I have had Prime for a bit now. I am very happy with how personable and professional they are. Terrell was the one that sold me on my acct. My daughter and I are severely allergic to any type of bite so we needed to protect ourselves.They sprayed all around our house, swept up any cobwebs (including roof eaves), he even inspected after to make sure nothing was missed. If I ever have any problems before they are scheduled to come out all I have to do is call and they will come out. Definitely sets my mind at ease. I highly recommend their service. read more

I have had a pest control guy out here for roaches and cost me over 40$ and never got rid of the problem. I had gotten rid of them on my own but started having more problems with more bugs and found prime pest control, they had very good rates and everyone was very nice there. Make a long story short they got rid of all my bugs and had no problem coming back as many times as necessary. I would recommend prime pest control to everyone that has a bug problem. read more

This company has been the worst! They charge you before services are rendered, insist on coming to spray when it's pouring rain, and annoyingly call everyday to reschedule if you have to cancel. I'm in the military and gone for training at times and will be deploying soon. I gave them a heads up and asked what paperwork they'd need in order to cancel the contract. They were annoyed I wouldn't be able to fulfill the contract and charged me a cancellation fee. It was half of the normal cancellation fee - I'll give them that - but the manager was upset I had cancelled previous appts...even thou it was pouring raining on those 2 occasions!!! Wouldn't anyone cancel? If the rain is going to wash away the product - I'd literally just be giving them money for nothing. I didn't want the service techs stomping around my home with wet boots either. Seems normal to me to cancel on those days. And they got annoyed I requested a refund for services NOT rendered. They also threaten to send me to collections on top of it! Do yourself a favor and find a different pest control service. These guys are hard to work with. read more

We have clearly posted NO TRESPASSING & NO SOLICITING signs on our house because unless your Amazon, DoorDash, USPS, UPS or FedEx and are expected OR you are one of our children's friends coming to the door we don't want to be bothered by you and your dirty stalky house casing tactics. The two sales guys rang my bell and stood on my porch for 2 minutes till I came to the door to tell them they obviously cannot read the signs that are clearly posted. They came by around 1 pm, I was talking with a neighbor and they were out harassing people again/still at 7:30 pm. They had already been to that house when no one was home and now they're harassing them when they're home. They don't need to spend 8 hours in one neighborhood going door to door repeatedly to harass people. My husband ended up telling them to leave us alone, and leave anyone else around us alone with similar signage on their homes. Signs are up because we DO NOT want to be harassed. He came in with their propaganda so that I would know exactly where to send my love of a review of their company. If they cannot follow simple signage of NO TRESPASSING AND NO SOLICITING then what are they going to do for you as a company?? From the reviews I've read of them now, it looks like they will take you for a ride when trying to cancel a contract because you're deploying or have moved or for their very own breach of contract and not ridding you of bugs and such. BUYER BEWARE. If your looking for pest control ask your neighbors who they use, pros/cons/etc. I know who my neighbors use, they're good, I'm good.. and I'm better to not support a company who can't follow simple signage. Absolutely terrible pest control company! After the first initial visit they promised to come back a month later and never did, yet they still wanted to charge me for the service they never conducted. I had to cancel my card. Still, they harassed me to pay for work never completed. It wasn't until they threatened to take it to collections that I was forced to pay a cancellation fee. I hope the owner sees this review. Salesman came to my house TWO nights in a row unexpectedly. I made the mistake of giving them my address to get a quote over the phone. The salesman was pushy and extremely unprofessional. I'm in sales and I don't see how this company could have any business with those types of salesman. He tried pushing us to give him our credit card information to "reserve the last spot with that promotional pricing". Then told us that we could always dispute the charge with our bank, wtf? Lol. Also he lied about my neighbors signing up with them. My neighbors never signed up. When he came knocking the second night unannounced I told him I wasn't interested and had chosen another company (didn't tell him which company I chose). Be very careful with this business, I was deceived because they had told me that they were in a special knocking my door, and that I would only pay 15 dollars, and without a contract, but then they made me a hidden contract for one year, and only two or three times during that time, but they take you out of your account 30.00 dollars every month, when I called to tell them that I no longer want their service, they told me I could not, I had to fulfill that contract, against my will, they have me taking my money for a year, that is called a scam. read more

Had the pushiest salesman come to my home a few minutes ago. I don't like to be rude and I like to keep my options open which is why I let him go through his spiel. After realizing it wasn't going to be a fit, I explained to him that I was going to stick with the company I decided on. He began telling me the differences between the two companies and how much better they were, I explained I was running late for something and he kept talking. So I told him that I would need to talk to my husband about it since it's a year contract and he said "it's not like it's 25yrs, it's only 1yr. Would he be mad if you just did it?" REALLY!? No respect, he kept going on and on and I had to keep reiterating that I was in a time crunch. I even offered him to call me later and that would give us time to talk about it and he still kept pushing, trying to get me to sign something without discussing it with my partner. I have been with this company for a year - I fulfilled the "5 service" portion of my contract, as well as the date requirement. When I asked to cancel they insisted I am required to have them spray 1 more time. Otherwise they will charge a $140 cancellation fee and report it to a debt collector. Although I am well within the terms of my contract to cancel, they are threatening me with damaging my credit to get their final payment (which is NOT due to them). I am 6 months pregnant and in the process of purchasing a new home so of course I cannot afford for them to ding my credit. This company is beyond unethical. They missed appointments, charged me ahead of time only to hold my money for ransom as a "credit" for 2 months...RUN AWAY if this company tries to solicit you to sign up for their contract that they will manipulate in the long run to squeeze more money out of you. read more

