I was quoted $160 for the job. When the men showed up, they cleaned the windows beautifully without any additional quoting. When they were done they still never said a word about additional costs. Buyer beware. I contracted them to do gutter cleaning. Their website is mis-leading, they do NOT clean your gutters by hand, nor do that take away the debris. I was quoted $170 for the job. They asked about downspouts, I said they had been cleaned out in the fall that they did not need to be done. I asked if they would also clear my roof of debris, they said yes, never said it was an additional fee. When the workers were done, they presented me with at bill for $300. This included a fee of $40 for the clearing of the roof and cleaning of the downspouts of $90. There is fine print on their emails stating that the on-site worker will re-evaluate. Never did their workers come to my door to tell me that they were going to do additional work I had not contracted for. The work itself was good, but I can't recommend this company to anyone. read more

Three stars because the window techs who actually did the job were great, very professional and did an excellent job, no mess. Not five stars because after I paid the tech at the time of service, two days later I got an annoying text that said my payment was past due! I called the company and spoke to someone who at first couldn't find the job, and then told me the text was automated and the techs don't report in but every few days and mine had not reported in yet. I suggested they not send the "past due" text and he got rude. So... five stars for the techs, one star for the office guy equals three stars. read more

About two weeks ago, I called Prime Time Windows to clean my windows. I had waited most of the day, and finally somewhat came around 4:00 pm. The young man rang the doorbell and the man stated I need to talk with you for a minute. I said ok, what's going on, and he stated, you know, we are very tired, there was another person in the truck. He stated that they probably would not do a good job and if they could come back tomorrow or the following Monday. I said it was my understanding that you took the last service call at 600: pm. And its only 4:pm. He acted like he was doing me a favor. He told me that he needed to talk with his partner in the truck. Meanwhile, I called the office and the office person was a bit rude and stated that the guys were tired, but they would do my windows that day. The young man never came back from the car, he simply drove off and never came back to explain anything. I cannot believe how I was treated. These two individuals did not want to work. They appeared to be very lazy. I called the office back again, and the same man answered the phone and was very rude to me. He stated he did not blame these guys for not wanting to clean my windows. I will never use this company again. They were so unprofessional, and the workers were allowed to do whatever they wanted. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! read more

Showed up on time and completed task in a timely manner. Showed photos which appeared appropriate. Water was available both front and back but was not used. However, his internet was not working, so could not pay on time. Invoice stated that debris would be bagged, but not removed. However, when I went to remove bags, where were none. Debris was sprayed all over my yard and side of the house. I will have tiny maple trees growing in yard from this. I am 72 years old and cannot clean this mess up. read more

