The whole experience was amazing. If I had more help, I would have just used the storage. It was much cheaper than the pod. From booking, to move in, to move out everything went smoothly. The price they quoted on the Internet was the price they charged. I had a 15 x 20 unit. It was clean upon move in and very convenient to drive up to. High ceilings allow you to stack more boxes if needed. I only had a few interactions with the employees inside, but they were all great. Easy access in and out from the gate with convenient hours. I went a few times at six in the morning right before I went to work. I also went a few times around 9pm. If you book online you can get a small discount. This was my first time using a storage facility and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. Very satisfied customer.

We are very happy with the location and spent so much time organizing our unit which holds sentimental items hoping to pass on to our children. I would hate to have to go through the ordeal of moving everything out, but if they try to increase our price again in a few months, we may have to I truly wish we did more research before choosing this company OR secured a better contract. The owner was one of the men and he hardly did anything. There was one young guy who was the only real mover. The other man, although polite, was quite old and huffing and puffing. They ended up breaking a piece off of my mother's dresser. Of course they said it was there. I feel they took advantage of me as a single woman. When they were there, he charged me more money to take the furniture up the front steps because he said, "I didn't know there would be steps" They did not stay the full 3 hours and charged me $1,800. A complete RIP-OFF. AVOID! I've used other moving companies and never had this issue. Thieves in my opinion.
