This Priority Toyota Springfield (VA) used to be in KT Jennings Toyota. I do have to say that the rude customer service at the service dept is still the same. I know its early in the morning, but it doesn't have to endure rudeness. I think I will be going to Jack Taylor's Toyota. We bought a car from Carvana and were having trouble finding a shop that accepted their warranty. Toyota Priority Springfield worked with our warranty to replace our radio. They were friendly and helpful with getting the process started, but there was a delay in the repair due to a shipping mixup. However, when I followed up with the dealership, they found they picked right back up on the job and were able to install my radio in about an hour. Now we have a working radio covered 100% by our warranty. Great service! Also, I forgot to mention: when I first brought in my car, they did a multipoint inspection and provided me with the report. In addition to that, they also filled up my windshield wiper fluid which was depleted. I thought that was a nice touch and a nod toward the good service that I would come to experience from them. read more

On February 9, 2023, I purchased a 2019 4Runner, when I made this purchased a traded a Jeep Wrangler. Of course, it had a loan in which Priority Toyota Springfield was to pay off. When making the deal we obtained a 10 day pay off, 14 days later the loan has still not been paid off. When signing documents, I signed a document stating I was responsible for any balance over the calculated payoff, of course when I signed said document, I was under the impression that the loan would be paid off with in the allotted 10 days, I will be honest my purchase seemed seamless and was very easy. Honestly, I absolutely would have given a 5-star review, however when I was asked for the review, I was also promised a black out kit would be mailed to me...well needless to say I have not received it. Truthfully the black out kit is not that important to me and had pretty much decided I just would not write a review since they did not follow through on their promise. Now it has become the principal of the matter, you made a promise on an agreement but once I pulled out of the lot you not only forgot your promise, but you also forgot to pay off my trade. Went in for oil change with Mobile 1 synthetic. I read the invoice and it said bulk oil or some equivalent. I question this implies it is NOT Mobile 1. Argued whether I asked from synthetic or not. Used Mobile since new and should have been on service history. They did changed back to Mobile 1. Salesman? sat me down for results of xx point inspection. Suggested work over $1K for various stuff. No thanks. I now go to mechanics that don't pitch up-charges. read more

Since when do dealerships not appreciate and love referrals? Apparently this one. Our salesperson, Todd, stated they do not do bird dog fees. Why would we refer him or the dealership then? I wouldn't say it was the best or worst dealership we've dealt with. We've purchased many and dealt with many and Priority is somewhere in the middle. Finance still takes awhile. At least they have a cafe. They have way too many people who try to upsell you. This was another annoying quality. However, so far the best experience has been the service department. We had to take our vehicle in recently and they were efficient. So far no complaints on that and I hope ultimately, service continues to do well. read more

I looked a car (RAV 4) and got my priority sale price from the Priority Toyota web site. And a sales person called me at the same time, asked me to come to the dealer for testing drive and see the car. So I went to the dealer to see a sale person but I was told, the car is already sold. How did the dealer sell the car in 10 minutes? I am located at Springfield and 10 mins from the dealer. I spoke a sales person 10:25am and got an appointment to see the car at 10:45am. What was that? It is Bait and Catch sales tactic. The car on the web site is only exist on the internet but not actual the dealer inventory. Then he showed me another car with less features but same sale price.... No Good, Old school sales tactic. I also called the dealer when I was driving back to home trying to explain it. Then another sales manager said if I pay the sticker invoice, they can get the same car. The sticker price was 30,034 and sale price I had 27169 from the dealer. It is $3000 difference. Attempted to return my leased RAV4 here and purchase a minivan and it was an awful, deceiving experience. A Toyota associate took my Rav4 keys upon arrival and immediately directed me to my salesman without any explanation. Wendell (my salesman, who was actually very nice and professional) took me to look at vehicles. When I returned to the counter and informed them I wanted to buy out my lease and purchase the RAV4 vehicle and trade it in, using the higher trade in value to put towards a van, a gentleman named Allen informed that I couldn't because he had already "zeroed" my lease, despite the fact that I hadn't been told any of this nor had I signed a single document. Furthermore, he was incredibly rude and in a heated exchange told me what an inconvenience this was to try and switch etc. My sales associate suggested I sit down at his desk, while they figured this all out. He then went to find out what was going on because I just wanted to leave at this point. When he came back, I was told that I couldn't do anything because Toyota had already taken the vehicle back and therefore my lease was up. Again, despite the fact that I had not been informed, had not signed and had agreed to none of this. I was extremely nervous at this point because, I felt, they had taken my keys and virtually left me stranded there as I hadn't any other vehicle to get home. I sat there for about 10 minutes this way getting extremely agitated and nervous, culminating in a splitting headache. Finally a gentleman named Ali sat down and explained that I still had the car leased to me (phew), but my trade in value I suggested was not acceptable because of the "condition of the car." He then offered to give me a $3000 check for the difference of my lease buy out option and his Johnny-on the-spot appraised value. He said I had to make a decision "quick quick quick" because it was Friday and people wanted to go home etc. Reeling from the deception of being told I could do nothing, to these strong armed negotiation tactics, I became stressed, uncomfortable, anxious and altogether extremely uncomfortable and decided to just leave. My sales associate, Wendell, whom I did like and was truly about to buy a van from, gave me back my keys, apologized profusely and walked me out, making sure I was ok to drive. Nadir is great - very responsive, provided me with estimates quickly, worked with me to determine what service my dad's truck really needed, etc. The inside of the dealership is beautiful: plenty of space for social distancing, a kids room, a quiet lounge to work while waiting, a cafe, etc. I will definitely bring my dad's truck here for all future work that is needed. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the high pricing - they charged $25 PER wiper blade, etc. For the excellent service, I guess the high prices are necessary. Still an excellent service provider for my dad's Tacoma. Keep up the great work guys! read more

