Jr and his colleague from Prime Experts Appliance Installations recently installed an over the range hood at my residence after my electrician botched the job. Jr and his colleague did a PHENOMENAL job! Every "T" was crossed, every "I" was dotted, and upon discovery of a minor imperfection in the hood, I was given the option to return it and re-schedule installation, or install the hood and request a partial refund credit since the damage was in a rather inconspicuous location. I opted for the install. Jr provided me with a series of pictures to submit to the appliance company, which in turn provided me with a prompt partial refund. Could not recommend more highly!!! We needed to install a stacked washer and dryer in a tight space. We had multiple delivery drivers from Lowe's who refused to install the products and assured us it could not be done. Junior and Cesar were perfect. Super positive and energetic, incredibly helpful and explained everything they were doing and any potential concerns. We had Jr. and team install several appliances from Wolf/Subzero/Cove. He did a 36 inch dual fuel range, 30 inch refrigerator, drawer microwave, under counter refrigerator freezer, range hood, and a dishwasher. It was a complicated install as all the cabinetry was custom built around it including panel ready. In addition they had to bring the stuff into my townhome which had several stairs. He and his team mate hit it out of the park though. He worked directly with my contractor when things weren't right with the cabinetry and was basically on call whenever we needed help. He also was the only person who respected our home. We had tons of trades in during the renovation and they were hands down the best. They take care of your stuff and do a great job. We used prime experts to install our new Thermador built-in fridge yesterday, and we were very happy with their services. We purchased the fridge from pacific sales and weren't happy with the run around we were getting from the other companies they had recommended for installation. I called Sarah over at Prime Experts based on the positive Yelp reviews and she was very helpful from the get go. We needed electrical moved and we were getting conflicting answers from our contractor and installers at other companies as to what exactly needed to be done. Sarah offered to have her installer call our electrician so they could discuss and decide exactly where the electrical needed to be moved so there would be no confusion. The team that arrived was professional. They did arrive 40 minutes past the two hour window, but it was raining pretty bad, so it probably caused some traffic delays. Once they arrived, they were courteous. They spent a lot of time making sure the fridge was installed just right and aligned properly with the cabinetry. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our home. We've had a lot of other companies in here recently for various projects who just left a mess behind, so the fact that these guys did not do that really meant a lot! Would recommend using them for your high end appliances! read more

Cesar and Junior came over today for installation of my kitchen vent hood and couldn't be happier. Appointment was made easily on the phone a couple of weeks ago and they showed up on time. I was a little worried because it was going to be a tight fit because of my tile backsplash but they figured it out and it looks and works perfect. They were very friendly and covid safe. Junior and Cesar did the impossible, again!! This was our second install from Prime Experts. We had a tricky space for a oven range hood and they made it work!! It's now the focal point of our kitchen and we cannot be happier with the install. They even cut and installed wood where we needed more support. They also came back a number of times to remove our washer and dryer for repairs (which is in a very tight space). Prime Experts just completed installing my new Sub Zero refrigerator and I am thankful to them for a smooth and efficient installation. The team, Junior, Carlos and Miguel arrived early in the morning by noon the appliance was fully installed. I live in a craftsman house built in 1906 and they faced a number of challenges including lifting the appliance up eight steps and navigating it through narrow and low doorways. I did not know of a plumber with experience with Sub Zeros but Sarah arranged a plumber and expedited the whole process. Like everything associated with Sub Zero, the installation was expensive but it was worth it. read more

Thanks to another Yelper, we found Junior to remove our old Sub Zero refrigerator and to install a new one. He and a partner came in the morning and carefully inspected different approach paths and measured to assess how to both remove and bring in the fridges without damaging the ceiling, counters, and the tile floor. However, while removing the old fridge, Junior discovered a leak behind in the wall. He strongly advised us to get a plumber out to cap off the leak since it would be really difficult to do so after the new install. They left for some other jobs so that we could find a plumber and Junior promised he would be back, regardless of time, to finish. We followed through with the wise plumber advice and they returned late afternoon to finish. Junior is exceptionally professional, experienced, thorough, polite, and friendly. We appreciated his expertise and his careful assessment of the site to protect our home. He provides outstanding service and we highly recommend him! read more

