, leading to higher cost of services for me.