I waited a while to post this because I wanted to see if the General Manager would actually take the time to respond to my direct email. He did not... So, here's our experience with their service department. This was for my wife's RAV4, it had some paint chips and we brought it in for repair covered under warranty. The guy we initially spoke to, I can't remember his name and I won't describe him because honestly, I'm gonna go easy on him. He's probably a nice guy once you get to know him, but he's just not destined to work in customer service. I should know, I'm one those people myself! I can't stand the general public. Anyway,... The service took much longer than expected. I had a car in for body repair and paint once and it was 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure her RAV4 was with them for almost 4 weeks. We almost had to wait even longer because the techs "lost a part" and would have had to order a new one. Luckily, they found the part and we got to pick it back up shortly after that. The second part is the details on the interior. The inside of the car was a mess. My wife found trash in the car and a cloth. The interior was very dusty. I understand the painting process can get very messy and dust is inevitable, but it doesn't take 30 minutes to wipe the inside of the car down. I should know, because that's exactly how long it took me to clean the inside of the car. Not to mention, my wife is pregnant and with all that's going on right now, she did not to be breathing in all this left over dust. Not cool. As someone who works for an automotive marketing agency, I was relieved to learn Priority Toyota was NOT one of our clients, I'd have been embarrassed. We purchased a 2017 Highlander back in July. We worked directly with Kirk Etter (I believe) and he was a great person to work with. Very honest and upfront. The part where we were signing paperwork got really salesy with all the packages and stuff, but I understand it's a part of their job. I recently took it in for the 5000 mile service and it was quick and painless. My slaes rep Matt listened to exactly what i was looking for and was very knowledgeable in the vehicles i was intrested in (wish i could have gotten that tacoma though!). Nor Matt or any of the managers were pushy during the process. I made a service appointment for the first time at Priority Toyota online and clearly stated what I wanted done, and what coupons I had. I needed a state inspection, drivers side visor, my air conditioning was making a weird noise and I wanted it checked out, a multi point inspection, and a car wash that was complementary. I thought coming here would have a greater quality of service than smaller gas station shops since it was the same maker as my car. When I showed up, I was 40 minutes late (baby sitter problems) and felt very grateful they still took my car, but I honestly wished they would have just turned me away in the end. The first man who helped me could not find my appointment, but stated "Chris" was looking for me when he did find the paperwork. He asked me what I wanted to have done to my car and wrote down everything. I thought it was strange because I stated clearly online, but didn't think much else. I left my car there and was told I would have a quote called to me when the mechanic was ready. I missed the call (made 5 hours after I dropped my car off) I called back twice within 15 minutes, and each time they asked for the mechanic's name and transferred me to Chris's mailbox twice. I left two messages and waited. About an hour later Adam called me back and stated he had been trying to get in touch with me. I stated that my technician was Chris but he stated that Chris didn't work that day. WTF? The first man, who stated that Chris was "looking" for me and front desk, who I called twice doesn't even know who's working on my car? Is anything tracked? How could Chris even be looking for me if he wasn't there! I asked for my quote and he asked me AGAIN what I wanted done to my car. WHAT WAS THE FIRST GUY WRITING DOWN THEN? I stated again, what I wanted done and asked how much a driver's side visor would cost. He stated it should be definitely under $100.00 but would call back with the correct price. He called back about 30 minutes later and stated 170.00 for a driver's side visor..... so much for definitely being under $100.00. If I had wanted it installed it would have been $130.00 for labor. The multi point inspection, he told me, is apparently the same as a state inspection, so he stated he didn't want to do that, even though I had a complementary coupon. Since when were state inspections free and called something else? I went ahead and only got the visor part and state inspection done. When I went to pick up my car, they AGAIN could not find my paper work. Told me to talk to Adam, who then told me to talk to the front desk AGAIN. I stated that the front desk sent me to him, and he finally got up to look for my paperwork. Turns out, he switched my first and last name. They didn't do the complementary car wash, and I honestly just wanted to get the hell out of there. I dropped my car off at 7:40AM, got a finished called at 3:30. It took 8 hours to do a state inspection, and get me a visor (THERE WAS NO INSTALLATION TO BE DONE!) This is the most unorganized car service I have ever been to. I will NOT be coming back here. Instead of asking for my name or car to look up in their system when I needed help, they just kept asking me for the mechanic's name, who probably works on 213654651 cars, and relied on him to remember me! What is their computer system even for? Best person was a man wearing black in the morning, who asked me if I had been helped (which I hadn't) . The rest of the employees, just stare you down, and or are totally lost. read more

