Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

Normally, I like to be present for inspections, but because it didn't work out this time, my wife was there. After several estimates, she settled on Bug Baron for their clear explanation of the treatment, professionalism, and willingness to get their hands dirty and be thorough in locating termite activity. I had The Termite Guy come out since they did the last service over 5 years ago, and they were not as thorough. Not to mention, they focused more on selling me on the company, yet were not willing to do anything that would give me the impression they had identified the issue, so I went with Bug Baron. Simon, my point of contact, is a pro. He was always responsive, willing to answer my questions, and patient in dealing with my schedule. Given that I had received so many estimates, he price matched what i had been quoted. Further adding to the value of them vs the other guys, his warranty was for 5 years, while the others were either 1 or 3 years, and if you wanted a 3-year, you had to pay a pretty penny. Overall, great company, great communication with Simon, great value for the scope of work, and very interested in addressing my issues without pushing to sell me on something I may not need. Always service with a smile. Not only are they on time, they usually arrive early for their service appointments. Not sure about you but it's definitely hard to find a combination like this in the service industry these days. I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. They were too embarrassed to say anything about it years prior. Anyway, DM's rate/service is of great value. It's a bi-monthly rate, but they also will come out in between if there are any flare-ups with bug issues. Big shoutout to David, Michael and Kyle for always having a great attitude when I reach out!
