DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! In June 2023, I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe from Adonis Auto Group. In September 2023, my engine light came on with diagnostic codes indicating it was the Catalytic Converter and O2 Sensor. Upon contacting the service center, I was advised, without a second thought, to seek an outside repair shop. That repair cost me $1500 out of pocket, because Adonis "doesn't do catalytic converters." In January 2024, my engine light came BACK on, with catalytic converter codes and engine know sensor. After returning to the mechanic who replaced the converter in September, I called Adonis Auto Group to express my dissatisfaction. They agreed to pick it up to diagnose the vehicle. After roughly 2-3 days, they advised me that I needed a front and back catalytic converter, which had I "went through Adonis for the repair, it would've been covered to replace." On February 16, Adonis picked up my vehicle for the repairs- that was the last time I seen my vehicle. Since February, I have spent countless hours on hold with the Service Center. In April, I was told they finally repaired my converters. Allegedly, during the "quality check ride" the engine light started flashing rapidly. George, the service center representative, told me I needed a new engine. While waiting at least two weeks for the repair, and after sitting on hold for an hour, George told me that the repair shop they outsourced the job to had been lying regarding repair updates. George presented the resolution of Adonis replacing the engine in-house, and it would be ready in two business days. Well, that didn't happen. George advised me, again after sitting on hold for over an hour on the day I was told it would be ready, that the engines they had "in-house" didn't fit. The service manager decided to outsource the repair AGAIN, except to a "personal friend" this time. Now, here I am four months into a repair with no vehicle, perpetually delayed ETAs as recent as this Friday (06/07/2024). read more

I honestly don't even know why or how this company is still in operation! I won't recommend them to my WORSE enemies. They are very nasty and shaddy in the way in which they treat their customers. Turned my car off and told me unless I paid the entire amount owed it could not be turned back. Left me sitting in my car in the pouring raining storm. There was lightening and thunder and the guy is telling me "The system won't allow him to turn back on the car, even if I paid just half of the whole." Granting I was telling him I would pay the other half in less than a week. Then, I asked to speak to an accounts manage, was told they got to send them an email and got to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a call back from a manager. This is some real unprofessional, low-classed NONSENSE! So, if there is an urgent need for a manager that can't be done? What would I do with my car in that time? He honestly told me I would have to leave it there and I guess trot through the storm. This was crazy to me! I don't care if someone owes you, this is a person's life in jeopardy. I have never in my life met any company like this in any industry. I would advise anyone and I mean anyone that is thinking about trying this company to stay farrr and I mean farrr away. Do not mess with this company at all! These people are heartless and only see their clients as dollar signs. Additionally, there cars always malfunction and keeps you spending money trying to fix them. Then, they would gladly call you every week, two weeks, month (whatever your pay cycle is) for their money. Again, Stay farr away from Adonis Auto Group! Their cars are Overpriced and poorly serviced and the way they treat their customers is unheard of. read more

Do not buy a vehicle here! This has been the worse buying experience of my life. They lied about warranty. Severely over priced and when your vehicle needs maintenance they do all in their power to exploit you! My car sat for almost a month and they still wanted to hold my car for payments when they didnt provide loaner and over charged on labor! RUN! read more

Dont do business with them!! Too many different companies no one taking accountability! purchased vehicle dec 2020 no major problems until April 2024 car was stolen from property found it same day had it towed to Adonis service center April 12. they called for 2 weeks stating key was not in car went ahead and have them make a new one may 22 they stated i needed a new engine a total of 3k 1500 to start fixing well i never came up with down payment i called back to see if insurance can cover they state warranty is only good for 24months or 20000 miles I'm like we are on the 4th year so what does insurance cover they say just body work. well they cant look up my account no more cause my account is owned by Apoyo finance (tri-Color) and simple auto bought Adonis out, also they have moved out of building and no cars are there anymore!!! excuse me so where is my vehicle u will have to reach out to apoyo. i gave them half my deductible and normally pay the rest when service is done. Apoyo cant track vehicle and manager is not in have to wait 24 hrs for call back. Adonis calls back states tri-color picked up vehicle in may. how they able to get my car without permission? how they get my car when i haven't paid the rest of the deductible? why wasn't i made aware? what does tri color have to do with this? they are the same company as apoyo. I call tri-color we have nothing to do with your account I'm transferring you to apoyo same run around wait 24 hrs. i drove to adonis on erl thorton frwy where new service center is and call laws, laws wont come because its a civil matter all this happened august 15th.i call apoyo back and state i need to make a claim and report car stolen they say they will email the team and they will get back with me in 24hrs still to this day no call back. august 16 drive to adonis head quarters ran into eric ryan (coo) he gets veronica and leaves for lunch states he will be back after. veronica contreas (dpo) reaches out to everyone says that she received an email stating the car was picked up June 15 and taken to tricolor in fort worth well no one can confirm this had law come to head quarters and once again they wont report call stolen its a civil mttr. I ask them why they pick it up she states probably because your behind on payments girl i have never missed a payment. I ask when will eric ryan be back veronica states shortly. i call apoyo and all of a sudden they know its location but wont give address said they will email still waiting on it they stated they didnt know vehicle was moved until i called and they state that adonis called them to get vehicle and that was 2 weeks ago so sometime late july early august. asked for eric and was told he going to the bank in plano he not coming back today. called address that car suppose to be at well this place no matter what department they pick up and hold phone for 30 seconds then hang up called 6 times here we are august 19 and still no confirmation of where vehicle is. also now i received a credit report email i open it and it states i am 30-59 late on a payment and now my credit -110 points and my payments are 970$ behind and car balance goes up 274$. this company is by far ridiculous feels like im on a never ending carousel now that they transferred my account. read more

Lady that helped us today, Damora, was amazing. She was kind, professional, and energetic. She was very timely and attentive to needs and requests that my friend had for purchasing her vehicle. Nate did a great job, the experience was nice and easy and straight to the point. I came in with what I wanted to put down and I'm putting that amount down. I was not forced to do more and I appreciate that. The car I'm getting today is very nice, a little on the expensive end because of the interest rate but it's going to get me to point A to B and help me improve my credit to get something better with the contract I signed today. Avoid this place! Take your business somewhere where they know what they're doing and a place where they respect you. My car broke down and it took them 12 days to fix it the day after I got it it broke down AGAIN! Same exact issue still made me wait after they "prioritize " my car for the bullshit work they did. No apology will make up for the disrespect, they stopped answering their phone and only would communicate via text. I had asked for them to change the tires from the first time and was told they would give me a quote on it all to tell me at time of pick up "you're going to need new tires but you already knew that" this place is a complete joke and I regret ever doing business with them. read more
