    Whipped potato and asparagus

I'll start with the valet parking. Upon entering the location, I noticed that their parking lot looked full, and the valet workers were driving out of the parking lot with the cars. I asked one of the workers if the lot was full and where they were going to park the incoming cars. He told me that they had an "additional parking lot" behind the location. I decided to drive out myself and go find street parking. I ended up finding a parking spot on a street called Madeleine Place, which was about a block and a half away from the restaurant. This was when I noticed that the valet workers were actually parking the vehicles on the same exact block. I didn't appreciate that I was lied to in regard to having an additional parking lot behind the location because I think it's important for the patrons to know where exactly their car will be while they are having dinner. After entering the restaurant, we were told to have a drink at the bar because our table wasn't ready yet, which was fine because we were several minutes early. The hostess told us that a table was paying and we would be seated shortly. While we were at the bar waiting, we must have seen three or four tables of two that had left the location. We thought we would be seated at one of those tables, however, we were actually taken to a dining area upstairs. Just to preface, the person I was dining with has dined at this restaurant numerous times with another friend who is extremely generous when it comes to paying and leaving a tip. However, on this particular night, that friend was not with us, and I feel strongly that is the reason why they did not seat us at one of those empty tables on the first floor. They brought us upstairs to a more secluded dining area. The service upstairs was significantly worse compared to the service that my friend had received numerous times on the first floor. You could also see the difference in patrons between the first floor and second floor. The food.. Presentation is great! But the taste -- sub-par! We ordered the baked artichoke from the appetizer menu, which was loaded with some type of dressing and so much cheese that you could barely taste the artichoke. We also ordered a Caesar salad, which was so mediocre. We ordered a side of asparagus was very bland. We then ordered the filet mignon, which was decent, but I feel like it's overpriced for the taste. In regard to our drink order, we were only asked once if we wanted a drink, and we felt extremely rushed throughout. I'm only giving this three stars because I can't give it 2 1/2. I personally did not have a good experience at this restaurant and I definitely won't be returning nor will I recommend it. They started off on a bad foot by lying about the parking situation.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, I tried the outdoor dining for the first time. It was just as nice as the inside. The food and service was great. The drinks were also good. I didn't make a reservation and they were kind enough to still seat us.

Absolutely stunning restaurant- beautiful inside and out. Radiant and romantic spot to have all the delicious eats and treats. Saturday night was booked and busy. We had a reservation for 7:00pm- we had to wait about 15 minutes or so. Best server ever alert- Christina! Amazing- attentive and admirable for the recommendations and service. Food- 5 stars, I would say that just a bit more salt would be great. We did ask for salt and pepper. The crispy artichokes were hands down were one of the most crispy and delicious appetizers I've ever had. 10/10! They start with a few loves bread and oil- great way to start. The Cacio e Pepe was good but just a tad bit more salt and less pasta water- I could taste that. Needed a bit more creaminess. Beef Wellington: bomb. So flavorful, but needed one little punchy pinch of salt. Pork chop was savory and tender and fall off the bone. Dynamite! Great place. Good food.

    Biscoff espresso martini! Delish!

I visited Primi last night for my 40th birthday. It's a beautiful restaurant with dark, lush interior. I loved the wallpaper, lol. Our server was fantastic. No issues there. I ordered a French martini, which was fine. I would have liked it to be a little sweeter. But that's just personal preference! The Biscoff espresso martini is amazing, though! I highly recommend getting one of those! For our appetizers we had the stuffed mushrooms and baked clams. The mushrooms were mushy and flavorless. You could have told me they were from the frozen foods section at stop n shop, and I would have believed you. The baked clams, while nice flavor wise were so big and chewy that I was gagging trying to get them down. Clams that big should honestly be chopped. I'm not sure if that was an option, but we weren't asked. Now on to our mains. 3 out of the 6 of us ordered the beef Wellington. And all 3 of us agreed that it was bland and flavorless. We were begging for salt and pepper! The mashed potatoes and asparagus that accompanied the meal were good though. We also ordered a side of creamed spinach, which was watery and again could have used some salt. I'm not sure if we ordered the wrong items or if it was just an off night, but I was really looking forward to this meal and I was sadly disappointed. I'd truly only come back for another espresso martini. The food here is sadly a skip for me.

Food is cooked to perfection. I ordered the branzino and my husband ordered the beef Wellington both were cooked well. For appetizer we ordered the bacon slab it was a large portion definitely delicious. For drinks my husband order the lyche Martini and I ordered a glass of Pinot Nior both were good. Service was impeccable, no complaints. Ambiance more upscale, great for a date night or intimate dinner. The only thing I would say I didn't love we sat near the band which was a bit loud. Other than that 10 out of 10, will be returning.

Very cozy italian steakhouse with lots of private little nooks to hang. Service seemed a bit slow to me, but they were very attentive in general. The filet mignon was one of the best I've had--perfectly tender and so flavorful. Prices were pricey, as to be expected for this type of restaurant.

