Just had a very positive experience with Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning. Their gutter guy, Yurii did a great job. He was polite, spoke English fluently and was very thorough. Frankly this is much better than the service I've used for the past ten years. The price, $168 for a two story colonial with gutters on all sides on the top story and a gutter along the the first floor in the back, was reasonable. I called just before Thanksgiving. The service I had used for over ten years was unavailable so I found Prime Time on Angie's List. They did miss a Friday appointment without notice, but it was raining and I certainly didn't expect anyone to show up. I received a text on Monday and Yurii arrived about 10 minutes later. Yurii cleaned out the gutters by hand. He filled up two 30 gal bags with leaves and branches and disposed of the trash. By comparison, my old gutter service just ran water through my gutters and never cleared out the flushed out debris the way Yurii just did. Also, you don't have to be present when they clean. They will clean gutters and invoice if you aren't home. Perfect for a busy family! I'm super satisfied and will be using again. I have used this company before and the first time was very pleased. Let me say up front, the men are respectful, but did a terrible job! I wanted my outside windows and screens cleaned. We recently put in new windows and screens. They took about 45-1 hour to do a 2 story house, which I was shocked at. That's when I found out what a poor job they did. Most of the screens are still dirty, the frames were filthy, and they lost or broke the pegs to hold he screens in place. I did reach out to the company, which at first said they would be out the next day, but they never arrived. We had our windows cleaned on a Monday and they didn't come out until Thursday and that's when I found more issues. They needed to come in our home to get the frames out and in properly. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for gutter cleaning at a rental property and was booked for Monday with 2-hour time window. I received a confirmation email and a quote for $158. On Monday, no one showed up, no one called. I called them to see what was going on but no one answered multiple times during their normal business hours so I left a voicemail. Still no one called me back. On Tuesday my tenant told me they showed up unannounced at noon (not in the 2-hour window promised on Monday) and cleaned the gutters. From what he said, they did a thorough job, which is why I'll give 2 stars instead of 1. After the job was done on Tuesday I received an e-mail with an invoice that was $50 higher than what they quoted, and still no one has ever called me back. read more

They literally did not come the day that they were scheduled but instead came the next day. They did an incomplete job. We hired them to clean the gutters - all of them not just the blockage at the end of the gutters. I literally watched them not clean the entire gutter and had to ask them to do so. They also made a mess and did not clean up after themselves. It would seem obvious that any debris from the gutters should be taken away by them not left all over our yard. After rearranging plans for our scheduled date they told us several hours after the 4 hour window that we would need to reschedule (only after WE reached out to them--they did not call us to let us know). On the day of our rescheduled window washing, the workers never confirmed the details of what was being done and (apparently) did additional screen washing service we did not ask for -- causing the final price to be more than 2x the original quote (crazy). It was a complete scam and they didn't even do a thorough job. They also rested dirty screens against my light drapes leaving them filthy. The serviceman arrived late . Used his cellphone throughout the job. At one point stopped cleaning for 15 minutes to have a lively conversation on his phone . I was watching him as I was cleaning the screens . He stopped when he realized I was there watching. I checked on him again while he was upstairs and again , he was too busy talking on the phone to wash my windows. They ask you to pay without giving you a receipt listing what you are being charged for. They won't accept checks . I was told the receipt would be mailed to me , but I never received it until I called to ask to see it . Sure enough , I discovered that I got charged for services that were not rendered . I had a terrible experience hiring Prime Time to install my Christmas lights. First, I was verbally quoted an hourly rate that I then tried to confirm multiple times in writing via e-mail. I asked numerous additional questions via e-mail, most of which went unanswered, unless they dealt specifically with scheduling. I sent a marked up photo of my house showing where the lights would be hung and asked for a quote. I was quoted 2 hours. The job ended up taking 5 hours (2.5x more than I was planning on spending, over the holidays no less) and the cost per hour somehow went up by $30 per hour more than what I was quoted. It took numerous phone calls after the fact to get a price adjustment, and only because I had the original hourly rate confirmed in writing. As for scheduling, the company rescheduled the job 3 separate times. Each time I was scheduled for a 4 hour slot, during which time I cleared my work calendar to make sure I was available to speak with the installer about how I wanted the job done. No one even called to give me the courtesy of telling me that they weren't going to show up on either of the first two dates that were scheduled. Finally, only after complaining, did the third date work out and the technician actually did a great job. But overall the experience of working with this company caused me so much stress and anxiety that I will not be working with them again in the future. read more

