They helped me install my Meile dishwasher which took them no time to do bc they are experts and tested it to make sure everything was running soundly then took the time to explain each setting, common mistakes made, how to preserve the dishwasher, what detergent to use, etc. Wow! I would rather give this company a 0 rating. Harry Codainne (owner of M4S Installations) was terrible!!! I had paid $250 to have M4S when I purchased my Miele washer and dryer -- at the recommendation of the sales rep. Even after he finally "completed" installation -- after 2 visits -- I still needed to have another tech from the appliance site come out to get rid of an F10 error message I kept getting. Then a few months later, after spending $220 to have a plumber diagnose a dripping sound I heard that (after a warranty visit by Miele) proved to be attributed to an error in installation. I see prior good reviews but please factor this very negative review in your final decision about using M4S for installation. read more

I've never experienced appliance delivery like this before. The owner and one of his sons came to install a Miele washer and dryer for us (they are certified installers). They were professional, kind, careful, and extremely knowledgeable. They tested the water to make sure the settings and calibration was correct, and spent 30 minutes explaining how to properly use both machines. What an unprofessional contractor. Don't ever use him or his services. He shows up at my house without an appointment or calling ahead. He was paid for the installation by Appliance Alley then wanted additional $300.00. additional....then another $175. The cooktop was installed shoddy and is not level or even. I called Appliance Alley and filed a complaint about their contractor. No one got back with me. I called the sales person....she never got back with me. I called the manager and he supposedly "ordered" the finishing piece that was in December of 2023. It still hasn't been installed completely. A real professional! read more

They said "Sorry, that's as high as that will go". I guess it was built for higher ceilings. Well, 13 years later Harry with M4S Installations walks into my house and fixes it in about 2 hours. We recently bought a suite of Miele appliances that each arrived at different times. We used a different company for the install of the coffee maker, vacuum sealer and steam oven but we were less than thrilled with that company. When the dishwasher arrived we found M4S Installations and we are so glad that we did. Harry and Edgar were fantastic. Edgar used to work for Miele and is really familiar with the product. When we ran into a small problem with the install, (the cabinet opening for the dishwasher was a bit too small) Edgar knew exactly what he could do to the dishwasher to make it fit. They also did a beautiful job with the cabinet panel install. Harry and Edgar took the time to tell me how to run the dishwasher, (it sounds simple but it is a complicated machine) as well as how to use our other Miele appliances. Even though we had been using the other three appliances for a couple of months we had no idea that the Miele "on" button isn't really a button at all. It is actually a light sensor! We had been pushing the heck out of it when all we needed to do was cover it with our finger and block the light! The other company never explained that feature to us. No matter where we buy our next appliances I will only use M4S for installation now. read more

We had very old Miele oven and cooktop and new sizes were very different. These guys solved the problem quickly and the new oven and cooktop now fit great. In addition they noticed our steamer was not even hooked up and they added an outlet for it. We had never used it since we bought the house now we have a steamer and they gave us ideas on all the things we could use it for. While at the house they noticed both the stove and dishwasher were not leveled and the dishwasher wasn't even affixed. With no extra charge they leveled new stove and fixed and attached dishwasher ( because it was not installed properly in first place we had problems closing the door before- same with stove). They even showed us where the filter was on the dishwasher.... something we never know nor ever cleaned. It was educational. We feel like we got the best installation team possible. Rarely do I write a review unless Ive had an EXCELLENT experience with a business. Today, Harry and William from M4S Installations went above the call of duty installing my new dishwasher. To begin with, I was kept informed about when they would be arriving. Harry discovered major problems beginning with removing the old dishwasher. We recently had purchased the house and it was disclosed to us that the kitchen had been remodeled appx in 2016. Within a couple weeks, the dishwasher stopped working (of course). What Harry found was a not level floor and whoever installed the laminate flooring did not remove the old flooring first. I really feel most installers would've walked away and say it's beyond what their job description was supposed to be. But Harry and William took their time to figure out and solve part 1, getting the old dishwasher out which took almost an hour without anything going wrong inc drains, pipes, etc. THEN to install the new one had a slew of other problems to solve. And again, he figured out how to resolve the new issues. They never complained, they were pleasant and happy to be able to resolve the myriad of problems. When done after almost 2 hrs, he gave us detailed instructions and how to keep our new dishwasher running in tip too condition. Lastly, even though he had to charge a little more than previously quoted, they were very reasonable and we gave them some extra "lunch money" and gratitude! We could not have asked for a better installation company to help us and guide us through installing our "new" high-end appliances, and the appliances we had removed through the remodel process that were to be reinstalled. Harry and Edgar installed both our new and current appliances with precision and patience, skill and knowledge. We had four brand new appliances and three current.