That came knocking on my door I told them no thank you but the kid they sent dropped the price to $35 a month and I agreed to that come to find out they only come spray every other month but you still get charged for 2 months which comes out to $75 plus when I called to tell them I didn't want their services anymore I was told I was under contract for a year because I signed an iPad. Do not never use prime Pest Control they water down all they chemicals start you out at $35 a month and then switch you to $65 a month without your knowledge, they love to come out to your house and spray when you're not home so they only spray half the house I paid for 8 months and the whole 8 months I still had bugs coming in the house. read more

If I were to categorize people by profession and then rank them, I have to imagine door-to-door salespeople and telemarketers would generally be the most irritating. Despite my no soliciting sign on the front door and my polite, "no thank you, I'm not interested", the sales person that rang my door bell today still attempted to hard sell me. Just had sale lady come to my door and knock after opening my security door. When I opened my door she still had the security door opened and my 3 dogs bolted out, While chasing my dogs as she stood there still holding my door open, she tried to sell me on their company, Are you kidding me!!! Even after I was still nice and told her we already have a company for many years and have no bugs, she said they do things different. What would that be? Bring bugs to my house? I have no bugs! Good things my dogs don't bite but the next houses dogs might. PS I have a "no soliciting" sign on my door that she didn't respect. NOt a good way to do business and I never will. read more

This is the worst company. I have three kids and a family dog. The company was contacted to service our house. The technician left the gate to the back yard open which allowed the family dog to run away. That night my youngest boy (7 years old) slept on the dog's bed and cried as it was his first pet. Heartbreaking. We have a camera system on our home that proves the pest control techinician was the cause. We called the company and refused to do any further business as we have wasted countless hours searching for our family member. Our refusal to do business with the company was met with negitvity and a refusal to cancel our agreement until the cancelation fee was paid. We were advised that the owner refused to cancel our agreement because of the missing dog and would not do anything until the cancelation fee was paid. Heartless owner who is not remorseful regarding our family loss at the hands of their employee. Then gouged for money due to the loss. Due to overwhelming evidence regarding the incompetence of this company I am seeking legal action due to the stress and undue pain and suffering my kids are now experiencing. Would not advise doing business with the company as the owner is heartless and all about money with a untrained staff. read more

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. The sales representative, Austin who signed us up lied to us about this service. We made it clear we did not like contracts because of a previous bad experience with a pest company and he told us if they had to come out more than twice to spray we would be guaranteed our money back and would not be held to our contract. We had to have them come out 3 times because we were still having bug issues and we spoke to the so called "owner" Ben about wanting to get out of our contract. I asked Ben to speak to the owner and he told me he was just the manager only to tell me later in the conversation when asking to speak to the owner again that he in fact was the owner too! Another lie. I told him I wanted the money refunded back to us and put towards the cancellation fee so we could be done with this horrible company. Then he tells my husband and I he already charged our card. He charged our card without getting a verbal confirmation to run it for $134! He said he was under the assumption to just charge us because we didn't want to be in our contract anymore. He said he would refund us $30 from the $134. Instead of just refunding us the $30 they charged our card again for $104. Now this credit will take 3-5 days to return to our bank. I can not believe this! Running my own business I have never spoken to someone so incompetent and ignorant. He also kept calling my husband and I a liar. While I was talking he kept interrupting me and speaking over me. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They claim to get scammed a lot but ended up screwing us and charging our card without our consent. Do not use this company! read more

First off no pest control company should lock you in a contract with terrible service. The first week of service seemed promising, they sprayed some poison in the hot spot of activity, put some bait out to lure the remaining pest they even put a "barrier of poison" around the house. The second week we were told that they were going to use some "heavy duty" poison to kill the offspring of the pest. Again seems like it might actually work. But this is where it all goes down hill. The third week they failed to inform us of our upcoming appointment. Could been our fault but we received no call that they were coming. They completely catch us off guard and unprepared. So we reschedule. They come again and say that they are going to put more bait. We soon notice that the bait is ineffective. We tell them that the bait doesn't work. They say they'll put more next time. But still no effect. We repeat this two more times until we get frustrated at the lack of results tell the guy again that the treatment for the pest isn't working and he suggest to buy some poison from a supermarket. The whole reason on hiring them was to put an end to our pest problem. This was a sign of disrespect and lack of commitment to help the costumer. So we attempt to cancel their services. This is where the contract comes into play. They told us if we see no improvement or results that we can cancel the services at anytime. So after telling them that they insist us to finish the treatment. We calmly say no and give the reasons why. Then the costumer service lady starts to raise her voice and says that it brenches the "terms and services" of the contract in which we read. Again we say we'll pay any charges we just don't want the service anymore. Then she says while still raising her voice at us that they have to finish treatment before we can cancel their services. This goes on for quiet a while until she threatens to send us to collections. So we let her (I got crappy credit anyways) and that was the end of it. In the end we had to buy some poison off of Amazon and it did it's job and got rid of the pest. Don't know what poison they are using but it doesn't work. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU read more
