I'm not huge on YELP when it comes to airing bad service. I'm very supportive of the great businesses out that really care and work hard to service customers. It's my fault I did not read further about some of the unhappy customers that used Pristine. I had the cleaning service come to my home this morning to clean. I will list the pros and cons and finish with a brief comment. Pros On time well staffed (3 house cleaners) Cons Vacuuming could have been better. poor dusting (furniture, book cases, desk, blinds) Sweeping and mopping - substandard, and it was tile flooring (too easy). Not sure what cleaning solution was used but after mopping, the area smelled moldy and musty. Shower shelves - wiped, not cleaned. Sliding door to the back yard not cleaned well. Its definitely not a "detailed" cleaning business. All I can say, to pay business 60.00 per hour for 2 1/2 hours with a crew of 3, I expected a cleaner home. I was asked to inspect and I did have them to vacuum one of the rooms and the stairs and still was substandard. Maybe they are better at smaller homes i.e., apartments. I consider my home average in size. Here's some advice: Pay more attention the sweeping/vacuuming, mopping,dusting and you will have a lot more happy customers. Im sure most home are dust traps, and it's something I hate to do and I'm sure most will agree with me. read more

Pristine's ladies showed up right on time and began kicking butt to do a deep clean of mom's house in Vegas, which she hasn't been able to clean like she used to. The place was spotless within 2.5 hours. The stove, floors, carpet, cabinets, dusting. They did a great job! Will use them again! read more

Pristine Cleaning sent three friendly, excellent cleaners to my home last week for two hours of cleaning. They were on time and started work immediately. They vacuumed and dusted three bedrooms and changed the linen in two of the rooms. They cleaned and sanitized three bathrooms, two with walls of glass. There were no streaks or watermarks anywhere when they were finished. They cleaned the hardwood floors in the hallways, kitchen, and breakfast room and moped the tile in the bathrooms, entry foyer, and laundry room. They did an excellent job cleaning stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. They even went so far and to clean the inside of my convection oven and my microwave. They timed their cleaning perfectly and were finished with everything I asked them to do with five minutes to spare. Overall, I was more than pleased with the work Pristine did for me; I've already booked them for a second appointment. read more

I am very pleased with Pristine Cleaning. They arrived on time and sent 3 ladies to clean for 2 hours. We have a 3600 SF house, 3 kids and a dog. I had picked up the clutter but there was some deep cleaning and attention to detail that needed to be done. These ladies attacked the cleaning of my house like locusts on a corn field. They worked as a team, changing sheets, making beds, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, deep cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the ceiling fans, baseboards, even the dog slobber off my upstairs windows. After my 2 hours were almost up they said they would need another hour to finish my downstairs. At that point they could have asked for my 1st born child and I probably would have handed her over. I was so happy with the job they were doing. They proceeded to deep clean my over, stove, green glass pendant lights, china cabinet, etc. My house smelled amazing. I want to find out what they use so I can dab some behind my ears. The only negative was that they chipped my favorite ceramic coffee cup when they were (hand-washing) it and didn't mention anything to me. Overall, though, great job. read more

Yay! The whole experience was straight forward, no-hassle and as expected. After exchanging a couple emails, I scheduled a first-time appointment on a weekend day. Prior to the appointment, I received a text confirming the appointment and window of expected arrival time. Although I felt it was a long window of arrival time quoted (90 minutes), I understand this is part of their process to ensure no delays or missed expectations. The team came promptly and settled themselves in. They were professional, respectful to our house and two kitties. They certainly had a good strategy of how to get started, who's doing what and had great time management (a big plus for me). The team asked me to check progress and as I gave them feedback, quickly adjusted or corrected any missed areas. What I also appreciate is Pristine followed up to check how the experience was after the appointment. Nice follow up and customer service! Being able to book appointments via email / online and texting confirmations is such a great automation and easy for me to manage. I was given a gift certificate for 6 man hours of cleaning. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone when I set up my appointment with suggested that I should use 2 of her employees for 3 hours. I agreed. My apt was very dirty and needed a deep cleaning. They arrived around 8:20am and quickly went to work. I must say I have not had my apartment look this clean and spotless since I moved in. They even got all the rings out of the toilet, which I have never been able to. They also worked non stop, not even taking a break. I would definitely plan on using them again to maintain my place as you could not do any better than what they did. read more

