When I booked the appointment they were very helpful and easy to schedule a cleaning right away. Lorenzo who set the appointment up was super friendly and informative. The apartment came out so clean. They did a really good job. Our stove looks so new and none of those brown stains. Our bathroom was my biggest thing I wanted cleaned. They cleaned it so well it looks like the way it was when I first moved in. So they were supposed to come between 12:30 to 1 pm. Well it was 2 pm and they didn't show up so I called them and they told me that they were running late due to short staff. I wish I was notified so I could reschedule. Well I waited since they said they will be at my apartment by 2:30 and I really wanted to have all this done by 4 pm before I had go to work. But they didn't show up until 3:00 which was starting to frustrate me because I wanted this done before I had to leave work so I knew if they needed to stay late. They ended up staying for 3 hours, which I understand since they were short staffed. And I believe they might have ran out of cleaning supplies as well, so I honestly believe they did their best and it turned out super clean. Overall it was a rough start but I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out. I just wish there had been better communication so I can make rearrangements. read more

I've used a different cleaning company every time I've had to get my rental property cleaned. This time I used Pristine Cleaning and I've finally found a company that I will commit to! I needed my rental property cleaned for an open house, and I waited until the last minute to schedule a cleaning. I used Pristine's online request form and received a call back from immediately. Lorenzo was extremely helpful to coordinate around my schedule, and Pristine was there the very next morning. They showed up on time and did an extremely thorough job. I was completely satisfied with the quality of service. Even more impressive then the cleaning however was their customer service. They were extremely helpful with my last minute request, the crew that showed up was professional and courteous, and I was equally impressed when I got a follow up call a day later making sure I was satisfied with the service. In all my experiences I never received a follow up! Meghan genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best possible experience, and they clearly went above and beyond both industry standards and my expectations. Terrible customer service. I had used them for several years when I lived in my condo. Never had issues until I moved to my new home in Green Valley. Now they can't seem to give me a consistent day/time/crew. When they do show they break items in my home and/or leave things completely dirty with dirty rags and gloves behind. When I called several times to complain, I either never got a response or when I finally did they said, "Are you sure they weren't already broken?" Really? I bought 2 groupons couple of months earlier for Pristine House Cleaning. And last month, in march , I tried calling them to schedule a cleaning day for my 2 bedroom apt, but guess what?!!! When they knew that I have a groupon they told me that they are fully booked & their next available will be in AUGUST!!!!! My husband then called and asked them if they can send someone to clean ( without saying that we have a groupon but instead he was willing to pay full price). Guess what?!!! They told him they can send someone in the same week, meaning March. So we called groupon and they were really helpful and gave us a refund. I was looking for a move out clean. I came across their website. I like that they give you an online quote. Their prices were very reasonable compared to a few other companies i had contacted. I went ahead and booked them to come on a Sunday. I received a text the day before confirming my appointment. The ladies came on a Sunday, right on time. I had a 4 bed 2400sqf. They worked the entire 4 hours, and when i say my house was spotless, it was spotless. The ceiling fans, vents, baseboards, floors, windows, blinds, showers, stove, cabinets, drawers! When I called the company to inform them and ask for their insurance information they said they were refusing to accept responsibility for any damages. With both my wife and I working full time, some of the household cleaning chores were being neglected (I'm looking at you, stove...). Things were getting so bad we didn't want to have anyone over so something had to be done. I rolled up my sleeves and said no more excuses, a little hard work never killed anyone and I immediately got to work looking at Yelp! reviews. Pristine Cleaning stood out as both the most well reviewed and most frequently used service in my part of town so they got the call. Everyone involved was very responsive leading up to the scheduled cleaning time. They recommended 3 ladies for two hours to do a deep clean of my downstairs. (This included 1 bathroom, laundry room, and my entire kitchen and living room). The cleaning crew showed up within the agreed upon timeframe and after briefly telling them what I wanted done and mentioning that the cleaning would just be the downstairs as that did not get communicated to them they set to work. I mostly stayed upstairs to keep my dog out of the way but I could hear them working hard the entire time. I poked in downstairs just to check on the progress and was amazed. These ladies were moving furniture, small appliances, and whatever else was in the way to get the job done. They were tenacious and the cleaning lived up to its name. Very pristine. I have two criticisms/tips that I am not going to remove stars for as they are minor issues: The cleaners will do a great job in the time allotted and may even be able to work longer if you want but if you have something that you really want to get cleaned make sure you mention it. In my case they didn't get all the walls above my stove and sink but I can manage that and mention it next time. The other, make sure if they need to deep clean something like the stove that you make sure everything gets put back together properly. Some stuff was misaligned and the stove wouldn't light until I figured it out. Again, as a homeowner you should know how to manage your own appliances so I'm not reducing stars. My wife and I agree that Prisitne did an outstanding job for a reasonable price and we will be using them in the future and recommending them to friends. read more

