Not only that, they do free shipping for all orders over $75 and everything I've ever ordered from them has arrived within 2 days (sometimes the next day). I definitely like a lot of the brands and selection of clothes , but the customer service for a boutique is rediculous. Two girls working on a Sunday afternoon barely said hello . Didn't ask if we needed a room or if other sizes were needed. They looked angry and hungover . The employees only seemed to be somewhat attentive when I put my purchases on the counter . I've shopped here before when the owner was working and the vibe was completely different . I would have spent a lot more time and money this time if the customer service wasn't such a joke . Seriously needs to get some new staff asap ! read more

This cute boutique is not too far from my house so I stopped by after work for a weekend outfit that I needed for an event. I was sweaty, tired and run down- but the owner and the gal who helped me were very nice and helpful. Not snooty at all! Beautiful and eclectic clothing. Amazing jewelry. Love their earthy decor too. i have never been to a nice clothing store where employees gave you a shopping bag to place items into. this is a flimsy excuse they've created so they can follow "suspicious" people around. there are too many customers before and after me that have complained about not feeling comfortable with how closely they are followed that i simply don't believe they are trying to make our shopping experience more enjoyable. i was not comfortable and did not feel interested in buying anything because everything seemed so untouchable. it is not only that they will follow you around, they will also keep a close eye on you all while maintaining a scowl. all i picked up was a brush to clean cups with, when i was exited to shop for more home goods and a cute dress. the brush was $12 and the employee was not even close to polite until i'd paid and the order went through. it is also true that employees will follow you around the store but completely ignore you when you're in the fitting room. terrible customer service all around. or maybe it's just the 5'8 white girl with a blonde pixie cut. such a bad customer experience that i am putting in the energy to warn people off of this place. there are plenty of other boutiques in la that carry all the same brands but do not treat you like a criminal. in fact, you feel welcomed and cared for. here they are for your benefit: individual medley, prelude and dawn, whimsy and row, the general store. 2 stars for cute clothes, but i will never step foot in here again. read more

First time in this store and while it's not huge, it is efficiently stocked with eclectic things and something for everyone; even this 57 year old mama! I had a problem with my dress two weeks after purchase, but still unworn, and it was replaced no questions asked! I didn't have my receipt, in fact I had even cut the tag out as it itched me when I tried it on in preparation to wearing it. No matter and no problem. If I could put zero stars I would ... All I can say is let the buyer beware. Poor quality with outrageously over priced items and your only recourse is a gift card for more of the same overpriced items that belong in a dollar store. Sorry but purchasing clothes through the Internet is risky and any honest and forthright store would refund your money if you were unhappy. Let's face it people edit pictures for a reason. read more

Love the product but not so much the service. Went in about a week ago after loving the products I've ordered online but had never been in store at the Long Beach location. When I got there, the sales associate let us know the covid safety measures taking place, which was fine. But after I entered, the sales associate seemed frantic and I barely received any help while the other girl in the store who looked more "on brand" was being waited on hand and foot. After a few minutes and now that I had a couple of items in my hand they offered a fitting room. If you're a curvy girl like me, heads up most items in store will NOT fit. After clothing didn't work out, I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and those were also too small but the sales associate didn't try to help find a solution and just let me know that that was the biggest size they had. I felt ashamed about my body when I left and ended up with accessories and a very stretchy bodysuit that still is a little too tight. I won't be shopping in-store here and IF I purchase I will only purchase online. read more

Frances B Appears that at a quick once over, this store caters to a more slender physique. Too bad because they have beautiful clothing that is quite unique. I pass the store daily as I live only a few houses away from them and enjoy their frequent window changes. I just wish I has been made to feel a bit more welcome. I'm obsessed with this place and I've never even been inside of it. I found them on instagram, and I have been phone ordering with them way too much.. ;) Every girl I've spoke to has been so helpful, and they go above and beyond for their customers. They carry my favorite brands, but they're so real and informative about how it will fit if I haven't tried it on yet! And without fail, everything has worked with their suggestions. They have also sent me pictures of some of my favorites to my email, and Dayna has checked in to make sure I got my order!!! (nobody does that these days!) So when I go down south to visit family, I am for sure making a stop here to meet the ladies behind the amazing service I have been given. I am almost not wanting to write this, I feel like this is my hidden gem..but they're too good not to share with other people who can appreciate quality clothes! I have would not put any stars if it was an option. I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering items from Prism online. I live in Michigan. So, I wasn't able to try the items on until I received them in the mail. Once I did I was horribly disappointed with the quality of the items. I sent an email specifically asking if I could return the items for a full refund. I was told I could. Since I live in Michigan, I don't see how you could expect me to try items on or make a final decision about my purchase without seeing the items in person. Their return policy is unclear and apparently there are no refund options available other than store credit. I would have never placed the order to begin with if I was entirely aware that I wouldn't be able to return them. read more

If you're looking for that laid back, sexy and trendy look then you've hit the jackpot. The style here is generally what you'd see all the girls wearing at music festivals or straight out of coachella. They have a ton of accessories and lots of different items from shoes, bags, belts, sunglasses, tops, bras, etc. They've updated their space so it is a bit bigger, but it is still a small-ish boutique. The ladies are quite friendly here and always willing to help. The brands that come in are usually changing depending on which brands are hot, but they always keep their style. Depending on what you purchase it can range from moderate to pricey. IE - from like... $14 for a facial clay mask to $50 for a basic white tee to $100 for denim shorts. Just try it on and if you like it, buy it. Boutiques have a very limited return policy. Prism doesn't do cash back and only does store credit. So make sure you like it before you buy it. read more
