The best nails in Charlotte! The workers are so kind and do a great job. The salon is so pretty and calming. Vincent is awesome!

I made an appointment over the phone and the lady was almost an hour late. Prior to making my appointment I asked if they provided airbrush services, which they said yes and when I got there told me it was broken. They had no length magnets so I got charged for a long set even though it was medium. In the messages previous to the appointment being made they told me they do 50% discount for designs. Got charged for ombré but the lady told me I might have to choose a different design after trying three different paint methods that did not work. In the end my nails look like I did them myself, respectfully. They are crooked, bulky, you can see air bubbles and the application is not smooth. It is time for me to get a fill but I wanted to share this before.

But after only two days, the edges of my nails were wearing off. The nail tech was very rough when pushing my cuticles back and actually cut my cuticle and it started bleeding. My daughter had a pedicure and her tech pulled a piece of skin off of her big toe at the cuticle and it started bleeding as well. Neither one of them apologized to us. After going through what was torture instead of being an enjoyable and relaxing time for us. My nails looked absolutely horrible! I could have done a better nail polish job myself. But instead, I spent $100 for this horrendous service. I really didn't want to even give him a tip but I felt obligated to give at least a normal tip of 10%. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I have been to the vintage nail bar on Park Road and it was excellent. However, this was closer to where I live so I thought we would go there. But never again!!

Katie did my nails today! Unfortunately I am from out of state or I would be coming to her religiously for a gel manicure.. she filed my nails absolutely perfect as well as the color done to perfection around my cuticles. I'm so happy w them. Everyone should come to her. The space was also very very clean. Only thing I would say is that 43 dollars is quite pricey for a regular gel mani, but like I said they are done perfectly. read more

Tried the Sharon Rd this time. I guess overall Vintage Nails is, according to reviews, fine for manicures. But I just don't think they do good pedicures. I'm not super picky- but I like to get what I pay for. I want my heels softer, the polish not smeared, and whatever's included in the pedicure I pick to be done- ideally without pain. They're nice places and people, but I'd stick with manicures at Vintage read more

She was sweet, patient and really gentle with my nails. I'm so glad we found this place. The staff was friendly, funny and very nice. My then 92 year old uncle only wanted every other month appointments so I paid $620 for 2024. Unfortunately, my uncle died before using his 2024 appointments. Although Melissa asked me to give her two months for a refund, which I did, and she sent me a photo of the refund precessing a month ago - still no refund and only long, dramatic diatribes instead from her. This was my experience and I would not recommend this company and would not want other customers to fight for refunds and deal with all of this nonsense. I believe she just got back from a month long vacation which makes it worse. I hope this helps others who may be thinking of using her services.

This is absolute exceptional nail salon in South Park if you expected a good quality of nail services. The decor is simple and warm feeling. I have to say it is quite cozy here. The music background was so soothing, and I guessed it was a soft jazz music. It made me feel so relaxing after a long day at work. The service that I had was gel manicure and jelly pedicure. I got both services done at the same time in the massage chair. It was different to my normal salon. It was kind of quite because we barely have the conversation. I guessed maybe my first time. They looked like having a lot of regular. All the customers around me know every nail tech there. They seemed like really enjoying coming here. This was my first time getting the Jelly pedicure, and it felt wonderful. My feet was soaking in Warm jelly for about 10'. It felt so weird but good for your intense muscle I guessed. I don't her name but she did so good leg massage. Kelly did my gel manicure, and it turned out great. Overall, the experience that I had here was great. They had really good customers service. They offered a lot of complimentary beverages such as mimosa, organic tea, wine, soft drink, and seltzer water. The pricing wasn't too bad for the services that I got. It is important for me because this salon did not offer acrylics, so it did not have any chemicals smell like many salon did. They were two customers left because they were asking for acrylics nails since I was there. They didn't take acrylics customers, but they offered the vitamin dip gel. I have heard a lot of good things about this salon. So I decided to take a chance at Vintage Nail and it was a great experience. I called on Saturday as soon as they opened to see they could squeeze me in on the afternoon. Luckily, I had an appointment so I did not have to wait for long. when I was arrival, they were packed. However, a guy came out asked me to pick a color and getting a chair ready for me. As soon as I picked out the color and they were starting me immediately. I was really impressed their customer service. They arranged staff work in order for appointments which was a plus. There was no chemical smell on this salon and it was refreshing on their product with aroma flavor. I have a lavender relief, and it was so soothing. With the essential oil blend in the moisturize make my skin feel so good. Kelly was my nail tech and she was amazing!!! She is not only professional but thorough detail oriented. I like the way that she did my nails. I enjoyed both of my pedicure and manicure services, and my gel nails turned out perfectly. My daughter and I get our nails done at least once a month, typically seeking a polished SNS manicure. After reaching out last minute (and on a Sunday, too!) to get our much needed manicures in, and a horrible experience elsewhere, Vintage Nail Bar set us up with an appointment and had us in their (exceptionally comfy) plush chairs within fifteen minutes. Having moved to the Charlotte area from large-scale city settings, I certainly believe this place is where you need to go if you are tired of having poor nail salon experiences in the area! Amazing salon!!!!! I just moved back to Charlotte, and I struggled looking for a great nails salon. Then I found Vintage nail bar through yelp. Kelly was awesome. She took her time and did an excellent job. She was so patient and took her time. I think they are all artist with the gel products. I enjoy my conversations with them while they are doing my nails. I really like how they came out. The salon is very clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. They also serve drinks like mimosa, wine, and organic tea. I have been going to Vintage Nails for couples of month now. The service has always been great with the complimentary beer or wines. I have tried different kind of manicures and pedicures during my visits. They were very enjoyable each time. They have always taken great care of my hands and feet. Plus the location is very convenient to where I lived. It located on Sharon Road and Fairview Rd in the same shopping center with Fedex, Jimmy John, and Sprint. I was in Charlotte for my sister's graduation party, and we decided to come here to pamper ourself. This is my sis favorite nail shop in Charlotte and I know why now.... I have to say I'm amazed by service they provided. We both get the upgraded pedi and that was so relaxing and def. worth the money. I got regular mani and love the result, my sister got SNS mani as her normally do. I went here for my birthday for the first time. My experience was incredible. I got a dip mani and the hot stone pedicure and the eyebrow wax and all of the services were excellent. I have been going to Vintage ever since they opened a little over a year ago. I grew up in Charlotte, lived all over the city and been to pretty much every nail salon in each area. Vintage has been the most professional, consistent and organized salon I have ever been to. They aren't the cheapest but worth every penny. Gels have never chipped and regular manicures last almost as long as gel, holding their luster, shine and barely chipping. I travel frequently and if I don't have time to go to Vintage I let me nails look a little rough because I will not go anywhere else. ALL technicians are on point! read more

