We stumbled upon a sign for A-Z Upholstery, and set up an appointment to have the arms re-upholstered. It wasn't worth ordering new matching leather for the job, but Ed had some scraps of leather pretty close to the original, so we took a chance on it blending. His estimate was reasonable, and we didn't even have to leave the car, so no lost transportation while the work was being done. He removed the armrests for us on his own time and tools, and once they were finished we returned to pick them up. He even helped get the armrests re-attached to the seats. They look fabulous, and though the armrests are slightly darker leather than the original, they blend well overall. Nice job, fair price. Will use him again when services are needed.

They ordered the part and a couple days later it came in and took it back to them and install was very quick. And reasonably priced. Will recommend. Have used them in the past for a window that got shattered on my wife's car and my wife's new car had a chip in the windshield and DAG came out and changed out the windshield. Nothing but good things to say about the people and the work they do. The only gripe I can remotely say I have is with the waiting room. I'm a big guy and waiting for my truck I waited and the waiting room is pretty sparse with what seems like old school house desk chairs. Just upgrade the chairs and it would make a big difference.

Requested a replacement windshield and got an aftermarket nonconforming windshield, had to wait…read moreextra days for install as they ordered the wrong windshield originally even going by vin#, the second windshield was at least partly right equipped for a HUD but again wrong as I later found out they ordered a non acoustic windshield as is factory and they managed to break my hud projector and would not try to correct any of their mistakes. Terrible value for the services rendered. (or lack of services). To sum it all up, they ordered the wrong windshield...twice installed the second wrong one, broke my HUD and would not try to fix anything they did. Definitely cannot recommend. Worse still is that I was referred by two different dealers to them...never again.

Victor was very easy to work with and sufficiently communicated with me during every stage. He also helped me pick out the closest matching color, which was perfect! Victor was honest and gave me a fair quote. He was also true to the expected turn around time of the job! Prior to the seat kit arriving, my headliner started coming a loose. Again, Victor quoted a fair price for the material and labor, so I had him replace the headliner as well. I came in for the extreme odor removal ($149) and by the end of the day the smell was completely gone. The interior instead had a fresh smell to it, kind of like the outdoors after a big thunderstorm. They offered all kinds of other interior services such as replacing cloth seats with leather, convertible tops, headliner replacement, etc. I'd definitely recommend victors to anyone needing automotive interior work done.
