I came here to get my car serviced on May 2nd with the intention of getting a trade in value as well as see if there were any 4Runners that peaked my interest. I walked over and was met Paul. Paul was helpful and not pushy at all. I made sure to tell him that I was just looking but would do business given the right price. I knew prior to this that the car market is crazy, seeing as my car's trade in value was the same price as I had paid for if 40k miles ago. We went out on the lot and looked at a couple 4Runners-they had about 4-5 on the lot. He started off by showing me the SR5 model but I mentioned that I wanted a nicer model and pointed over to what is now, Remy. He said I could test drive it despite still not wanting to make a sale. He also was about to let me test drive it alone, which is not common in California at all. We test drove it and after getting back I said I liked it a lot but wanted to talk price before agreeing to do business. He still was very kind and professional. We ended up agreeing a price that was both what I wanted and fair in today's car market. Without saying the price, I ended up with an out the door price with an extended warranty and rust/paint/seat protection, and windshield protection for the same price that most people spend without the add-ons. I cannot recommend Paul enough. He is courteous, professional, and kind. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to everyone!

I brought a car here when it was called RK Toyota a few years ago. I love the service department, not always happy with the charges for things needed. However, they are fair. Not a huge fan of the sales team, decided to trade in my car recently and I was told I needed 2k down. I got it and called 3 times and the sales representative never returned my car so I went to another dealership. I still visit for the service for the vehicle purchased from here and honestly I have no complaints. Jordan in service rocks! If you have any service issues, call him. Wednesday's they have free manicures also. So be sure to schedule then so you can receive the service while you wait. They also have a kids zone. My son is 6, he will not sit still so an area just for kids is the perfect touch. I will continue to visit for my oil changes and state inspections !

David found our vehicle my wife will drive and enjoy for a very long time. The staff at Priority Hampton is top notch. Thanks to all for a great buying experience. The COSTCO Buyers program made our car buying experience extremely helpful. See David Gabris for your new car.

During my research for a 2019 4Runner, I decided to call Priority Toyota of Hampton which is 1hr 30min drive for me. They came highly recommended from one of my neighbors and I couldn't have been more impressed. I was speaking with several other dealerships prior to this and I was not getting that comfortable feeling. Tyler at Hampton Priority, along with the manager staff, was absolutely amazing! Not only did I get a great deal on my vehicle (better then anybody else by far), they treated my wife and I with the upmost respect throughout the entire process. They are very pro military and even have parking for Active Duty/Veterans. "Priorities For Life" is another bonus and was not offered at my local dealership. I rate Hampton Toyota 10/10 and will never buy a Toyota elsewhere. I will write another review after my first service. Thank you Tyler!

Paid full price for a new 2021 Tundra. No problem. They were hard to get, so I ordered it. They were supposed to add a bed step to it (at full price) prior to delivery. No problem. Supply chain issues in 2021. When I called SIX MONTHS later, I was wrongly told that part was discontinued. I can see on line they are still available. So I have to come in for a refund, and am told they are in fact available. They gave me an appointment the next day to put on. Here I am waiting over FOUR HOURS while everyone other customer passes me by. I could have ordered on line for less, and put it on myself in 15 minutes. Don't go here. Don't buy here.

The dealership has little to no ethics. If you value your time and money do not purchase here. You will over pay and be hassled.

The experience with the dealership and Nissan as a whole was absolutely disgraceful. I would recommend any other brand vehicle than Nissan to everyone I know. Being a loyal customer means nothing to these people and they will make sure you know they DO NOT care about you and what you need. The dealership pushed me off to phone number and when I called I was told to send in paperwork and make multiple fixes. They don't tell you if your paperwork is missing or if there additional steps, I had to call and find out. I paid the vehicle off with certified funds and they basically held the title for no reason. This was the worst experience I had with a company! I know this won't make much of an impact so to the BBB I go :) hope you all choose another car brand to go with and forget Nissan all together if you want a good experience.

