I was quoted $140.00 to clean my gutters. Person named Uri showed up and was very abrupt and seemed to be in a hurry. He spent exactly 30 minutes from arrival to departure and told me he had to clean 5 down spouts for $50.00 dollars extra. He left a dirty mess of drained water on my driveway and mud clogging the down spout on the side of garage but I don't think he even went near the gutters on the back of the house. Finally, he chastised me for how bad the gutters were (that's why I called them!) and charged my credit card saying Prime Time would email me a receipt. Never got a receipt in my email. $190.00 for a 30 minute job? I wouldn't call them again. read more

This "company" is one guy with one bucket of dirty water and a wiper blade. Don't let their easy on-line quote system fool you. Had our building for over 20 years. Prime Time is charging more than we ever paid for a job not well done. They added a $90 charge AND didn't do a through Job. Won't discuss issues now and stalking us for full payment. They have great response times and are using technology well to quote and set up appts. We contacted multiple companies for window washing and selected them. Communication was easy....until it was time to pay them. They added a $90 charge that was NOT discussed to wipe down the window frames. We would have paid it, BUT many of windows still had dirt in corners or water spots and some smudges and they won't discuss. We should have read the reviews. read more

The Window washing charge was a total SCAM. They came to my house and said they would charge me $550 to clean the outside of my windows. I called the company and said that seemed high as they quoted me $650 to do inside and out 9 months earlier. The office person said the person on site would have a better ability to give me a quote. I agreed. BIG mistake. He was finished in 2 hours which means they charged me $225/hr. A total scam. I refused to give them my credit card and paid them $300 ($150/hr) by check, which was more than generous for 2 hours of work. After many harassing calls and emails from them, I noticed they somehow accessed my credit card and charged it without my permission. I have filed a claim with my credit card. This is NOT a reputable company, and I feel I have been scammed. read more

I want to hope that my experience with Luis' gutter cleaning fiasco was an isolated event. I do think Will Dron (owner) is an honest business person and they did try to remedy the situation each time with Luis cleaning the wrong house's gutters, then trying to shake me down for double the amount . They did refund my credit card(even though it should have not been on file or charged in the first place). I want to believe that this company's ease of booking and professional and competent power washing with fair pricing is how this company does business, not like my recent experience. They do try to remedy bad situations and maybe this was just a rogue employee. They still get 1 star for gutter cleaning because I lost trust in their honesty , but they get 4 stars for the previous power washing job. read more

I had prime time out in June, but ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. When I got home I could see they did a beautiful job on my patio and furniture. Not my windows, screens and sills and they did not but anything back on the patio which I am to weak to do. I scheduled 3 appointments which they did not show up for. We had a 4 hour appointment window for our gutters to be cleaned so we rearranged our schedule that day. However PT showed up A DAY LATE... no call the day they were scheduled, or explanation. The service we requested was to have our gutters cleaned, I assumed they would clean all of our gutters, but they were going to skip the ones that are difficult to reach, though my husband was outside and asked that they included those (we figured that would be assumed, guess not)... We had to ask them to clean the mess from the gutters, and still they left a large garbage bag, and gutter remnants in our back and side yards. read more