Great food, decent menu. Nice fireplace but loud and close for comfort. Service was super attentive but main course took forever to come out. Food was delicious and was a great time.

Another visit in the books. They had a special of capollini cakes in pesto sauce and they were AMAZING. We asked for a side of vodka sauce as well which was delicious. Also, still one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had!

Came here because I received a gift card for my retirement. Service was friendly and attentive. The grilled octopus appetizer was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the beef Wellington and my husband loved his porterhouse. The sides were yummy especially the Brussels. A small band was playing music. We had a lovely evening.

    Wedge Salad

Food, atmosphere, and service were all amazing! They usually have good specials too and it's a perfect date night or more upscale dinner with friends. Shrimp cocktail special, clams oreganata, and steak were great - wasn't crazy about the dressing and smaller size of the wedge salad compared to other places but everything else came out great. Host staff were very friendly, and our server was friendly and always available.

"I see her on the freeway Long Island Expressway…read moreHey, give me a break, baby Help me get out of this rain" (Rolling Stones) I just attended a wedding here, and I honestly can't imagine any aspect of the experience that could have been improved. It was that good. The wedding ceremony took place outside, where rows of chairs were set up and we all had gorgeous waterfront views. After the ceremony, we walked into the building's first floor for the cocktail hour. Simply put, the food was amazing. The cocktail hour alone could have served as a meal. There was a big central charcuterie station of cold appetizers - think meats, cheeses, fruits, and crudities. The four corners of the room each housed a food station - a carving station, sushi/sashimi, pasta, and Asian stir fry. Oh, and there were tons of butler service passed hors oeuvres too. Next, we walked upstairs to the large ballroom for the main meal. Dinner service started with a "Burrata Caprese" salad with a big hunk of creamy mozzarella served in a dressed salad with grilled bread. As for the dinner entrees, would you believe a choice of SEVEN entrees?? I kid you not -- seven entrees - Branzino, chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, Surf and Turf, and eggplant. My table had just about all of the choices, and everything disappeared. After the meal, there was an apple tart with ice cream and wedding cake. All of the people I interacted with, the hosts, the bartenders, the servers and the clearers were super polite and friendly. When I think about the decor, the scenery, the food, and the service, this was a top-notch experience, Well done, Piermont.

When we arrived we enjoyed specialists drinks, appetizers, and a solo musician on the main floor. There were so many different and fun small plates constantly passed around from mini fish tacos, crab crakes, bruschetta, to fried ravioli. They had hot carving stations and a pasta bar. We were then moved upstairs for the main reception event and dinner. It was a huge wedding party and all of the guests fit comfortably. The decorations were perfection and all of the servers and bartenders were attentive and nice. It was a blast and the staff at Piermont helped make it a success. If you are thinking of this location for your future wedding or reception, I 10/10 recommend the Piermont.

Think of that same pizza crust being served at Barrique Kitchen & Wine Bar. And they're commanding such high prices! All these 4-5 star reviews, what am I missing? We're going to see at show at Jones Beach so I suggested something close to my sister in laws house. I never been so I suggested Barrique Kitchen & Wine Bar based on past Yelp reviews. Lets' back up. -Atmosphere? 10 out of 10. The bar and inside restaurant looks amazing. We chose to sit outside, its a beautiful night. -Parking? I was able to park out front, on the street. -Drinks? I had a pretty good cocktail, Peach Bourbon Lemonade made with Bourbon and Peach Schnapps. -Wait staff? Our waitress was attentive and all of the waiters kept our water glasses full and removed our finished plates. My wife & I always get a pizza and a salad to split between us. I ordered for us the Poached Pear Salad. Topped with crumbled gorgonzola, chopped pecans, and poached pears. This was a nice summer-y salad. I liked it, it was a nice starter but $18 bucks?? First time here and the pizza just turned me off. I would have changed it up if I had to start over, maybe a meat & cheese platter? There's too much competition in the area, the small plates are full entree prices and we were served yucko pizza.

They have one large high top table that accompanies large groups. Otherwise a small dining area in back (emphasis on small and tight), but cozy. The food comes out all at different times, smaller dishes meant to be passed and shared. A friend we went with had said the menu changed a little from the last time they came but overall the same. What we ordered and tried was all phenomenal. Can't go wrong with the Brussels sprouts and Braided short rib. The veal meatballs were mouthwatering and bread with Gorgonzola. Chefs kiss every bit. Ugh the dessert display, and variety can't be beat. I can't wait to go back and try them all!!! The atmosphere is dark and stormy, dim lights, with a gentle flicker of battery operated candle light. The bar area was packed it takes up the whole front end. A convenient location in Patchogue to walk around and a large public parking area in back, be careful of the permit only spots. Our waiter Mike was friendly, explained how the kitchen functioned and made recommendations, never pushy and timed his visits perfectly.
