So I requested a quote here on Yelp for carpet cleaning for 3 rooms and 2 hallways. I recieved 4 responses and the most reasonable was from Pristine Carpet Cleaning . The owner, Jeremy quickly scheduled an appointment that worked well for my schedule. He kept in contact with me the day of my appointment and even offered me a morning slot that someone had canceled. I declined as I preferred a later time not to interfere with my working at home hours . He promptly arrived and got straight to work . I was surprised at how many stains he was able to get out of my grown sons room. Old stains were either drastically lightened or actually removed. I reached out to Jeremy to clean the carpets in our new home and to possibly take out a stain from either a marker or pen. Unfortunately, nobody actually knows where the stain is from and the technician was not able to take it out. I was completely okay with the stain not being removed however Jeremy reached out and gave me a couple options with the stain. He even went above and beyond to reach out to someone that can possibly remove the patch and replace it. Ultimately, he came back a second time with no charge to try and remove the stain. One of the tasks was to deep clean the bath tub. While he did perform the work and the nasty tubs were much cleaner, they still look soiled. Jeremey and Dominic, the two brothers who run the business, went above and beyond. They cleaned my Grandmothers house, and the main room was very dirty with some spots were cats got sick. When they finished the carpets looked great, but Jeremey told me that if any stains came back within seven days to give him a call. There was one major cat sick spot that came back and his brother Dominic came back out a few days later and addressed the stain. I had two couch cushions that my dog soiled a few weeks ago and I could not get the scent of both the urine and cleaning product off. I sent an inquiry for a quote on Yelp and Jeremey answered immediately with a great plan and price; with guarantee! I asked when he could service the cushions and he said he can arrive at my house in under 10 mins; which he did. Jeremy took the time to listen to the problem and treat it in a way that made sense. He cleaned out the product I placed on it, then he actually cleaned it, as opposed to mixing all the chemicals; very well thought out. Very happy with the service. The next week, one of the cushions still had a minor scent, but I think it was from the air freshener I placed on it after treatment, but wasn't sure. I informed him and he came over again to re-clean both cushions just to make sure I was satisfied. I'm almost 100% sure it wasn't urine but I do appreciate that he set my mind at ease by returning and helping me out; no charge. The couches smell great now and I am very satisfied with his work!
