We drove 30 minutes to get here, hoping for an experience a bit above average for my daughter's birthday. They did a good job on our nails, but don't expect anything more... like friendly smiles or drinks (mentioned in other reviews) . This is the first nail salon I've been to since moving to the area and the service is A++++! Annie was quick to take care of me and the rest of the staff were very friendly - they even gave me recommendations for restaurants to try!! I love my nails and Annie did amazing on them. I wanted a "clean girl" short almond and she definitely understood the assignment. Salon is super clean, drinks are offered to clients, and they take card. You can even make your appointment online through a booking system. That's so convenient for those who work long hours. 20/10 coming back! read more

We were visiting from out of town, and thought it would be fun to get pedicures. There were four of us in our group, including my sister, my niece, my daughter and I. I called and they were able to fit us in at a time that was convenient to us late in the afternoon. When we arrived they got us seated fairly rapidly and we all did the smoothing pedicure. They came out with a tray and offered snacks (sodas and chips). The service was thorough and the results were very attractive! It was a relaxing experience and the spa is clean and pretty. I saw an add on fb & decided to treat myself today with Princess Pedicure (Gel) & Deluxe Gel Manicure at 11am. I haven't had a pedicure/manicure since before our move & was looking forward to some pampering. The salon is beautiful & the ladies that worked on me were super nice but I feel it could have been better. Positives: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean salon, pedicure chair was comfortable, plenty of color options to choose from & the hot stone massage for my pedicure was amazing. Negatives: I got both the best gel pedicure ($75) & gel manicure ($45) but was disappointed after I home to relax before I had to pick up my kids from school. Sadly my nails/feet look as if I just got polish but are not moisturized & in fact still dry which was the entire point of going with the best available. The water for pedicure was like warm at best & was cold before the pedicure ended. The water was suppose to be infused with essential oils (I chose lavender) that was to detox/distress but again left underwhelmed. My manicure was to be the deluxe with dip powder (on advice of nail tech). I don't know why I agreed except that I was distracted. This is to no fault of nail tech but I did ask for gel not dip when I walked in. I did not have an appointment but only one lady was in getting her nails done & she left shortly after my arrival. I'm not sure what was deluxe about manicure because I didn't even get lotion or hand massage. My nails I keep short & sweet due to active lifestyle but cuticles were still rough looking around nail bed unfortunately. Last minute I decided to get brows done but brow tech was working on new customer that walked in. I didn't want to be rude & said never mind but they took me anyways. Wax didn't burn but one side is thinner than other (thankfully I can hide it with brow powder). I take care to moisturize, my nails/toes are always trimmed & kept neat when I don't make time for self care at nail salon (I've been going for over 20yrs & have done all the acrylics, gel & dip). Since I am new to area this salon isn't as close as others & I will probably not be back. I did get a discount because it's the grand opening 1st week but still spent a considerable amount on disappointing mani/pedi. read more

Found this place by chance when I went to subway and they take walk ins. Jade did an amazing job on my nails. I went in with a picture of what I kind of wanted but explained the changes I wanted to make to it and she didn't disappoint. I was looking for a way to honor my grandpa and my best friend both who have passed away leaving widows who's anniversary is this coming week. The colors I wanted where the colors they had at their weddings and I wanted my nails to look like they would for a wedding almost. They brought out little snacks while our pedicures where getting done and small little water bottles. The presentation of everything was clean and beautiful. I got a manicure and pedicure and both turned out amazing! Amy, my nail artist, was attentive and kind and did a fantastic job. We had an online appointment for 2 mani pedis. We arrived 5 minutes early to pick a color. We were seated in our pedicure chairs 15 minutes after our appointment time. We had our feet in the water for about 20 minutes before anyone started our service. Recap: that's 40 MINUTES OF WAITING to start... WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Finally someone came to do my feet, but my 20 minute pedicure service was almost done by the time they started my guest, which doesn't feel great. Then they did everything but paint the toenails and my technician left. My guest had a lovely full 25 minute pedicure. 10 minutes later someone came to finish my paint. Meanwhile, walk ins were arriving and the technician starting their services. We sat in the chairs waiting for our manicures to start. My gel manicure was nice and took 20 minutes. My guest had an errand and did not want to wait any longer as she was disappointed that so many people we're getting helped that arrived after us. She decided not to get a manicure. Then, the owner apologized and insisted she get the service. She completed her gel manicure in about 15 minutes intermittently while spending about 20 minutes intermittently explaining why other customers who arrived after us were getting served before us. I was initially appreciative of the apology for the wait, but then the more explanations and time spent arguing why they were right, rather that actually just doing the service, was really frustrating. All the while, they are taking calls and writing them in a paper appointment book....and people could totally be booking online and creating a double book situation. Bottom line: actual manicure and pedicure was average quality. Service and waiting times with an appointment were ridiculous. Probably 40 minutes of time getting the 2 services for me--and 80 minutes++ of waiting. read more

alrighty i don't even know where to begin. we walk in and had an appointment (myself daddy and mommy) then they get to work on our toes and as soon as i sit down a nice gentlemen comes with a try of variety sprite, diet coke, dr pepper, the average utah drinks for an above average salon. along with the drinks they come with chips everything from sunchips to cheeto puffs princess has got it all. i selected a chilled water and it was oh so refreshing. the gel pedicure went by very fast, the unique part is that although they were fast the precision was as if Jade worked on my toes for infinity! after toes was my first acrylic experience. they selected the perfect width for each of my nails, the length was questionable. jane brought the kardashian nails out and i was head of heels worried from being kindergartener short nails to one big leap to cardi b nails, however before i could freight to much she was able to cut them down to my perfect length, bye bye cardi. for my first acrylic i couldn't just chose a color so i went with a pink french tip with a design to match the pink on my toes, because as most say life is too short for matching sox but i agree to disagree and am a matching girl at heart. i have never been so happy with any decision in my life. my mommy adjacent to my left her nail tech was sneaking a peek at my nails and my chick said ain't no coping my nails so she turned it into a friendly competition to see who could have the better nail design, i of course was bias to jade and my spectacular nails and soon enough we had all the nail techs peering over trying to determine the winner. without coming to conclusion we agreed both went above and beyond to give us the most beautiful nails for a wedding and following trip to mexico. i cannot be more pleased with my experience at princess nail and salon, our nail tech referred to herself as "winner winner!" do we stop at mani pedi, never, we kept the princess experience going with a following eye brow wax taking away my beasty hairs above the iris, pupil, and lid. the owner is named tammy and she conducted the eyebrow fixer upper and i was so ready to see my fixer upper. tammies husband also is spectacular and who doesn't love such an amazing dynamic duo. i could have said 10/10 but numbers don't do justice for the glorious trip i had at princess nails and spy, i truly feel like a princess read more
