Almost a week later Moody's called me to ask where my car was, because they hadn't seen it or heard from the tow truck company about when it might be coming in. Come to find out, the tow truck driver had just dropped it off in the Moody's lot, chucked the keys in it, and never told anyone about where it was. This delayed the repairs by five business days and left my car at risk of being stolen. Moody's, however, handled this situation with grace and empathy towards me, and I appreciated their unabashed frustration towards the tow truck driver, because I too was livid at him, and it felt nice to have that solidarity after such a terrible week. Professionalism: It seemed like Don from Moody's called me every few days to update me on my car (and this was through the holidays). He never spoke down to me, at me, around me, or through me. He spoke with me like I knew something about cars - this doesn't always happen as I'm a small, young-looking female. I appreciated them for treating me with respect. Customer service: when I picked up my car, the lady at the front desk couldn't have been kinder, more thoughtful, or more friendly (also the Moody's space could have been a doctor's office, it was so clean and modern - nothing at all like the "car repair shop" image I think most of us have). Also, I think she might have been Mrs. Clause in another life, because she all but hugged me and offered me cookies - that's how comfortable she made me feel. I so appreciated that the process of getting my car back was easier than I ever could have imagined. Quality repairs: I couldn't be happier that Allstate chose Moody's as their preferred auto body repair shop. At first I was so irritated that I had to drive all the way to Biddeford, but in the end I'm happy to have used them. I have no doubts that my car is back to working order! But: In reality this is a 4 1/2 star review NOT a 5 star review because about a week after having my car back I realized that all the plastic nuts that locked the lining of my trunk down and in were missing. Obviously they had been removed when Moody's put in the new trunk, but never put back. Now the lining to my trunk is just sort of laying there unattached. It doesn't impede driving or even the use of the trunk, and it's nothing I can't fix myself (but I shouldn't have to), so Moody's misses the mark just slightly by this oversight.

Fast forward 4 years and that spot began to rust/bubble over the wheel well. We brought it back to Moodys who refused to honor their lifetime guarantee work saying the rust is due to age. There is not another spot of rust anywhere on the vehicle to this day. Shame on Moodys. We will never go back there again.

Phil Menard, "the employee", said he would fix it. Two missed appointments by Phil and I'm greeted by the owner, Charlie. He said he would fix the problem but I'd have to pay him. Ridiculous!. I stopped for rust repair at a business that I expected would take better care of my needs. Am I supposed to know that Mr. Fogg was on vacation and that his "employee" was taking money under the table? I think not. Shady dealing here my friends!

We dealt with Calvin, mostly, although the whole team is great. After the experience with Zelda, we also returned to get my stupid accident on my 2022 Prius taken care of (I literally left the hatch back up and tried to back out of the garage). Not a huge deal, but a total pain; and the Champion team took such great care, got the car fixed, record time, no issues, insurance happy and I'm happy. There are a lot of auto body shops - sometimes it feels good to find one that is honest, ethical and timely.

He actually told us the tire could explode because of its condition. Writing on behalf of my mother…read more A very unfortunate incident with a 4x4 post just below the sight line of the car left the two doors on the passenger side of her car badly dented and scraped up. The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!

HOWEVER: I took my 3 kids in with me and had to wait in their lovely, clean, warm lobby. They had a sweet kids area stocked with toys, books, and a tv with dvd! My kids had fun! I also wanted to give a shout out to DOMINIC! He treated me and my kids so well, with such care and kindness. He realized that we were waiting extra long and gave us a car to drive home! He took the time to explain all of the issues with the doors, gave his best advice, and was clear, honest, and good to us. What a guy!!! We felt like he truly cared, and that's saying something for a car dealership! Would recommend and will return for future repairs.

They keep saying there is nothing wrong with my vehicle but all the emergency lights come on every other day and they just go off which is probably a battery or alternator? they say it is not. they told me I have to keep driving it even though sometimes it stalls out, for 2500 miles for more data. The emissions and parking lights came on again on my way home from the dealership last night and they wouldn't answer the phone even though they were open! the alignment is off now it was not before they fixed nothing this is dangerous and they won't answer my calls even when they had the vehicle. when I got it back it was dirty. they do not care and have terrible customer service! how do they stay open and licensed? please help! this is not safe and they don't run a safe or clean busines!