Excellent service. I recently moved to Las Vegas, and I hesitated for months to hire a cleaning service, because I had no idea who to hire. Finally, during a particularly hectic period at work when I just didn't have any time to clean myself, I decided to pick a company on a whim. I choose Pristine -- not knowing anything about them -- and I'm SO GLAD that I did! The two cleaners showed up on time. They were friendly, quiet, and immediately set about making my condo spotless. They paid attention to the little details. I stayed in the condo the entire time (I work from home) and I could easily focus on my work without getting distracted by them. I chose Pristine Cleaning based on their reviews and had them clean our house, last week. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. First off, I scheduled my appointment online for 9:30 am. Somehow, my appointment got pushed back to an 11:30-1:00 pm window. An hour and a half window????? That's ridiculous. At 1:15 pm, I texted them and asked what time they were going to show up. They said they didn't know and they would find out. Apparently, the ladies were running late and to make a long story short, they showed up at 2:15 pm. Wow!!!! Then, while they were cleaning, they broke a piece of jewelry that I had on the dresser. Not sure how that happened, maybe they can't see. Then after dealing with the office on the damage, I get a call saying that because the ladies had to stop to send pictures of the broken jewelry, they needed an extra 30 minutes to clean. Now, I booked a regular cleaning of 3 hours with 2 ladies. Now, the office is telling me that can't finish the job and I need to pay for another 30 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They are running a scam business and I am going to report them to the BBB. Just no common sense and hospitality at all. To top it all off, they can't clean at all!!!! My wife had to monitor them and ask why they didn't move small items to dust or sweep under dressers. She even gave them our Swiffer to use. HA!! They move very slow and of course they left without even touching our downstairs floor, office, downstairs bathroom, and laundry room. This place is an absolute joke! I bought a Groupon months back and everytime I call they tell me they are booked for at least 2 or 3 months. I am tired of dealing with this company. If they cannot handle the # of people purchasing the Groupon then they should not post 1! I call in April and they tell me I cannot have my house cleaned until August. I had my small 2 bedroom apartment cleaned by this service. They wanted to charge me $600.00 whichI thought was too high...they arranged it to $500.00 which is still too high. Well they did an adequate job, the place was cleaned, and the carpets were done nicely, but I still think that the price was out of bounds. Ladies were nice, what they did well they did well, missed a few things which I caught while they were still here and they rectified them. However, they ruined the top of my new griddle. I only clean it with cloth or paper towel, they used a scouring pad or the like. I've posted a few pictures on my FB without adding the company name. Booking the appointment was the only smooth part of this experience. My husband and I moved out of our home that we own and are putting on the market to rent. We called to schedule a move out cleaning on a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1523 square foot home. This included 3 maids with cleaning supplies for 3 hours for $205 (including a coupon discount I found online) and the additional instruction to wipe down walls. The house has no furniture left in it and brand new carpet that was installed 2 days prior to the cleaning, so this should have been plenty of time to get a good deep clean on the house before we put it on the market. The maids arrived at the wrong house and stood outside there for 20 minutes. I just happened to go outside, found them across the street, and called them over. They had the right address on their paperwork. They were pleasant, but there was definitely a language barrier. I showed them around the house and explained what areas I wanted them to focus on. I expected that they would have better cleaning supplies with them. They brought very cheap, dollar store quality cleaning solutions. I offered them the cleaning supplies that I had left over from our move and my husband and I offered to move any appliances for them to clean behind or help with anything that they couldn't reach. They got started at about 2:30. They started upstairs and got to work very fast, they seemed in a rush. Our house is not big, so I didn't want to stand on top on them while they were working, but my husband and I stayed at the home the entire time. I could hear a lot of slamming around upstairs in the master bathroom and a piece fall off something and drop to the ground. When they moved on to another room, I checked the master bathroom, and the wand to the blinds was broken off and put in the master closet. We asked about the blind wand, one maid said that's how it was when they started cleaning. My husband and I have been at the house all week getting the place ready to rent, and I know this is not the case. The toilet was all sticky in the master bathroom and walls were not wiped down, so we had them re-do that. I watched them clean the painted windowsills with bathroom cleaner, which I thought was little strange. I had to ask them to re-do fans, as they were not dusted the first time around. I saw them get started on the kitchen and were working on the inside of the refrigerator. We again offered our assistance to slide out any appliances to they could be cleaned behind, and they said they were ok. Again, everything seemed very rushed. We were frustrated by this point by asking for things to be done that were supposed to be part of the standard cleaning. This was more of a quick wipe down job than a move out cleaning. By 4:30, they were packing up their supplies and asking if everything was ok. On the surface, things looked ok--not impressive, but it seemed like that was about the best we were going to get--so we said ok and they left. Again, the ladies were nice, but there was so much of a language barrier that I don't think they understood what we wanted. We were leaving Las Vegas the next day, so instead of enjoying it, my husband and I spent our last day looking for replacement parts for the blinds, re-cleaning the bathrooms and oven that had dried on cleaner everywhere, sweeping and mopping behind appliances that weren't pulled out, cleaning the washer and dryer that were skipped entirely, wiping down fronts and backs of doors, and using magic erasers that effortlessly cleaned the range top. Our experience was so drastically different than so many reviews, I couldn't believe it. We called to express our concern and left a voicemail. We did get a call back on Monday the 17th. My husband spoke with someone, not Lorenzo though--the owner who we booked with. The gentleman he spoke with told us about the reclean guarantee, but this does us no good as we are no longer at the home l and I really wouldn't feel comfortable having them back. He said he would speak with the owner and see if there was anything else they could do. We haven't heard back from them and our credit card was charged the full amount (plus a 3% fee for using a credit card). Not a good experience! I'm sure every crew is different, but there's no way to know what kind of job you're going to get. read more