I called Prime Time and requested my windows to be cleaned on the outside only. The price I was given was $120.00. Then I called back and asked if I could get my inside windows washed also. The price I was given was $160.00. When the tech arrived, he asked me how much I was quoted for the job. When I told him he said he couldn't do it for that amount that I had too many windows. He said he would have to charge me $280.00. I have a small townhouse. So I called the company and was told that they didn't know who gave me the price of $160.00 but they could do do it for $200.00. I had my windows washed but endured much anxiety and am disappointed at Prime Time for scamming me. I could have changed my mind but wanted the job done. I also waited all day for the appointment. Same minor problems with scheduling and too many sales people with different quotes. That said, they worked very hard to make us happy. One scheduling problem was our last minute family thing-which they rescheduled, called same day & showed up on time. Wakeem did an excellent cleaning job. He even came back the second day-due to rain and worked just as hard to make sure all windows were clean.. The price was more than fair, in spite of too many phone quotes. Not just no, but OH HELL NO !!!!! TL;DR: "If you could find it in your heart to remove your Yelp review of our company, we will gladly comp your entire service." (direct quote from a letter received on 21Dec -- see bottom of review) I scheduled an appointment on 30Nov for 06Dec between 10:00-1:00 On the 5th PTWC calls, asking if they can come now instead. Really?! 11:30 on the 6th I decide to call to see when they are coming, "We'll contact the crew and call you right back." 1:30, 2:00 PTWC calls asking, "can we reschedule for tomorrow instead since it is so late already?" Sigh. A short will later I call PTWC and ask "since you are the ones that cancelled on me at the last minute and I've been inconvenienced what can you do for me?" ... and the kid answers, "I've rescheduled (9:00 07Dec) for you." You. can. not. be. serious ???!! They discounted me the screen cleaning ($2/per) with a huge ASTERISK! ... because, silly me, I didn't know how many screens my brand new house actually has. You're kidding, right? Finally a crew shows up to my home at 10:00 Thursday and I reconfirm that ALL my screens will be free, and they say "12" and I repeat, "I don't know how many I have, I kinda guessed" Ends up, I have 14! which caused quite the kerfuffle and they had to call the mother ship. Do you have ANY idea how ridiculous you sounded quibbling over $4? Whew ... glad ~that~ got resolved. As the crew is setting up, one of the guys asks, "Can you pay in cash?" Uhhh ... NO, just no. (and from reading other Yelp reviews, now I know why, they sub-contract. Ain't NO ONE in a PRIME TIME WINDOW CLEANERS shirt either) So ... after all this, how did they do cleaning the windows? eh, not horrible. and they did a good job getting all the hard water stains off. Are there still smudges, streaks and box elder carcasses, etc? Did they also track in debris? (insert eye-roll here) yeah. But to tell you the truth, I think they wanted away from me as fast as I wanted them out of my home. Home office: As a new customer, PTWC should have automatically discounted $40 for the window cleaning which is on their website. I forgot about it because I was aggravated. I also might have been able to overlook a lot of this nonsense if you would have given a decent discount ... oh, and decent customer service. Later addition: since the Owner and Chief High Mucky-muck obviously didn't like this review, he had someone blow up my home phone -- for hours -- but never any messages. Well, isn't that professional? Wow, just wow ... As someone who has used Primetime several times in the last 18 months, I was very disappointed with the communication and scheduling for my visit on July 5, 2022. I had an appointment scheduled for 8-10am however, it wasn't until 1pm when I called the office in order to see why there was such a delay and no communication about where my technician was. In speaking with the office I decided to cancel the appointment to reschedule at a later date. About 30 minutes later, I received a call telling me that the technician was on his way. The service was completed but then I had to call back two days later in order to get a receipt so that I could pay for services rendered. I am disappointed that there was no discount or coupons offered for the inconvenience of this situation. I am not sure that I will continue to use your company for future services read more

I was driving when I received a call asking if I wanted my gutters cleaned. My mistake was to continue the call and agree that I could get the gutters cleaned although could not discuss this properly because I should not drive and hold a phone in my hand. The result was very poor as I was charged for the cleaning of not only my house gutters, but also the garage gutters which I did not need cleaned. I had also asked about any discount and I was understood that I could get $10 off if I ordered the gutter cleaning before a specific date. The $10 discount did not appear in the invoice. The price charged for my 1 1/2 story house was $160. I thought this amount was perhaps different and more than the amount quoted. I called Prime Time to ask about deleting the garage gutter cleaning cost from the bill. I understood that they would call back to discuss this. I received no call. My daughter asked me if I had used her credit card to pay for gutter cleaning. I said no and told her to decline the charge as I had an issue with the pricing. I understand that my daughter's card had been charged without her authorization. When I called Prime Time a second time to offer to pay for the house gutter cleaning minus the $10 discount, I was unsuccessful to pay. The person I talked to said he would send the workers to put the dirt removed from the garage gutters back in the garage gutters. And he hung up without waiting for my payment. I called again and no one answered. I now know that I do not want Prime Time to do any cleaning at my house again. I am sorry that I agreed to clean my gutters when I was unable to calmly talk on the phone. read more

I called to get gutters cleaned. The company responded on a timely basis. They sent Frank out . He was a bit late but they let me know he was running a bit behind. He explained what he would do, and then continued to do what he explained. I was worried as it looked like rain that day. However he was done prior to that. The representative who contacted me seemed to be more customer focused, which was appreciated. I accepted a free exterior window washing and committed to revising my initial review(s) to reflect their follow up. Scope of follow-up service was much smaller than original service contracted for. Subcontractors came at the agreed upon time. They were efficient and courteous. Exterior windows were washed in less than an hour. Overall a much more pleasant and less stressful experience. Kevin from Prime Time came out today. Gutters we clogged and needed to be cleaned out. Kevin came out he kept me informed as to when he was coming, he explained the cleaning process and even took videos to show the work was done.
