Our architect suggested prime tech cabinets to our research as we were planning for our kitchen and bathroom designs. Glad that we made the drive out to Prime Tech in the OC area. We had the pleasure to work with Wynsie to design our custom cabinets and the whole process was amazing. We met at their manufacturing/warehouse to get an idea of their production process and samples. We ended up choosing a classic shake style kitchen with an off set natural oak color island to contrast. There were multiple back and forth communication with Wynsie on our design because we kept changing our minds to make our kitchen functional and aesthetic to the eye with balance. Not once did Wynsie complain (to us at least) with our revisions. She was actually very understanding knowing that this design process takes time. After we finalized on the design, they coordinated with us on install dates and the people that installed our cabinets were prompt and very friendly. They took their time and used tools like lasers and levelers to make sure the cabinets were installed perfectly! After the installation, we noticed there were some dings and blemishes, so we reached out to Wynsie and sure enough, she said there was still a final touch up stage where the detailer would come back to help make it perfect. Chuy was the gentleman that came out to help finalize the details. He did a great job and even showed us how to take out the cabinets for cleaning. Of course they were also on top of the payments as we made multiple payments as progress was made. Overall we had a fantastic VIP service and our kitchen turned out exactly the way we wanted it. We are remodeling our kitchen and really wanted to keep the existing cabinets because they were in great condition. We changed the layout of our kitchen and needed to add 3 additional cabinets (trash pullout, cooktop, and a wall cabinet for oven and microwave. I was told by many contractors that it's nearly impossible to match the style we had because it was probably 15 years old (they were right). We got a quote from a contact my contractor had and even he was outraged. I was driving around and just Googled for cabinet store to see what selection they have. I came across PTC and stopped in. I brought in samples of my doors and drawers and Nina was very nice and have me a quote that was very reasonable. I put my deposit and ordered the cabinets right away. Next day, she had a question about the cabinets and I sent her some photos of the existing cabinets. She then realized that my cabinets were not ones that they typically produced (they do more the Euro style where there are no gaps between the doors). I went in to speak with her boss Kaz. He told me that they could possibly make custom cabinets but it would cost more. He came out and took the measurements himself then have me a quote for the additional and it was within our budget. They even rushed our order because of our schedule despite Thanksgiving holiday. When I went to pick up the cabinets, I was really impressed by the quality of the finish. One hiccup was when we were installing them, we found out the Carpenters built the cabinets 1 in. too deep so they stuck out. I emailed Nina immediately and Kaz responded within the hour. He told me not to worry and he'll send someone out to fix the issue. 2 days later, Danny and his partner came out and cut the cabinets on the spot to make sure they fit. After a couple hours, they were done and now they got like a glove! Kaz called me to make sure everything was ok. Prime Tech Cabinets - A brand new look! - Cabinetry Near Me - Santa Ana, California

This company was used by our builders for cabinets. We moved in 4 months ago and the island which is stained a dark color has had paint peeling. They said it was water damage but there has been no water in the areas where there is peeling. The drawers are poor quality and are supposed to be the soft close type but multiple drawers are coming off their tracts that we have to take out and reinsert. We've also had a few cabinet fronts unhinged. read more

Terrible customer service. They made an error when installing the feet and it took them months and dozens of calls/emails to come back out and fix it despite numerous promises that they would come out the "next day" or "this week". Additionally, they become very difficult once you give them a deposit and don't make you feel like a valued customer. read more

cabinets look good in show room installers are the worse I have ever seen . they damaged all the base cabinets. . as they hung the wall cabinets the base cabinets would get hit with hammers they left dings and scratches in the base cabinets. i asked for all wood cabinets. and noticed on preview that they had built some with mdf particle board . .if you us they be on your toes they have moved to now go by pt cabinets. good luck read more
