I stopped by to try this car wash because I was considering signing up four vehicles for their unlimited membership, including both exterior and interior cleaning. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be moving forward. I wasn't expecting a full detail on my older truck, but I did expect the interior service that was advertised on their website. Instead, I received what amounted to a quick vacuum and window wipe. Their website advertises: * Interior vacuum that removes dust and debris from every nook and cranny. * Cleaned windows for crystal-clear visibility. * Dash, cupholders, and center console cleaned and dressed. * Seats wiped down. * Door jambs cleaned. * Floor mats cleaned. What I actually received was a basic vacuum and clean windows. The dash, cupholders, console, door jambs, and other interior surfaces were untouched. There was still visible dust, dirt, and debris throughout the truck. I understand this isn't a detailing service, but if you're advertising a specific level of interior cleaning, customers should receive the service that's being marketed. This experience fell well short of those expectations. I came in ready to purchase memberships for four vehicles. Instead, I left disappointed. I hope management focuses more on delivering the services they advertise than simply moving cars through as quickly as possible. read more

Interior was not really clean at all when all said and done, Almost as dusty as it started, spray and water residue all Over everything. Carpets barely vacuumed.. I requested a touchless wash at Prime Car Wash on June 16, 2025, and told two employees multiple times that I wanted the touchless option only. Despite this, my car was washed using brushes, which caused visible swirl marks and microscratches on the paint. At no point during my visit or afterwards was I informed that Prime Car Wash does not offer touchless washes. After reporting the damage, the manager, Luis, filed an incident report but failed to follow up. When I spoke with the Chief Operations Officer, Brian Kimberlin, on July 9, he said they do not offer touchless washes and offered a complimentary wash, but it would also use brushes, so it was not a solution. I requested a refund over the phone, but Brian refused. When I mentioned online reviews showing touchless washes at this location, Brian dismissed it, saying he "does not control what other people say." I am disappointed by the lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility for the damage. Not only did they damage my vehicle- and refused to pay the repair- we cancelled in person at the store, both membership. They did not cancel both, we were charged another month. On one of our vehicles. I left them a message to resolve, they never responded, I had to put the charge in dispute- and they had the audacity to lie and say we didn't cancel. I hope the $60 was worth it to ownership. If you value business relationships- and enjoy going to same businesses on repeat, my recommendation is to start clear of this establishment. read more

I don't understand how you can send a car out after 15 minutes of detailing and say it's good when there are big splatters everywhere. Also, you moved every seat, that's tough to get back in to. This is difficult to say as this is the only full service car wash in this area. (For now) Crew Carwash is building a full service wash across the street next to there current location. Anyway, I have an unlimited interior/ Exterior membership. I don't go as often as needed due to the poor quality of the services. Usually I have to complete the service myself at home. Windows CC streaked, never wipe door jams, never wipe chrome wheels, I have to remind them most of the time to do the tire shine & fragrance. The team is unprofessional. I never feel like a valued customer. I pay $60 a month to complete the service myself. I will be cancelling my membership and joining Crew Carwash. I'll have to wait for the interior service. Prime will get their clock cleaned if they don't improve their services soon. read more

I gave Prime four stars because of the upselling--otherwise it would be five stars. I decided to try out Prime for the first time. I checked out their services online. Decided the basic wash ($9) and the interior cleaning ($22) was perfect for what I needed. Pulled up to the attendant. Told him what I wanted. He asked to look in my car. He finished and proceeded to tell me the services he recommended would be $169 total. My car needed a good vacuuming, floor mat cleaning, and wipe down--all covered in $22 (plus additional cleaning). I explained that was way more than I was intending to spend. I felt the car wash was a better experience than Crew Carwash. The interior cleaning was amazing. It was exactly what I wanted and needed from my car. The upselling is just too much. read more

This location is WAY better than the location on Michigan rd in Indianapolis. There was more than one attendant helping with services and guiding you through. Instead of waiting 15 plus minutes in one backed up line this process took about 2 minutes with it being 2 cars ahead of me. Better than average service for a basic wash. read more