Now that I got that out of the way, let get to the serious stuff on this review of Wynne Ford Service Department. Looking to get a tune-up completed for my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 after a "Mom and Pop" auto place couldn't remove the #1 spark plug that was singed in. After being recommended to call a Ford Dealership, I was delighted to find that Wynne Ford deals with singed parts all the time. Spoke with a bubbly individual who made me feel really good and confident to get this service done. She was confident that Wynne Ford has seen this problem before and fixed it. She offered me an appointment for the next day which was Friday. I didn't immediately take it (why I don't know) but was able to get one for the following Monday. After the appointment was set, a text was sent to my iPhone confirming it. I was set! Friday before the Monday appointment I receive a phone call from my assigned Service Advisor Casey. He was calling to double check on what service I wanted, gave me an expected price and made sure to call me if further service was required. That was important to me, calling and keeping me advised what was going on. Casey gave me a price and that is exactly what I ended up paying. The service was dong to perfection and the car runs good. There was some other problems with some other rude service advisors to change the appointment; but its not worth mentioning in this review. My recommendation is this; not matter how old your car is, always let the dealership perform tune-ups. Wynne Ford will be doing my next one. Thank you and HAPPY YELPING!

The vehicle I was going to test drive had previous damage no one told me about. My offer from the dealership was 19k I had a long winded explanation about three things: -vehicle inspection is out of date (tags are good til 27) & he would have to put my vehicle through all sorts of maintenance once he took it on even though I had all my service reports and receipts. Tires, oil change, oil filter, wipers, various fluids, brakes -minor damage reported to carfax (has been fixed before I even bought the vehicle) -that's the market value ( "we don't do that " is what I was told, said in the 10 minutes he was in his back office he found 100 similar jeeps selling for 19 in a 40 mile radius) The guy I road around with was cool had a good conversation it's the office personnel I had the biggest issues with. My vehicle was undervalued. And ironically the vehicle that I test drove was damaged and that affected the price 0% I would still have to pay the new car price and then they would most likely report that damage to carfax and affect my new vehicles re-sell value down the road and they would take no hit whatsoever...In addition to all this, I work for the US Navy and my time that I get off is very little and precious. My evening was wasted and I'll never get that valuable time back. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone please be on the lookout for shady business practices at this location.

The very day I bought the vehicle, the TPMS light came on, there was a strong burnt oil smell in the cabin, and I discovered the sunroof was leaking water. Their service department took the car back, claimed to replace a sensor, but the light came right back on during the one-hour drive home. When I brought it back, they said they couldn't help since "no fault code" showed. Months later, the TPMS issue is still unresolved. The sunroof leak was worse--on the very first night it rained, water dripped inside from the passenger visor, and I even found paper towels shoved in the corner, apparently to hide it. After multiple trips back, they said the sunroof drains were clogged, but in the process, they broke the windscreen and then stalled for weeks before finally replacing it. The oil smell was the most concerning. I was told it was just leftover oil from their change and would "burn off in a few weeks." Instead, smoke started coming from under the hood, and I had to pay $200 to tow it back. Eventually, they admitted the valve cover was leaking but refused to fix it, saying the car was sold "as is" and without warranty. When I pushed back with the General Manager, Lance, he was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to help--even after admitting it was a preexisting issue. On top of this, despite claiming the car had never been in an accident, I later found paint overspray and cloudy paint on the doors. The dealership never disclosed this. It also took them over two months to get me the title. When I finally took the car to a BMW specialist, they found: A major valve cover leak that could have caused a fire Oil contamination in the coolant reservoir (likely from mishandling during service) Needed a brake fluid flush Total out-of-pocket costs: $3,400. All of this after paying Audi of Hampton full retail price. I asked only that they do the right thing and help with the repairs, but Lance the GM refused. As a single dad with kids, I trusted a luxury dealership to provide a safe vehicle. Instead, I was given a car that was unsafe, poorly inspected, and misrepresented. I even traded a perfectly good car to them they would only give me 17k for it and put out up for sale for over 23k. I know dealers give less and I made mends with that. If you are considering buying a used vehicle from Audi of Hampton, do not rely on their "inspection." Insist on having the car thoroughly checked by your own independent mechanic before purchase. This experience has been beyond disappointing--it has been dangerous. I will never purchase from Audi of Hampton again.
