Great Service !!! Very Patient!! Request for Brian!!!!!! Service provider Brian made my day with such superior service !!! My truck needed a tow to the mechanic and I contacted my insurance because I get free towing up to 25 miles, they requested a tow for me but didn't tell them my vehicle was in a garage so when the tow first arrived it was the wrong type of truck being that it couldn't get into the garage. I was so frustrated , tired and hungry which is not a good mix. When Brian arrived in the correct truck to tow my vehicle he called me upon arrival, he assured me that he would take good care of my vehicle, he apologized (even though it was in no way his fault) for what happen and quickly started prepping my vehicle for the tow. He ask me where was it being towed and once I told him he even made me feel like I made a great decision choosing that mechanic. Brian help me to have such a peace of mind, I Received Excellent Service and Definitely the next time I will Request Pride Towing and will definitely ask for Brian! I Recommend!!!

I called StateFarm for roadside assistance and they outsourced me to this company. The estimated arrival was 60 minutes. StateFarm sent me a link to see if they were on their way, but lo and behold 30 minutes later, there's no update, so I texted to cancel at that point after seeing all the reviews. Even at the one hour mark, there's no update on that tracker as seen on the image. I called StateFarm to cancel it since I didn't get a confirmation or anything from the text to cancel and StateFarm notified me they did. I get a call from someone from the towing company and they asked if I needed a jumpstart, I responded back saying I called my insurance to cancel like 30 mins ago and the guy mutters "no way..". I guess their dispatcher didn't even call their own employee that a client cancelled. If you're actually coming, you should notify the person via text or call. From what it looked like on my end, nobody was on their way when I checked at the half hour mark. And for the respect of your employees, you should tell them if there's been a change or cancellation.

Damaged my car and had me help operate using machinery! Very unprofessional and didn't care for my safety or well-being. I waited over an hour and the guy told me "I am his last client" and wanted to be at home. Didn't make me feel good!! Stay far away!

See the pictures! That's what happens when you use Pride Towing and Recovery! The driver "Nick" destroyed my car and hit another car (Infinity 2017) on the process of trying to get my car on his truck bed. When he realized that he did, Nick took off! I contacted the owner of the Infinity and gave him the information of Pride Towing and Recovery. The officers called the company and offer the chance for the driver to come back and exchange information and he refused, so he earned a hit and run charge.

Quoted 1 hour to arrival. Actually took 2 hours. Phone guy refused to answer questions just kept saying it was 5 minutes out. That's all they say even when it's been 30 minutes more. Bunch of liars. Call elsewhere. DO NOT USE. Ok to add to this story, I called again after an additional 25 minutes, the operator said 5 minutes more. After another 15 minutes driver showed up. Apologized for being late and lied about the direction he came from. Then didn't know how to lower the tire from under the SUV. 2 starts to google "Acura QX80 Lower spare tire" complains that it's not coming up, to which my 11 year old son says,"try Infiniti QX80" LOL!! I was cracking up. Two YouTube videos later he figured it out with some help from me. Then proceeds to jack up the car from the passenger side. I then point out the very obvious flat is on the driver side. LOL. Seriously, had I know it was going to take this long I could have done it myself and should have. Anyhow, as he is releasing the jack it kicks up and dings my car door. To which he complains about me making a big deal about it and that he's doing me a favor changing my tire? Really, that's the job to change the tire, be on time and do it with a Smile. I told him, it's not a big deal and could probably be fixed with some airbrushing and a ding removal guy. He complains that I'm causing problems. He did finally accept responsibility for it and offered to pay $50 towards the repair but didn't have the money now. To text him tomorrow. Unbelievable experience. To say a complete cluster F would be an understatement.

3 hours I'm waiting, 5 times the dispatcher lied to me. He avoided my calls, insane these people. STAY AWAY!!

Insane, see pic. They were 3 hours off the original ETA, I would call the dispatcher and he kept saying 15 minutes, 5 times he said they would be here in 15 minutes. Then he started to avoid my call so I used google voice to call from another line, he picked up then hung up. Possibly the worst company in the existence of time, their is no way you are this bad off that you can't find someone else. I'm telling you it's better to push your car 75 miles up a cliff than call these idiots

The worst tow company in the world!! My husbands car broke down in a busy intersection... called my insurance company, they dispatched out this tow company. Tow company gave an ETA of one hour: 3 hours later still NO TOW!!!! And the male dispatcher is a panty waisted little turd. He was so very rude!! A little compassion and honest go a long way. #TurdBoy

I needed my car towed this morning, and by some stroke of luck, roadside assistance sent Justin my way.

Because of these issues, I have been unable to retrieve my car for 10 days. I drove to the address listed online (174 W. Lincoln Ave, Unit 532, Anaheim, CA 92805), but it appears to be a UPS Store with a mailbox rather than a customer service office. On the first day, I was told I could pay an additional $300 or wait because they were "busy." Based on my experience, I did not believe they were actually that busy, and I felt pressured to pay the extra fee to get faster service. I plan to contact Toyota Financial to report my experience, as this company is one of its third-party contractors. I also intend to file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office: https://oag.ca.gov/consumers and other government organizations, too. I believe both the contractor and Toyota Financial should review these business practices and ensure customers are treated fairly. If you are considering using this company, I encourage you to research them carefully and read customer reviews before making a decision. I hope the appropriate authorities investigate these issues so other consumers do not have the same experience. I can't even get my belongings from my car, and my phone is inside the car too, so I can't receive calls.

We arrived at the exact SAME time as the tow truck like literally behind the truck , just BEFORE they pulled the car into the gate, but they refused to let us retrieve it. Even though we arrived before 5:00 p.m, they still charged us an after-hours fee. We ended up paying over $540--almost $600 to get our car back, even though it had been there for less than an hour. The charges felt completely unreasonable. To make things even worse, the employee who processed our payment , said this to my friends while she's pulling out her car , "she's not too smart huh " as if he was calling her stupid. That was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. My friend was visibly upset and crying, and instead of showing any compassion, the employee told her that there was "no need to be angry." They showed absolutely no empathy or understanding for the situation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. People don't know what someone else is going through or what their financial situation is. They don't know if those $600 were money you desperately needed for something else or if losing that amount completely throws off your monthly budget. Instead of treating people with kindness and respect during an already stressful situation, they make the experience even worse and treat it like it's something to laugh about.
