My first visit here was a blast! If you know my Donut Girl Cassandra, you'll find her here now! I have never been here before, but I am pleasantly surprised by the charm and awesome service offered by owner Massimo and his staff. I went in and ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Oat Milk, topped with whipped cream and a toasted Asiago Bagel with Lox and Cream Cheese. If you love coffee, you have to come in and try the variety here. In addition to regular ice, they offer a coffee ice option! They offer pastries, teas, bagels, and the like. There are a few tables outside and a cozy interior setup inside. It's a great spot to get some work done or just have some leisurely coffee with a friend or two. The parking situation is a bit tight in a cramped strip mall, but it's manageable. You'll find this gem across the street from In n Out at the Diamond Dr./Railroad Canyon exit off the 15 freeway. It's pretty easy to find and super convenient for commuters. I don't go this way often, but when I do, I'll be stopping in again. The White Mocha was THE BEST I have ever had, no joke! It almost had a buttery taste, and it was nothing like the S place we all go to. I'm guilty of it, lol. Support this local small business and try out the drinks. Double espresso was on point, no weird sourness so common these days, just a smooth roast-y taste. My wife ordered a 2 shot americano, which she also liked. Price for the above was $4.50 total, which I have to say is refreshingly cheap (or maybe I am just used to high LA prices). The guy making the coffee was nice as well. Don't expect any real atmosphere (it actually came off like a neighborhood coffee joint in a non-tourisy part of Italy), but it was clean and well-kept, if rather strip mall-ish in appearance. This coffee bar is underrated when it comes to their coffee and service. Yes, there are a few big chained coffee shops in the area, but the coffee here is better and it's always nice to hang out here for a bit. Most of the time, there is Italian music playing which gives it a different vibe. Some of these singers like Laura Pausini and Eros, also have songs in Spanish so it's cool to hear the Italian versions. The coffee is good as previously mentioned and one of the best things here is that you can opt and have coffee ice cubes. This is neat because as they melt into your drink, it is not getting diluted by the ice cubes because they themselves are made of coffee! Genius!! Come and give them a try. read more

Owner is unstable constantly irritated. Our last experience included being kicked out because a no carb request was made due to dietary issues. The place is so friendly and the fact that they speak Italian makes it even more authentic. Friendly people. Great chai lattes and bagels BUT THEY ARE NEVER OPEN when they are supposed to be!!! 80% of the time in the morning they're closed and it is extremely frustrating. I really love spending money at their place versus Starbucks but I'm pretty much giving up now because I waste so much time trying to get into that shopping center on a busy morning getting through the stopped freeway lane just for them to be closed.. Came in to get coffee with my husband and was not greeted for a bit because the owner was talking to someone for a while. I thought they would brew fresh coffee but they don't they load it into giant containers and they give you a cup and you have to fill up yourself. All cafe I tried were cold and so we told the owner we just wanted 1 cup instead of 2 because I didn't want cold coffee but my husband felt bad so he paid for his cup. Massimo scolded my husband at the counter and said you know you can't sample coffee and then say you didn't want it...my husband had already paid so I was confused. I looked over at angry massimo and told him all of his coffees were cold and he's lucky my husband is buying a cup of his cold coffee. Needless to say it was very weird but typical of these types of owners. Not customer focused and rude as can be. We will tell others to not come here because of his horrible attitude. read more

Wonderful customer service! Two outdoor tables available and to go orders mainly. They support the community and have worked with our students in the community too. A vast array of teas, coffees, smoothies, donuts/pastries. I especially enjoy their Italian Sodas with cream. Also saw that gelato is not available at the moment. The outside of the shop has a sign "Coffee Bar", a little confusing but that's the place. I ordered the iced blended caffe mocha and it was delicious! The shop is homie and inviting. Excellent customer service, you can totally tell Massimo loves what he does and is passionate about good coffee . I trusted his recommendation regarding the breakfast bagel sandwich I purchased...I don't do spicy at all but he was right, the jalapeño cheese bagel was a perfect choice and had just the right amount of "heat".
