He quoted a sale price and advised me to message him on their website for the exact square footage and any trim pieces needed. I messaged on Monday evening the details of the order and followed up with a call next day. Stan said the sale price is over and cannot be honored while giving the regular price. Id I knew the sale ended when I called I would have placed the order while he was on the phone. At least let people know that the price is changing soon so customers can plan accordingly. Hopefully, they use better sales practices with others.

When I brought my contractor in to help remodel one of my units, they took the time to break down all the options to help us match the flooring perfectly. They went over different vinyl options for both the bathroom and kitchen, making sure we had all the information we needed. They were super helpful, and even for my social media, they helped me make a little video, and the owner even came over to say hi. They loaded everything up in the truck, and I was on my way in no time. They have excellent pricing, great service, and are genuinely kind people. I had one of the worst experiences ever with Discount Floor. Yes, their prices are cheaper than…read moreother stores, but the quality is absolutely the worst you can find in Los Angeles. They sell engineered wood flooring without proper protective coating, which is why the price looks low -- but you end up paying much more later. As soon as a little water touched the floors, it penetrated straight into the wood and changed the color. We were shocked. We had just spent a lot of money on new flooring, and instead we ended up with damaged wood within days. Because of these issues, we couldn't even move into our home. We had to stay in an Airbnb while dealing with the problem. We spent over $4,000 on temporary housing because of the extremely poor-quality material they sold us. Discount Floor sells cheap, low-quality engineered wood with almost no protective coverage. We will never buy from them again, and I strongly do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the headache. Go somewhere else.

Annie and Robert came and measured our kitchen and provided computer generated sketches for us to approve. Their on-site installation crew are also fantastic.
