Pristine did a phenomenal job with our carpet and tile. We were starting to think about when to replace it but decided to see what a thorough cleaning would do. They made the carpet look almost new and the tile bright. They were concerned that the tile grout may not have gotten clean enough and offered to come out and trouble shoot a solution. I contact Pristine Cleaners via Yelp message as I was looking for service. I spoke with Jeremy (co-owner). Jeremy was polite, quick to respond and walked me through the process of getting an estimate for the work. I ended up scheduling with Jeremy for service in the same week. Received text message updates/reminders from an automated system. On the day of service I received text message updates that the technicians were on their way. They arrived to my house, took a quick look at the areas we would be working in. Asked a few clarifying questions and got to work. They worked quickly, were professional, cleaned up after themselves. I had an area rug and my sectional couch cleaned, there was some extra water/cleaning solution that wasn't vacuumed up by their equipment. They took the time to mop up the water. Thru then discussed how long it would take to dry and walked me through the process of getting a quote for my tiled areas and upstairs carpet. They ended the visit by taking payment, sending me an electronic copy of the invoice + receipt. I am still waiting on the quote for my next projects but that is no big deal. I'll give them a call. They offered me a magnet as well as a business card. The business card has a coupon/rebate on it. Which is great. I would like to comment on Jeremy's professionalism and timeliness. Jeremy picked up the phone within a few rings and committed to an appt that was within days. His window for us to wait for his arrival on the day previously agreed upon was only an hour (unheard of). He called the day before to confirm and was able to give me a quote over the phone. Ultimately, we did not use Jeremy because our rental did not have a water source outside the building. Jeremy was kind and gracious and refused to charge us for his time. I am writing this review well past midnight but I wanted to do the small service of celebrating a company who did a superior job on carpenter cleaning. The before picture is too embarrassing to post but the pet stains were galore and I honestly went in with low expectations. I'm like, if the carpet looks passable I'd be happy. Today was also moving in day so I was busy getting things done while the carpets were getting cleaned. Long story short I came back to the most unexpected job well done. When they say "Pristine" they really mean it. I hope to remember to update with photos of their work but they removed almost all of the stains. And the stains they couldn't get completely out still looked almost gone. That was no fault on them. This carpet was disgusting. They arrived earlier than expected. They did an amazing job and honestly they are worth the price. Skip the "$99 special" people and go with great quality work. But not only great quality work, great customer service. They were communicative throughout the whole process and so understanding. They had to not only navigate a nasty carpet but work around movers.