Well, Had a appointment for 6 months service. The vehicle has 8600 Mike's on it. Was told it didnt need a oil change due to lack of mileage, but would need a 36 month service at $900 in order to maintain the warranty. I complained and as told you could do a $200 service to maintain the warranty and do the oil change later. The vehicle is owned by my 80 year old Mother. It still smells new inside.We were never told that we would have to have it serviced at certain increments in order to maintain the lifetime free warranty. Also had to wait a long time when dropping off the vehicle, and also had to wait a long time when picking it up. We shouldn't treat our customers this way, especially when they are the ones that can afford to pay the higher prices that these vehicles due to their age. Disappointed. I use to refer everyone I knew to Priority in Springfield. Now I am reconsidering . I work retail for a company that has 27,000 employees plus I am in Constant contact with the general public on a daily basis. Probably 100 customers a day. Well over the course of the next month, I get around 6 phone calls from someone named Veronica at the dealership (I think she's in sales). She's wanting to know if I'm still interested in buying a car from them. I called her back finally and told her I had bought a new car a while back and why she doesn't know that. And to stop calling me. It's her job to know who has bought a vehicle and who hasn't, so this situation doesn't occur. Wonderful little unprofessional Veronica hangs up on me. I bought a BRAND NEW toyota Rav4 about two months ago and it has started ro tell me the 4WD is not working, my cruise control doesn't work, engine light is on, the sensor for lane departure is not working, so i took it to the dealer on Saturday 28th waited for about 40 minutes and it was fixed by Sunday everything was messed up again. Called the sales person on Tuesday October 31st and a service advisor Dwayne, both of them were supposed to call me back when they had a rental. I am still waiting to hear from them. So i went on Saturday 11/4 and was told by the service MANAGER Rusty that he only had 4 rentals all booked for the day but monday 11/6 he will have one for me FOR SURE after lunch time, i let him know i was coming after 5 Got there around 7pm spoke to another "MANAGER" Susan, she told me she didn't have a rental available and all her 33 rentals were taken. And that the issue wasn't a "big deal" IS A BRAND NEW CAR!!! And they want to act like is normal to have all this things within two months of buying it??? THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION, they first said 4 rentals then 33? Definitely DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! After you sign they don't care. read more

