I called Chris on a Thursday and requested the inspection for the upcoming Saturday afternoon. Chris accommodated my schedule without hassle. I received quotes from 3 separate companies. Chris' price quote was 41% lower than one and 19% lower than the other. Chris arrived prepared with all his equipment and a ladder (since he had to get on the roof). He was pleasant and answered all my questions in a way that was understandable. My realtor was present and was impressed by Chris' thoroughness. My realtor was surprised when I mentioned the cost. He told us his normal response time to email the final report is 24 hrs and he would get it to us (my realtor and I) no later than Monday morning. My realtor told him that was fine.