I would like to give a higher rating, because Ken, the guy who finally showed up, was great. I was skeptical of his ground-floor method and machine, but the windows looked really good when he finished. And he was thoroughly professional, communicative, and competent, and very diligent in doing the job well. However, Prime Time missed our original appointment date, with virtually no communication from them. Then they sent a crew two days later that did not have the proper equipment. We have used Prime Time in the past and were pleased. We had an appointment for window cleaning and gutter cleaning with downspouts flushed on Thursday 11/21/2019 with a window of 1-3pm which we took off work for and called when they did not show by 3pm and were told the appointment was called off due to weather. They rescheduled for today, Saturday 11/23/2019 with a window of 7-10 am. We called when they did not show by 10am and were told they were running late but would be here. It is now 4:30pm and we have not heard from them. They have ruined our Saturday wasting our time waiting for them. They never called back. We tried to contact them but they are closed until Monday. They emailed to reschedule for Sunday, no apology for total lack of customer service or communication. They finally show up Sunday 11/24/2019 at 8 am and were told they were here to do the gutters. We asked about the doing the windows. They proceeded to clean gutters and windows and finished in 20-30 minutes. They said we would be emailed an invoice. Upon inspection, they did not clean storm door windows or any glassblock windows and did not flush the downspouts or asked if we wanted them done. So now we have clean windows and dirty storm doors and worry about clogged downspouts. The invoice we receive was for much more than what we paid last year and missing the aforementioned items. The window cleaners got cleaning liquids on the walls around my window, and one of the cleaners disappeared into my bathroom for 30 minutes, which got a little concerning. I did not provide a review previously as I figured that I just wouldn't use them anymore. However, for the past 2 YEARS they have constantly called, badgered, and spammed me with calls and emails. I've requested 9 different times to be removed from their call list, and each time, I told ok, and then I get a call two months later. I have had to block the phone number 6 times now yet they keep calling from different numbers. Fair warning to those in the Southwest Suburbs. I booked through the website and requested early morning, and chose 3 days that would work for me. I was booked for Friday between 12 and 2. I made arrangements for my daughter to be picked up from school and waited. NO ONE SHOWED UP. At 4pm, I received a call telling me the tech had to leave to get his own child from school, but they would be there Saturday. Saturday rolls around and once again NO ONE SHOWED UP. A little past 4 I received another call that the tech ran over on the previous job and could we reschedule. Next came an email exchange with Will Dron resulting in rescheduling for Tuesday. Once again NO ONE SHOWED UP. Again I get a call a bit after 4 that the tech had been in an accident earlier that day, could we reschedule? So onto Thursday (today), once again I scheduled between 8 and 12 and guess what? NO ONE SHOWED UP! It's now 2:30 and no one has shown up or called, although I do expect a call around 4 :) I'm done with them now, I'll be looking for someone else. It's a shame, I've used them before and they were pretty good, but I'm not dealing with anyone that can't treat customers with consideration and honesty. The men sent out to clear the gutters seem to do a decent job. All of my issues are and continue to be with 'a total lack of experience in and for their business.' My Rating is SOLELY BASED ON THE CLEANERS BUT DEFINITELY "NOT" MANAGEMENT who continues to frustrate and aggravate the customer and their workers. They advertised SAVINGS during Covid-19. My bill was exactly as it was last year. No Covid-19 savings for me. The men that are sent out are courteous but come with no paperwork even after requesting "in writing" to bring it with them for me to review 'prior' to their starting to make sure the price is what was quoted. This after years doing business here and NO change it appears this and other issues are not an oversight but a practice. No use trying to communicate as I've never had even 1 that was fluent enough in English to address any question I had. I wait for paperwork. Finally get it on computer and print, write the check, tried to give to worker who 'refused it saying I NEEDED TO MAIL MY PAYMENT TO THE OFFICE OR GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD (never). This kind of frustration should NOT occur on something as gutter cleaning and paying. Their Online time schedule is totally flawed. They provide hours that are open, then don't show OR call about delays or cancellations for more than 90 mins after their scheduled arrival time IF at all. When called, they then tell you that time is for 4 hours but that is NOT what they have there. They assume that they are the only people with whom you are doing business that day with NO regard to your commitment to others. This says to me that they don't care or understand that they need to improve on their Customer Service. I found them on Thumbtak which is a great app. I was quoted $140....my budget was closer to $80. I only needed only two gutters cleaned on my small townhouse. They said they could do it for $100. I have it in writing in the app as well as an email confirmation. They came 30 minutes after they text me they were on there way and told me it would cost $160! I had to talk them down and they would only do $145 which was way out of my budget and $45 more than I was quoted. I also had to provide them with a bag for the stuff in my gutter. :( read more

I have used Prime Time Window and Gutter Cleaning for the last 5 years. Each time, their customer service has been very professional and friendly. I appreciated the text to let me know when the servicemen were on their way. Most recently, they were able to arrive on the same day to clean my gutters, actually within an hour of my call because they were finishing a job nearby! They were very accommodating when I asked if they would take before / after pictures. They filled two bags with debris and left them neatly beside my trash cans. I have found them to always be punctual, hardworking, professional and friendly. The price they quoted was the price that they charged. (Plus a $10 discount!) They told us repeatedly they would bag all the debris but instead they just blew it all over the yard. All the windows in our home sparkle after our window cleaner, Joaquin, cleaned them!!! Prime Time responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes of the request. It was very easy to set up the appointment and received an emailed quote immediately. They also provided a copy of their Liability Insurance certificate in the email as well. Joaquin showed up at our agreed 2 hour window of time and he definitely exceeded my expectations for sure!! He was very efficient, and explained to me that if I didn't like something to just let him know and he would make it right! He did such a great job and everything was perfect.
