I called Chris on a Thursday and requested the inspection for the upcoming Saturday afternoon. Chris accommodated my schedule without hassle. I received quotes from 3 separate companies. Chris' price quote was 41% lower than one and 19% lower than the other. Chris arrived prepared with all his equipment and a ladder (since he had to get on the roof).