Our home needed to replace a built-in refrigerator. There were only a few models that will fit. I had previously tried to have a subzero delivered to my home unsuccessfully. I went to a different company for a solution this time and they recommended Prime take a look at my home. They came out the same day to do a site visit and told me that it would be no problem. I ordered a beautiful new subzero 48 inch refrigerator freezer over the phone and when it arrived at the warehouse Prime brought it right out and installed it in less than two hours including hauling away the old unit. I'm very happy (and relieved) to be writing a review like this. The "big box" store failed to install this beautiful, new GE Cafe range *twice* before I lost hope ... and so I asked Prime Experts to take a crack at it. Why did the "big box" installers fail?? First, they arrived, saw that the old range was direct-wired, advised that I call an electrician to create a 220V outlet (per code), and then left. The second time, they arrived, measured the hole between countertops (30"), measured the range (30 1/4") and left. (The GE specs represented the range as 29 7/8" ... the same as our old range.) The "big box" store had no answer for this, and still doesn't. In the meantime, we went to Aztec Appliance (where we should have bought from in the first place), who introduced us to Prime Experts. Their installer, Junior, is a great guy with lots of energy and experience. He took the time to explain the problem and solution. A week later, he came out for a pre-installation inspection, and confirmed that in the worst case, the range could still be installed. We crossed our fingers and prayed. The next day, the "big box" store delivered the range (for the third time) and Prime arrived shortly after. This time, the installers were Cesar and Emilio, who were great guys with more than 20 years experience. They install about five appliances every day, every week, every month. It took about 2 hours to install this range ... it was tight, but very possible. This is some the cleanest work I've ever seen ... and polite and thorough, too. I'd recommend them, but I really mean to recommend the whole Prime Experts company. Fair price, excellent work! Note that in talking with Sarah, the dispatcher, I could probably have skipped the electrician work recommended by "big box" because Prime Experts could have done the work for about 1/4 the charge. Ohh ... if only I had known. But now you do ... Prime Experts is the bomb ... and I should have gone to Aztec in the first place. Thanks, Prime Experts ... you saved our bacon! read more

Two people from Prime Experts reached out to me today in order to try to resolve the issues. They disputed a couple of my complaints but accepted that some of them were valid. In the end, at least they cared enough to try to make it right and I have to say that, so far, all of the appliances they installed are working and the installations appear to have been done properly. read more

I recently bought a GE Monogram 36" dual fuel range. I contacted several potential installers. One said he could do it but then saw the job and passed (and needed another person). Junior from Prime Experts responded to me after I reached out to him - he is a busy guy and with good reason. He was able to do the install and haul-away all by himself. he had all the right equipment to do the job. I have very nice hardwood floors and he protected them so no damage was done. It is rare to see someone take as much pride in his work has Junior; explaining to me the process as he went. He even commented on the great design of my range, as there were several features that made it easier to install (if you can say that about a 400 lb appliance). These guys were phenomenal. We had a Hallman panel ready fridge that needed to be leveled and secured after another company butchered installation... the fridge door kept hitting the frame, it was totally lopsided and was making all sorts of weird sounds. We have a newborn and needed this taken care of ASAP and these guys were empathetic and able to shift things around to come out as quickly as possible. They are EXPERTS at their craft! Junior took the time to explain what all the problems were (like how the frame started to bow out bc our countertops were pinching the sides, how the previous guys stripped certain pieces for leveling, etc) but had a solution for everything! After the team had a small problem picking up the appliance (dishwasher) from the store where we purchased it, they finally arrived and provided excellent installation services. Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience we had with Prime!! First, it isn't easy to find a company that will install apppliances that you didn't purchase from them. Second, Sarah was helpful and accommodating with scheduling. Third, we bought our home from a flipper... over the years every single project we've done has revealed what a half-a$$ job was done on our housee before we bought it. The installation of the oven we had was no exception. Prime removing it revealed that the oven hadn't been properly supported when it waaay installed. Our technician was amazing! This is a little late. We had Prime Experts come out a few weeks ago. We got a Builtin taken out and a new fridge put in. They needed to trim the cabinet so it would fit. We knew this going in to this. We measured and knew they would have to do this. They did a beautiful job of trimming and installing the new fridge. I got a call saying they was gonna be a couple hours early.They set everything up and even made sure the doors were level. Attention to detail is everything. They were very professional and nice. They looked like they enjoyed what they are doing. Next time we need any appliance setup and delivered I know they are the people I'm going to contact. read more