Comparing to them, Pristine House Cleaning is far more superior than others. Let's just say that after the service, I will only call on Pristine Cleaning for all my cleaning needs. Even when there was a mix-up with the billing, Jason was fast and excellent service to provide me the refunds in a speedy manner. I purchased a groupon for a three hour service. My house was already cleaned and I only needed the bathrooms cleaned, blinds dusted and the floors swept and mopped. They arrived ten minutes late because they stood outside and smoked. When they entered my home I told them the most important things I wanted done were my bathrooms, dusting and floors. Ten minutes before the three hours were up one of the cleaners went to the car to put the cleaning supplies away, while the other cleaner remained in my house and said they had to go to their next house. She sprayed the floor a few times and wiped the dirt with a towel. I tipped the cleaners, as requested by Groupon, and they left. I was very disappointed. They hadn't swept or mopped my floors and the dusting was poor. They didn't even get to clean the bathroom downstairs. I had to clean the areas I told them I wanted done by myself. I do not know why they couldn't get these things done within three hours. Lesson learned; if you want something cleaned..do it yourself. I will never use their services again. read more

I set my appointment date and time and I received a text message the day before giving me the time frame they would come and who would be coming. The two laide showed up probably 20min afyet the start time and they got started right away. They were very thorough and did a great job. I usually clean my house myself since Im very picky on how to feel a house should be cleaned but these ladies did a great job and to my liking. The ladies were nice. They did an okay job, but I felt the dusting could've been better. They didn't dust or clean the light fixtures in the bathrooms and they only used a dust mop. They didn't use a steam or wet mop on any of my floors and I ended up having to do it after they left. Not sure if I'd use them again since it was a little expensive. read more

I had a similar experience to Mrs B. I purchased a LivingSocial as well for three hours. The time was changed several times and they arrived three hours late. 90 % of the house was neglected. Between three women, they worked for 50 minutes on 1.5 small bathrooms and left dirty water in the tub. I still had to clean the bathtub and surface clean when I got home. After booking with another company that cancelled on us at the last minute, I discovered Pristine Cleaning on Yelp. What a lifesaver! After booking online (a total breeze), I received a text letting me know a representative would reach out 24hrs before our appointment. True to their word, Matt reached out to us promptly at 8am Tuesday to confirm and let me know the names of who would be coming to our home. Lidia and Sara arrived right on time, were incredibly courteous and kind, as well as very professional. We reviewed what areas of the house were priority vs. "if we have time" which was a huge help as other companies will just start without conferring with the owners of the home, and then extend the time/charge more. I would always prefer to keep the time I have booked, and to touch up any areas that were not a priority on my own. So thank you for that! The house was spotless and smelled fresh as a daisy.
