So I mentioned it to him after he got upset he tried to fill the thick nails down and the lady offered to paint my nails. The vibe was stale. There was a fishing show on tv. I already had gel on my toes, so the nail tech drilled it off instead of trying to soak them. Of course, 24 hours later my toe nail is already broken. The nail tech was super rough on my feet, putting extra effort into cutting off my cuticles on my big toes. I don't ever have ingrown nails or anything, so I'm still not sure why he cut my right big toe nail until it bled. The massage was so rough that my ankle is sore today. I paid $45 for the deluxe pedicure. I was informed that the gel was an additional $15. I paid and will never be back.

I generally never make an appointment or request anyone specific and have never been unhappy with my nails. All the women here are so talented and kind! My only criticism would be with their new complementary drink service. It's very small, which is why I'm not taking away stars, but it seems they need to be a bit more organized. They recently started offering one complementary beverage to every client with alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. The last two times I've been it has either taken a very long time to get that drink or they have forgotten it completely. It seems like they just need to figure out whose responsibility that is so that there is a smoother process for clients. Otherwise, everything is great here and I will continue to come back

Very attentive to the needs and requests or EVERYONE. Moving swiftly and calmly. It was great feeling in there. Calm soft vibes.
