It was a value but work was substandard. My carpets were somewhat clean but the hard surfaces were still extremely dirty.

It's apparent that there's a reason for so many positive Yelp reviews for Pristine Cleaners. I chose Pristine Cleaners to do a tough job and I didn't have a ton of money to spend on it. After speaking with several carpet cleaners in the area it was obvious that Pristine Cleaners was more affordable but also confident that they could compete with the more expensive ones. Well, I made the right choice with Pristine Cleaners. The carpets are old and were very stained and yet Jeremy got them looking as good as I image they possibly could! He did this at a great price! I attend a church in Rocklin and we were in need of carpet cleaning, especially in hopes of having in person gatherings in the future. I found Jeremy here on Yelp and he apparently lives up to his reputation. From the first call, he was so accessible, agreeable and very reasonably priced. The pastor was there when he came to work yesterday and told me later "he did a great job". My pastor notices things others don't necessarily see, so for him to say that has to mean it was really great. Jeremy is professional, courteous and gives a good timeframe if needed. So I was looking for a carpet cleaning service. Most services give you a quote over the phone and once they arrive, they know you have your furniture moved and they have you! What do they do? All of a sudden, price goes up.. they have you, they know you don't want to move your furniture back!! I HATE the bate & switch.. Ever since I moved up here from the Bay Area, not that it doesn't happen there, that's what I have gotten!! Guy walks in and says well, it"s going to take another $150 or... didn't realize you had ... last thing you want to do is put back your furniture so you say, " ok. do it" , right , And you just got used by another carpet cleaner!! Coit and Stanley Steamer are the worst!! If they have a problem with my review: I have the bait and switch quotes to back up my claims!!!!!!!!!!!! Anywho.. got 3 quotes from Yelp.. picked Pristine because Jeremy said he would stand by his quote: I told him my sq footage needed cleaning, age of carpeting and condition. Quality of work was far beyond great, it was superior..My carpets look amazing! He even offered to come back within a week to take any stain I wasn't happy with. The person he sent in his place increased the price and was completely rude. My housemates and I wanted to get our carpets cleaned after the previous tenants, who owned two cats, left. I messaged Jeremy on Yelp for a quote, and he responded within the hour to all my questions. We paid $195 for four bedrooms and the stairs, which we thought was very reasonable, especially since we got much higher quotes from other companies. I gave him our address, and he stopped by to make sure his equipment would be able to reach our upstairs bedrooms. The only thing that required a little more coordinating was reserving a parking spot so that Jeremy's van could be close to a water source, but it was a pretty minor thing compared to the ease of the rest of the process. The day before the appointment, Jeremy texted me to confirm, and on the day of the appointment, he texted me when he was on his way. I would say his communication skills are excellent. Jeremy asked on arrival if I'd like him to wear a mask, which made me feel very safe in the COVID era. He initially said the job would take him 90 minutes, but it ended up taking more like 45. He was very fast! Our carpets look great, and we're so grateful to have fresh carpets for when we move in. Thank you, Jeremy!
