They are very nasty and shaddy in the way in which they treat their customers. Turned my car off and told me unless I paid the entire amount owed it could not be turned back. Left me sitting in my car in the pouring raining storm. There was lightening and thunder and the guy is telling me "The system won't allow him to turn back on the car, even if I paid just half of the whole." Granting I was telling him I would pay the other half in less than a week. Then, I asked to speak to an accounts manage, was told they got to send them an email and got to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a call back from a manager. This is some real unprofessional, low-classed NONSENSE! So, if there is an urgent need for a manager that can't be done? What would I do with my car in that time? He honestly told me I would have to leave it there and I guess trot through the storm. This was crazy to me! I don't care if someone owes you, this is a person's life in jeopardy. I have never in my life met any company like this in any industry. I would advise anyone and I mean anyone that is thinking about trying this company to stay farrr and I mean farrr away. Do not mess with this company at all! These people are heartless and only see their clients as dollar signs. Additionally, there cars always malfunction and keeps you spending money trying to fix them. Then, they would gladly call you every week, two weeks, month (whatever your pay cycle is) for their money. Again, Stay farr away from Adonis Auto Group! Their cars are Overpriced and poorly serviced and the way they treat their customers is unheard of.

They are very straight…read moreforward that they don't care what's wrong with the car, it's your job to evaluate it and decide if it's right for you. They aren't doing anything shady at all, but they did have a whole lot of very worn cars I would be afraid of. The unit I went to look at wasn't ready to show as far as I'm concerned. It had a leaking donut gasket in the exhaust, the cowl vents full of dirt and grass, and the console lid inside the car had been shredded. I didn't even ask them to get it out of the garage where I could drive it. I was looking at a big Buick, but they also had a super-clean Chevrolet Impala with a few more miles on it, but the car was in well-cared-for condition. I asked them to get that one out and we took it for a test drive and found nothing wrong with it but a "service air bag" light on, which we were willing to deal with. The suspension was still tight, the interior in blemish-free condition, a minor blemish on the rear plastic bumper cover, and the engine compartment clean. The motor was absolutely quiet, and running well, and so I left with a slightly younger Chevrolet than the Buick I thought I was interested in. Buyer beware on some of the units on this lot, but they are not misrepresenting them. It's the buyers responsibility to decide if a unit is right for them, and I'd encourage anyone to check carefully. They had some certified junk on the lot, but had some equally clean units in good condition. It all depends on what you want to pay, and how much car you expect to get for your money. Nothing about this transaction appeared to be shady, or in any way intended to misrepresent what they have to sell. They were courteous, kind, and professional in all parts of this transaction. I particularly like that they didn't even offer me an extended warranty, or try to add other charges into the transaction, such as dealer preparation, which I view to be taking advantage of the ignorant. It was cash-and-carry, and if it breaks they buyer gets both pieces. I've had the car in service for a week now, and I have discovered a minor transmission leak. At age 13 with 120,000 miles on it that's a little deal to me, and I'm satisfied with what I paid.

We purchased a car from Auto Express two months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since…read more Shortly after the purchase, we began having issues and decided to get a professional opinion. After taking it to three independent mechanics, we were told the car requires over $10,000 in repairs--and more importantly, that it's dangerous to drive in its current condition. If my son and his family were going at a high rate of speed at the time it broke, it could have caused an accident. All three mechanics said the vehicle was a danger to be on the road. When we brought this to the dealership's attention, their response was that we could have had the car inspected if we had asked. We were under the impression that they had a mechanic on-site, given the size of their lot and number of vehicles. This lack of transparency was disappointing and misleading. We have since learned that Auto Express often sources their vehicles from up north and coastal regions, where cars are commonly exposed to severe rust and deterioration. This was never disclosed to us during the sales process. We feel completely taken advantage of. If you're considering buying from Auto Express, have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing anything, and ask where the car originally came from. We wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Now it's just this unclaimed page. Today, I came in for an oil change. The process was smooth. Everyone was polite and friendly this time. They started doing this video thing that I REALLY LOVED! The mechanic records 2 videos as they are checking your car and providing verbal feedbacks like "Your brake pads have xxx inches left, tires have xxx left, both are in good condition. No rust was found.", and then they'll upload those videos to a webpage for you to review. As a very particular person, I freaking LOVE this! Whoever answered the phone in the parts department was not the best person for the job, rude, short attention span, wanted to be somewhere else. That employee provided a very BAD representation of that business. I attempted to provide him with the Toyota part number and he cut me off, asking for the VIN, which I then provided. Impatient. When I provided the first of 2 part numbers, for a Camry mirror assembly with Blind Spot Monitor he then quoted me an astronomical price of w$522.00 for a combination part when I doubt exists. There is the actual mirror, and then a cover that goes over the mirror assembly, but I did NOT need the cover. When I attempted to confirm the part number by reading it back to him, trying to read it through advanced glaucoma - he became impatient, a bit sarcastic, and graduated to downright RUDE. Worse - he was trying to rip me off. I purchased the mirror from Pitt Toyota in Georgia for $119.69 plus tax, who were very polite and helpful, respectful, and got the part out to me within a few days. I have NEVER had such an awful experience purchasing anything as I attempted from Norm Reeves Toyota. Shame on the general manager for keeping that parts man on the job. Don't waste your hard earned money on those guys.

I will say the oil my car uses is a little particular as it's high mileage, full synthetic so I give them a pass there on short notice. For me though, I'm more concerned with the end result and how fast it's done, which this place did a great job of. Overall, if you're looking for more simple work to be done on your car like an inspection or an oil change, I definitely recommend this place as they'll have you in and out in no time; however, I'd recommend somewhere else if you're looking for more deep repairs.
