We only had it for a month and a half. It was pretty decent to hold our stuff that we bought for…read moreour move. HOWEVER. We got stuck inside one night. We input our code to leave, and it wouldn't open. We called the stores number (since the office was closed), and we were told that nobody left the manager's phone number with them to come out and let us out, and that we would have to call the police to get us out. We were on the phone with the cops and backed up the car, and when we backed up, the gate opened. We had to tell the police it opened and not to come out. We were SO inconvenienced by this (took about an hour total) and I don't think we'll ever be going back there again. Also, they don't have a dumpster. Weird.

Public storage is a rip off. the woman claiming to be manager refused to show me my locks were still on my unit after I received…read moreemail saying my unit had been locked out and was going to auction and i received instructions to remove their locks. I got there and visual inspection after she chased me to my unit screaming at me I had to call the cops on her and a big man said he was going to sue me for doing a bad public review on them it had been 19 days not 90 and their corporate office apologized but they threatened me saying if I go in there I won't get back out and I have no idea the people they deal with and I was going to be evicted if if did not pay my 6 days past due rent and when I asked for a copy of my original contract they said no and they said the people upstairs would close. the gate on me and a man stood between my car door and theirs blocking my entry into my vehicle and corporate apologized and unlocked my account. the woman said I was being over dramatic and to leave that she explained everything to me and was yelling at me for saying I'd go public threatening me with trespassing and harm . when I drove through after corporate unlocked my account sure enough the gate closed on my car twice when I was 1/2 way through laving physical damage to my car.

My husband and I rented a unit with the intent of only having it for 3 months. We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

I called three times the week before I moved and was assured there would be no problems. Moving day comes and they show up at 9:30 to pack and move a four bedroom house. They were completely unprepared and complained about the large amount of work that needed to be done. They did not finish and had to come back who days later. I must say that I was in a crunch and was able to call and get scheduled the next day to move a…read morepiece of furniture. Customer service was polite and the pricing was great. Day of, there is some work to do. I was confirmed that morning of the move to be on location by a specific time. Well as I waited I was informed of logistical issues with the driver. Honestly, when dealing with people that are taking off work to be present during delivery, and the service they are paying for is late, it's such a frustrating situation. Nonetheless, this shifted everything about 40 minutes behind schedule and they still were able to complete the job. The guys were apologetic and I got my furniture. Would i come back for service? Yes. But likely leave more wiggle room for the time.
