My friend rented a storage unit here and nearly everything was stolen. Was not notified for weeks, and by the time they found out, the only camera footage they had near office was already gone. Please be careful renting the "Pods" in the back near the RV area. They later learned there have been multiple break-ins there and there are no cameras covering that section. From what I was told, people have broken into units and even moved stolen items into other units inside the facility. The experience afterward was just as frustrating -- unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude staff with zero accountability taken by management. I understand theft can happen anywhere, but the lack of communication, security, and concern for customers was unacceptable. If you store valuable items, I strongly recommend choosing a facility with proper surveillance coverage and better customer service. read more

IT IS NO LONGER C74- it's now PRIME STORAGE. FYI: CHECK ON YOUR VALUABLES ASAP, or remove if able. Prime Storage are dishonest and lack customer service. Refer to several reviews and testimonials under Prime Storage. C74 three-years-ago WAS a five-star business. The two young ladies who helped me in the past, they were amazing to work with and the staff was always so helpful in our previous years storing our valuables here. We always made convenient payments over the phone and never questioned their integrity before. However, I just learned today 11/25/23 that this storage facility is no longer C74, but it's a company called Prime Storage. If you want to protect your belongings, you may want to reconsider continuing to store them here. I wish I had received some notice of the change of ownership and been able to research them as a business as I often do. Had I known the risks with Prime Storage, I'd never have continued to do business here. I hope Prime Storage's Karma comes back to them tenfold for how they've been dishonest and stolen from their customers. If you store your items here, you risk losing your valuables even if you document your invoice/contract/interactions as I had. I can not stress enough how violating this is to lose irreplaceable heirlooms/furniture because someone there felt like screwing over their customer. At the end of the day, it's just things and I'm sure to get over it, but I needed to do my due diligence and be sure to warn anyone else who has their valuables/items here or planning to store their valuables here, that you do so at the risk of them possibly "stealing" (yes, I interpret it as stealing because of my personal experience) it from you because they just feel like it. Maybe they did me a favor and without the storage expense nor efforts to move it, I can turn my energy to other resources. Nonetheless, it's still wrong how this incident has come about. Do not rent here. I left here in August 2024 and next time I need storage I will go literally anywhere else. Upon move in I was told my rate would not change for at least 12 months. 3 months later my rent went up by $100. When I called to complain I was told to pay my original rate and they would void the increase. They did not void the increase and then they proceeded to lock me out and revoke my access. It took weeks of calling before I was finally given corporates number and a resolution. The district manager blamed the employees for not notifying her of this issue and the employees claimed they notified her multiple times. So unprofessional and frustrating. read more

No accountability for my RV cracked windshield it will cost 6k for the replacement. The manager Kim is unresponsive so prepare to call many times if you have an issue. We found much cheaper storage spaces. Once your free month & discounts are over the monthly fees go much higher than comparable storage facilities. Call around! Showed up on the day of our move only to find out UHaul canceled my reservation. However, the 2 ladies in there went to work in finding me another truck right down the road and even called the other facility to insure it would be there for me! -(negative) Manager had the nerve to harass a male and female for sitting in the parking lot while waiting for a Lyft ride after having just put several items in their storage unit. Not once but twice she got off her high horse to ask the same questions pertaining to who we were. Gave her my name twice when 1st coming out and she said there can only be 1 owner of the storage unit. 2nd time she came out asking,I told her I gave her my information already, check her rocords, please stop harassing me and to talk to me during their hours of operations. According to her as she snickered away laughing with her co-worker, we looked like weirdos because we had 2 bags in a STORAGE UNIT parking lot. Keep in mind a storage unit is a place in which you put in or take out bags and containers. Be aware! I've had a few different storage units throughout time and not only did this one have the best first month price compared to other local storage units, but they have always been very polite and helpful. I have been paying for my unit since December of 2018, I have never had any issues with them. I definitely recommend them Not only because of their good prices, but mainly because of their great customer service. Kimberley, the manager recently helped me resolve a payment issue and she was so patient in helping me figure it out and I couldn't be more grateful. As for the storage unit, I just have the most smallest one which is a 5 x 10, It's definitely clean since this is a pretty new storage unit company and it's in an air-conditioned area.:) -Maricela L. read more
