My wife is in Hospice care and I am 73 years old. I accepted the estimate thinking that it must be a complicated job. I also didn't want to have a parade of plumbers inspecting the problem to get multiple quotes. I also feared the pipes could burst soon, so I felt a sense of urgency. But I accepted the estimate. One hour and 15 minutes into the job, the plumber told me the job was done. I was surprised and angry. I asked him if they always charge $600 PER HOUR ( I included some travel time in the calculation).. He told me he doesn't set the prices. I called the company told them my thoughts on pricing and asked for the owner to call me as I didn't want to blindside him with a bad review. He/ she never called back. This is the first negative review I have ever written and do not do it lightly. DO NOT US THEM IF YOU WANT A FAIR PRICE.

Tony came back out and simply realized the part he had used was the wrong size by a little bit. (He showed me the pieces to compare and I couldn't tell the difference). So he ran out to Home Depot, picked up the part and the shower has been leakless since! They replaced the connection, I believe using a ProPress crimping tool. (He said the tool cost $3000.) The job looks solid, and they were professional, what I've always expected out of this company. The manager handled a issue I had with the billing personally, making sure everything was settled fairly and promptly. They've always been my go to for service and remain so.

I was completely ignored both weeks. Week 3: I finally got them to schedule a day. I received numerous text/email confirmations, took time off to be home, and nobody showed up. When I called for an update, the office admitted they never actually dispatched anyone and failed to tell me. This Week: They rescheduled the original technician for Thursday. On Wednesday, they called to say he had been in an accident and rescheduled him for Friday instead. On Friday morning, they called to cancel again, stating the technician couldn't make it due to the accident. Why did management schedule an injured employee for active field duty without checking his condition, rather than simply sending a different electrician to finish the job? My project is completely stalled, the wires are sitting exposed, and I have paid 100% upfront for labor and fixtures. I asked to speak directly with a manager to settle this, but my request was ignored. I have deep sympathy for the injured technician, but this company's administrative staff is completely incompetent, dishonest about dispatching, and uncommunicative. After our 13-month-old AC unit unexpectedly failed, one of the owners personally came to our home to address our concerns. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, determined that the unit needed to be replaced, and immediately put a plan in place to make things right. Knowing we have a child with allergies and asthma, and that keeping our windows and doors closed is essential for his breathing, they went above and beyond by providing us with three window air conditioning units to keep our home cool until the new system could be installed the following day.
