My husband and I recently purchased a home in Pac Heights (a second home to spend time with family). We live in Manhattan and love our cleaners there. Much to my dismay, it took me 6 months and many ruined pieces of clothing before I found Priority Express. I tried all the Pac Heights cleaners and after so many disasters I finally resorted to using Peninou. Their prices are so ridiculous ($30. per shirt), that I decided to give up on Pac Heights and venture down to the Marina. I had taken six shirts, with the plan of leaving two at each of the cleaners I had researched. First stop: Priority. After discussing my shirts with Gloria, I left all six with her. And I've never looked back. These guys are fantastic!! They really care about your clothing and take great pains to deliver a top notch job. Prices are very reasonable and they are super nice. I can't say enough good things about this place...they do a wonderful job on my dry cleaned items for a great price. Oh, and did I mention they do same-day service for that same great price? Priority express is the best. They are green now and they have excellent customer service. they have fully reimbursed us for one or two items that have been ruined, but we have used them for years and years. Gloria is so kind and nice! We have to leave S.F. and strangely one place we're going to miss the most is our dry cleaners?!? They are that good!! read more

These are my favorite dry cleaners in the city. They will do same day service for no extra charge. They are very friendly. They actually remembered my name very early on. They also did a really good job on tailoring and did it quickly. At this place, they have very good service, so they now have a loyal customer in me. read more

I was a little skeptical about this place at first because of its 9 out of 9 five stars ratings, but with it being the only dry cleaner in the city that open on Sundays, i had no choice but to try it out. And boy was I impressed! I had called on a Saturday afternoon to confirm that if they would be able to have my suit done by Monday morning prior to bring in my suit, and their reply was 'just bring it in before 11am tomorrow (Sunday) and we will have it done by Monday'. And they sure did! And because of the new job with crazy hours, I was forced to do the same routine a few more times before I was able to get another new suit, but they not only made me not feel guilty, they sure make me feel like my suit was the priority. read more

I'm a big fan of this place, as it's one of the few places open on Sundays. They do a good job with wash and fold (dry cleaning they are good but sometimes requires a re-do, but they've always gotten it right in the end). Gloria is very professional and remembers her customers and is nice to interact with. I always have confidence when I give her my stuff that she will handle everything perfectly - just really professional and great communication when dealing with her. They are a bit pricier, but given my schedule, I keep going back. My only complaint is parking - there is none and I often have to pull into the Days Inn lot driveway next door, sprint in so I'm not towed, pick up my laundry, and run out. I am convinced I will get in an accident pulling in and out of the places I find for parking near the cleaners. That's just an issue with Lombard Street in general and not of Priority Express, but it's tough b/c you do need to be able to park nearby when carrying a big bag of laundry. If they would park their vans down a bit or not always in their driveway and allow customers to pull in and out of 1 or 2 spots, it would make a huge difference for customers- even for safety given how busy Lombard is.