Buyer Beware!! Went through both Home advisor to get a quote for window cleaning. I had posted pictures and reviewed to job on Google earth. Prime Time quoted $480 to do the work, $160 less then the others. When they showed up to do the work, they said they would do the job for $900. We I asked what changed, their answer "Sir, I'm trying to help you, again I asked what changed, got the same answer plus them telling me it's a $1200 job lol. Long story short, I needed the job done so we agreed on $600 for just the outside (others charged me $350) and the guy was a subcontractor and took 5 hours to do the job and it was done well. Well - I never should have given them a second chance. Not only did they not give their service staff any of the information about our condo (we have a parking place for him, he needs tall ladders for floor to ceiling windows, there are some outside windows on a terrace, etc.), the owner told him to charge us MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount we paid last year (228% in fact). Prime Time Windows have cleaned for the last 5 years at least. Every year it is an issue and a huge problem. This week it was the worst. The cleaners did a half job and when requested to clean again as there was rot in the tracks they were hostile. When we called Prime Time they too were impolite and not believing us. I called in the morning for a same day service for my gutters. I was told no problem appointment at 12. I called them at 12:50 asking where they were. I was then told my appointment was between 12-2. Ok maybe I didn't hear that. At 4pm I called fearing no one would show up and yep. They were held up at a job. They knew I had an appraisal at 9 AM the next day but they failed to pick up the phone and let me know if no one was able to come. I could of looked for another company or even gotten up on the roof myself. Totally wasted my day and now I have to somehow wrangle kids and cleaning the gutters before 9am!! They initially quoted $150.00 for cleaning 31-35 windows. They revised that ti $180 and in quote, it stated it was $2.00 extra to brush screens, $3.00 extra to wash screens. It would also be an extra $3.00 per window if I had the tic-tac-toe grids. When the guy arrived the price jumped from $180 to $360 because I have 37 windows and not the 35 that was quoted. About ten minutes into the job the worker told me the $360 was for outside cleaning of windows only. I said what? How much for inside and out, he said $740.00. I said see you later! My experience with Prime Time goes back many years - only for window washing. I have to say the staff they send are hard working and get the job done well and quickly. I really should have them wash my windows twice a year, not just once, as it makes such a wonderful difference now that I'm home more often. I do recommend this company. read more

I had this company clean my gutters on a rental property in Indiana. The quote was $180, the tech they sent out stated a few of the gutters had guards and the additional fee was $100. I asked for photos before starting, he claimed they had already started so photos "would do no good". I called the tenant after speaking with him. She said well they are pulling out now and left a Huge mess of dirt and leaves in drive way. Mind you they were there for 22 minutes! I asked if the gutter guard's were removed. She said no, they stuck a hose under ran water and left the sludge. I immediately called tech (Mario?) back. He said we cleaned up Best we could, wouldn't answer my question about whether the guards were removed. I asked if he was coming back to clean drive, he said no. If I had a a problem call the office. I did, left a vm. Received an invoice for $280.00 I paid the $180 that I was quoted on the phone along with a letter explaining issue. Week's later an extremely Rude guy calls demanding his $100. I explained the situation again and just as rudely he states will be back to clean mess. I tell him not to bother, none of his employees are welcome on my property and that the landscapers cleaned the mess weeks ago. He demands I allow him back. I'm thinking unstable at this point. This was is June of 2023. Continued to email harass me until I stated I was calling the police for harassment. Emails stopped. This past week (12/21-12/31) the same extremely rude guy ( never got his name) calls from a blocked number numerous times a day harassing me with voice mails for the $100. It's been 6 months!! Please beware of this company and its office staff, they quote a price over the phone then increase price upon arrival and then do a Sub standard job. Scheduled gutter cleaning for the end of the season and Prime Time did a fantastic job! They came a day early and just in time before 2 days of rain. The technician cleared my gutters and downspouts of all the leaves, flushed them with water and even sent before and after pictures. I've had my 20+ year-olds wash windows and let em go at that. I finally broke down and asked Prime Time Windows to come out and clean em all. A very nice gentleman named Jaouad was their man on this job. He cleaned them inside and out and his work was masterful. The first time the wife got to see Jaouad's work, she marveled at how crisp and colorful her flowers were. She had been gone for 9 days and wasn't sure I'd water her flowers every day as requested. When I brought her out of her office and walked her into our living room and asked her what she noticed was different, it all clicked and she was excited to realize the flowers had been watered AND the windows were "brand-new" clean. I'll work with these folks again, and again, and again for as long as we live here. read more

Nope. Don't let them come when you're not there. They'll send photos but there will still be a clog in your gutter. They'll come back when you're not there and say it's fixed.