I came here on a Sat. p.m. they were really busy, but luckily they got me in out and really quick. I got gel mani and deluxe pedi, both my fingers and toes turned out amazing! They use all natural product including message lotion, pedi soaking sea salt, and exfoliation. The staff is really helpful and sweet, they make sure you get what you need. One more thing I enjoy myself here is they don't do acrylic, so I don't have to deal with the chemical smell. I was looking for a nail salon and I think I have found my favorite one in South Park area. I was squeezed in without appointment last Friday, and they did amazing job on my nails. I never have the gel that lasted so long. Excellent service, and they are very professional with the soothing music background so relaxing. The technician was so attentive, and skillful. The salon was well kept, and they don't offer acrylics at this location. So there are no chemical smell which was a bonus. They offered mimosa and organic tea. I have been to other nail places in the area, but Vintage is the most consistent, clean place I found so far. I normally get gel mani and deluxe pedi here, the pedi is always amazing, they use vegan product for the pedicure, and my gel mani always last up to 2 weeks. This is the place I would go to treat myself. I normally got the Ultimate pedicure here and absolutely love it. I have been come here almost a year and always satisfied with my experience. I never feel rushed for my pedicure, the technician took her time gave me good through message and that is such a relief for my swollen feet and heel! I was in Charlotte for a conference meeting and Vintage is really close to my hotel, I actually walked to this location. The staff here is really sweet and helped me picked out my gel color. The color turned out a little different from how it looks on the sample but I really like it. no biggie. I wish I have a salon like vintage close to my house! If you'd like to add design they charge $25 for 10 fingers even if it's for kids. However even though it's a bit pricy in my opinion they adjust the price per nails so I chose to have 2 designs and they charged $6 and they even added two more nails just w little dots on so they made it worth it. - my daughter was so happy. I wish I had gotten the name of who actually took care of her nails to give her a shout out to her delicate hands and my daughter never complained about any pain or discomfort and that says a lot because my daughter is extremely fickle even with me when it comes to cutting nails or brushing her hair to truly a big deal here. She also kept saying she had such a great time at the salon after we left so I'm a very happy costumer there. Also thanks to Pinky who was kind enough to add us the additional dots to her nails I liked my nails I would say I would've enjoyed a rougher massage and callus scrub but the one I had was still very nice - also the color was close to what I wanted but a little too dark I wish it was more like the picture I showed. No worries there since I will return and hopefully get it right next time. If you are looking for a mother daughter experience and kind service I recommend this place.

When you choose a dip color, the will dip one nail a few times to make sure you like it. I have never been to a Solon that takes this much time to ensure their customer is happy. I always make appointments, and never have an issue, but they are always busy. I suggest making an appointment if your time is tight. Gonga is the absolute best. She does a great job, really takes her time and is so incredibly sweet! I have brought friends an my mom to this salon because I love it so much.