As I pulled up the car wash, I was greeted by a representative who provided many wash options. I was instructed to continue to the car wash where there was another representative who used a pressure washer to loosen the dirt on the car. Then, I followed instructions and went through the car wash, followed by another representative who directed me into the hangar. Once in the hangar, another representative instructed me to go into the break room until the staff had dried off the car and cleaned the inside. So I was a Crew customer after reading about Prime Car Wash I was excited about getting my car washed whilst waiting. I took out an unlimited package with interior cleaning. The person who I spoke to explained that the car will be wiped down and cleaned inside including the vacuuming of the trunk. The first time I took the car for a wash it was sub standard but I thought let me chat to them when I go the second time. I took my car for a wash today and (pictures attached): 1 The interior was still uncleaned, cup holders were still dirty 2. The trunk was not vacuumed although I opened the trunk to be cleaned. 3. The seats were not wiped nor vacuumed 4. The outside of the car was not wiped at all. When I exited I spoke to the gentleman that cleaned my car and expressed my disappointment. He: 1. Showed no concern that he did not clean my car, I showed him where it was still dirty, all he could say I got you. 2. not a word of let me vacuum the places that was not done 3. Nor offered to clean the car appropriately. 4. The car was not even sprayed with the leather scent. I exited and made my way home when I decided to return and chat to the staff to express my disappointment, just after two washes. My experience: 1. I spoke to the lady that approached me and expressed my disappointment and showed her all the places it was not clean including the fact that the leather scent was not sprayed. All she did was smell the inside and said nothing. At that moment I mentioned to her that I wish to cancel my membership. I was asked to go inside and cancel which I did. She called the manager and I expressed I wish to cancel my membership and explained the reasons why. To my horror he did no even try to resolve the issues that I expressed rather proceeded to cancel my membership and explain I can wash my car until the 1st of July. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER RETENTION. Do a good job on the body. Miss some door jams and underside of the tail gate. I give them a B for the body. Interior is pretty good. Weather tech mate weren't completely clean. Plastic parts on the dash, screen and radio were still dusty. I give them a C for the interior. Wheels are never completely clean. They wipe the spokes they can see but the underside has never been clean. Looks good when you walk up to the car but when you get it home half the wheel is still dirty. I give them an F for wheels. Pay for 3 vehicles to be serviced monthly at the place. Without email or phone notification they didn't provide the interior service on Sunday. In the past this place has damaged my 2024 Toyota sequoia back doors by denting them inside their cleaning bay. They took responsibility but I had to do all the leg work to get 3 estimates and arrange a rental car. I would not recommend using this business! read more

1 St Visit to Westfield Prime car wash. Arrived at approx 10.30 AM was greeted by a young lady with a smile and personality. She listened to what I needed and then she listened to what I could afford. After leaving car wash met two employees who decided they did not need to wipe down my car and sent me into door # 3. I was escorted to a comfortable waiting area as they cleaned inside of my car. At approx 11.00 am the young man came and escorted me back to my car. Inside was very clean with no complaints. Passenger seat had been moved to clean back seat area and so I stopped in lot and put seat back in proper position. I noticed the back of the car was still dirty from the auto car wash not doing its job and the two employees who were supposed to wipe it down did not do their job. I returned to the nice young lady at front. She sent me through a second time.. when I exited I new person was at wipe down area. He wiped down car and windows. Although it was not perfect they did fix with a smile the concern about my car. Went for a detail and I noticed a couple days later a tear in the seat that wasn't there before

I was a first time customer and spent $325 for a full detail service, not including the $20 tip to be certain it would been done as well as possible, only to pick up the car several hours later and find the volume control knob missing from dash. The young people on the scene were helpful and did their best to try to find the missing part but having failed to, filled out the standard claim form. Then I receive a ridiculous, two paragraph long form letter, signed by the Operations Manager, with all the sanitized blah-blah spin that ultimately says, the claim would be denied because of a pre-existing problem with the part that I was unaware of. What a joke. The control knob is $5.00 on line. Not even an offer of a coupon or a discount for some future service as a token gesture for the inconvenience. My point is that sometimes things just don't go right. I understand that. It's only a car wash, but how the service provider responds when things don't go right is where the real value lies in running a successful business. A missed opportunity for the management at that business to really show some skill and common sense in handling a routine problem. And it sets a tone for the younger people at that business that, contrary to the form letter, the management people on staff there don't really care at all about the service or the experience. Two stars, both for the young people on the front line trying to make it happen and 0 stars for the leadership team in place, not showing any leadership. read more

Did not clean bugs from front of grill or windshield even after being asked to focus on that twice. Interior cleaning was thorough, but they left whatever chemicals they use literally dripping down my interior door panel. Tire shine was ridiculous. When I got home, I noticed a residue splattered down the sides of my truck. Upon closer inspection it was the tire shine chemical that was also still dripping off my tires and had splattered down the sides. I cannot recommend this place - sorry !! I paid $36 plus a tip and later that day had to go to my normal car wash just to get the bugs off and the oily substrate off the sides. I'm praying that the oily mess they left on my door panels is temporary. I'm giving them 1 star only for their politeness, but I will not recommend !!!! read more

I took my car to Prime yesterday to have the interior and exterior cleaned. I paid a total of $46 (upgraded to get my rims and underbody done). They took a look in my car upon going through the car wash to "see what they were working with." I was very disappointed to say the least- I can tell they only vacuumed my driver side and passenger side rug. I was told my windows would be cleaned, my seats would be shampooed, and my dash would be wiped down; however, my back seats and trunk were left untouched. I'm not sure if they saw a younger female and thought "oh she won't notice." I will not be returning and will not recommend this car wash to friends and family. Stick with Crew Carwash! read more

Wash was normal no complaints thier but I could get the same wash elsewhere for cheaper. My main issue is added interior clean and my dash is still dirty and dusty, still dirty at gear shift and didn't clean rear view mirror. All of these things are supposed to be covered in the interior clean. read more
