Oh. My. Goodness... currently sitting in their blower lounge post a 2 hour treatment and all I can say is wow. I checked in a few minutes prior to my appointment just to make sure that I was arriving stress free. Upon arrival they confirmed my treatment and provided me with a little baggie for my jewelry and a quick survey to complete for my specialist. I was given clear instructions as to what to expect and was shown where the restrooms were (which I think is super helpful). Right on the dot, my specialist Tracy greeted me with such a calm and happy demeanor. She led me up the stairs to the treatment area above the salon and was completely mind blown as to how much of a transformation from the downstairs to the upstairs was. Tracy led me right to this cute little sitting area where she prepped the foot soak and then checked to make sure the water was the appropriate temperature and then asked if I would like some water or tea to drink. I opted for the tea while I was resting she had me preview some essential oils for use for the facial massage... and the rest is history... because after that... I was completely in la la land. I woke up with soft hands and arms, soft feet, destressed head and shoulders, hydrated face and a cleaning scalp with hair that you just want to run your fingers through. 10/10 would do this again... maybe even 2 weeks from now. My husband and I had an amazing experience with our 90 minute head spa. It was a body, facial, and head spa experience! The facility was clean and very chic! The spa technicians (Heaven & Vivian) were kind and attentive. They provided a blow dry and snacks after the services. It was non-stop pampering. I wish I had more time with the scalp massage. I learned about this head spa because I get my nails done next door, which is another service you should try! Friendly and relaxing service from the time I entered the building until the time I left. They give you a cute small bag to put your jewelry in. Staff do a quick assessment of your needs: areas of focus massage (I chose neck and shoulders), type of pressure (strong, soft), type of hair (highlighted, oily, dry) and sensitive areas of the skin/scalp then I was led up the stairs to a calming atmosphere. I was welcomed with a foot soak and some water or tea. When I got to my massage table, they provided me a robe to change into then gave me a big box to place all my belongings in. The box is placed under the massage table so it was with me the whole time. They started off with a head massage then they transitioned to massaging my neck, shoulder, arm, and hand with the use of hot stones; it felt so relaxing! Then they started with a facial (clean, massage, steam, serum, and use multiple derm rollers). After this, they started washing my hair and massaging my head with multiple tools. After all of this, I changed back into my clothes and went into another room where they blow dried my hair while getting a foot massage and drinking flower & fruit infused hot tea and eating snacks. I had Nikki and my sister had Tracy; they were both professional and friendly! My hair is so soft and I felt completely pampered! They're having a special this month (May): 20% off any package and if you pay cash, it's an extra 10% off (total 30% off)! I got the $160 package and paid $112 (cash) for a foot soak, facial, head, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage, hair wash and massage, blow dry along with hot tea & snacks. My sister's treatment specialist was Gillian and mine was Tracey. Both great! We started with a foot soak, then went to the tables for our head treatments that melted away shoulder, neck and head stress. We ended in a sweet little room where our hair was blow dried (not a blow out by any means but dry - which was perfectly fine with us) and we were given some tea and a snack. More relaxing than a full body massage. I got the 90 minute head spa treatment plus 20 minute extra massage. It was more relaxing than a full body massage. It's been a long time since I'd drifted in and out of that twilight sleep (I think that's what it's called). I carry most of my tension in my head neck and shoulders, so the treatment was targeted directly to my needs. I was really disappointed with my experience here. The product they used on my hair left it feeling like straw--dry, brittle, and completely stripped. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she just told me, "It's all Korean product," as if that explained or excused it. My hair feels terrible. The facial was also awful--rushed, careless, and lazily done. The lotion they used during the massage felt greasy and cheap, and the massage itself was basically someone smearing product on me with no real technique or pressure.