Thieves! FRAUD!! Lied about repairs needed. i called the car dealership to ask for a service under warranty, torque converter ON 2014 CAMRY. Paul explicitly told me he would not charge me if the problem is the same as the one serviced earlier, Torque converter. a day later I went to pick up my car and I was told repeatedly it is not the same repair. i inquired multiple times if the part torque converter that was fixed last time was ok, and I was told yes. the part that was fixed last time is perfectly fine and something else is wrong. They told me replacing the transmission is the only option and the estimate was $8k. Or I have to pay 145 diagnostics fee. I paid the fee and left. i take the car to another repair shop and the very first repair code that I got was torque converter. i tried to explain this to Susan, the service manager, and she just was not willing to help. its almost as if she is trying to cover up the lies of her coworker. i submitted 2 complaints to toyota itself, and recieved a call from Susan. She twice told me she will call me back after talking to higher authorities but she never did. she is a liar similar to Paul. they both lied and charged me too for it. since the last time I spoke to Susan, i called 2 more times to speak to either susan or chris, no one answered. They want to give you false information, not honor the repairs done by Toyota dealership, and still charge you for it. read more

I called on the morning of 3/6 for a wheel alignment and was told it would be 79.00 when I asked over the phone. I arrived for my appointment 40 minutes later. While checking in I notice on the paperwork they wrote down 119.00. I mention that I was told 79, they said they don't give prices out over the phone, basically telling me I'm full of crap. I asked the service adviser to look and see which employee of theirs made my appointment for me, and we could get this quickly resolved. Dana didn't do a thing and just kept saying they don't give prices out over the phone. As I'm leaving I called back in to speak with a supervisor about the entire ordeal. Eric could have cared less. Sooooo I'm sharing all my experiences with you in hopes that you take your business elsewhere, where its actually wanted. While I'm at it, I'll post all my other issues with this dealership. I've several times for an oil change, requested synthetic while making my appt, and, when checking in. Regular oil use. Several times. Its not that hard. I also had break work done once, they didn't tighten the rear caliper down properly. I had to have my car towed back to them from Tyson's. I didn't find out about the caliper issue until I tried to reverse and my car was binding up at the mall. The only reason I kept trying to give this place a chance is they are right next to my office and its really convenient for me. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I've never had a problem when I use Koons Tysons, its just out of the way for me. I'd highly recommend any shop OTHER than Springfield Priority. This brings me to my next point. When I bought my wife her new 4Runner, guess what dealership I didn't use. When you have such bad experiences with just the service side of the house, it definitely doesn't make you want to spend even more money and buy a vehicle from them. They are lucky they can't get zero starts from me as I think one star is being generous. read more

This rating is just for Priority Toyota's service. Just had my second service appointment. I would have rated it a five aside from the fact that for the second time in a row, my car wasn't washed. Not touched at all. It's a line item on the invoice. When I bought the car I was promised free oil changes, standard services at the regular mileage intervals, free state inspections and free car washes. It's petty, but I'm a stickler for rules and honest business dealings, and this was a huge selling point when I purchased the car. If you put "car wash" on the paperwork and don't wash the car, it's dishonest and I just don't understand it. Additionally it leads the customer to believe, if they aren't doing the simple things, what else aren't they doing? Just my two cents. read more

Watch out for these guys. They will try to pull a fast one on you. I was going in for what I thought was a fair deal on a slightly used 2019 Tundra. The salesman and I have been going back and forth via text/ email and settled for an out the door price but when I came to settle the deal that wanted me to finance with Toyota or pay an extra $750. I already had a preapproved loan when I walked in but the manager decided he was gonna try to get more than what was agreed. Wtf!! They wasted my time and lied to me after we had an agreed upon, written out the door price! Not once was there any discussion that the Otd price is dependent on me having to finance thru Toyota. Obviously they don't understand what "out the door" price means and they probably thought they were dealing with an inexperienced buyer. I'll never come back to these guys again! read more

UNETHICAL!! Probably the worst car dealership I have ever been to. They tried scamming me into $2,000 in dealer fees. One for a pre-delivery inspection on a certified pre-owned vehicle of $1,250 and then their dealer fee of $699. I looked at the manager and salesman and told them they were insane. They they told me they would remove the pre-delivery charge like they were doing me a favor. Very scandalous they are just trying to rip people off and the service was very poor. Now I know why the try and give away oil maintenance for life, to try and scam more poeple. That and anyone buy a car is paying $2,000 into that program.. Complete rip off!! The funny thing was they would have sold me the car if there wasn't the extra $2,000 in fees. Instead it sat on their lot for a few months and the price went lower. read more

They had this planned in advance because they said "a salesperson will call you be you arrive." They waited until 2 minutes before our appointment then called and SAID IT WAS A PRICING ERROR!!!