I would have left a better review had the two woman who cleaned my place didn't lie and say they were there the full 2.5 hours when we all three know they were there cleaning less than 2 hrs. I have phone call records of when they called to find the building and when they called to say they were done and yet, this unprofessional company still refuses to refund me my money. They did a good job on what they cleaned, but they missed the light switches and the door frames, which is something typically cleaned on a move in or move out cleaning. I cleaned houses for 2 years and would NEVER rip off a customer, especially one who tipped me. I would have considered them for a biweekly cleaning at my new place, but I will now spread the word on their disloyalty, dishonesty, and that they CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be trusted. read more

If i could put zero stars, i would. This company came to clean my home on Saturday. I want to advise that I am not impressed to say the least. The two girls finished 40 minutes early. Come to find the baseboards were NOT done at all and the dirt was just pushed around into the corners with the mop. The mirrors could have been done better at the top as well (both bathroom and closets). How about taking the time to sweep better or maybe vacuum the dust and crumbs off the floor prior to getting the wet mop out. Needless, to say after spending the money for a 3 hour service, we ended up cleaning the baseboards and also the wood flooring ourselves (which, the whole house is wood flooring). When the girls were finished, I was asked if I wanted to check. Of course, the floors hadn't even finished drying completely in the last room. Not sure how I can thoroughly check when the floors are still wet. They should slow down and give people what they're paying for. EXTREMELY disappointed with their work. After reading great reviews and scheduling last minute I had confidence that they would be great. We scheduled move in cleaning service after purchasing our new home. I made sure the service included walls, floors, appliances, etc. I came home to find the carpets filthy, a mere attempt to vacuum, and still covered in dog hair. Could've done a much better job myself. The tile looked untouched. Dirt on the walls and base boards must not have even been wiped because it came off when I wiped my finger over it. Not too mention they left our garage door open after leaving, knowing that no one was home... The cleaning service was very good. There was 3 people who came and cleaned every inch of my house in 2 hours. Only negative is they broke the 1 glass I had near the sink with no other dishes around. I took off 1 star because they came 2 and a half hours late due to another clients house being dirtier than expected. Prestine cleaning did an amazing job. I recently had wood floors put in my master bedroom and closet and there was dust everywhere! I figured I would have someone clean up the mess then do it myself. I live alone and the rest of the house stays pretty clean, I just wanted someone to come and dust the house, sweep and mop. But the main focus was my master bedroom and closet. I was able to get a hold of someone in the office and give them specific instructions on what I wanted and what to focus on. I was at work when they came so my fiancé let them in. When I walked into my bedroom, everything was clean. Walls, ceiling fan, floors, shutters, you name it, they cleaned it. As if two days before no floors had been cut and installed in this room. I used Pristine House Cleaning to clean our house after having our family Christmas party. I had arranged for them to come and clean, knowing good and well I would not be up for the task. That afternoon the staff arrived exactly at the time we had arranged, and proceeded to dispose of all the trash, clean the dishes, and wash all the counter tops and tables. The part I was the most impressed with was that they did all of this cleaning with minimal noise and did not disturb my husbands sleep. When he awoke they were already finished and gone, but he was so impressed he made a point of calling and explaining to the management that we will never use another service again and set up to have the staff come every two weeks to help with the routine cleaning around the house. Just to reassure any readers, Pristine House Cleaning is priced perfectly, we have used cleaners we have found on other sites and were not impressed at all. I hired this company based off their great reviews on Yelp for a Move Out clean and carpet cleaning. All crew members showed up within the given time slot and performed excellent work. We have two large dogs and the rental was spotless when they were done. I fully expect to get my deposit back from the property management company thanks to Pristine. My complaint is with the office/operational side of the company which is why I cannot give higher marks. When I called for a quote I was told the carpet cleaning would be $99. When my bill was emailed to me they charged my $250! I am still in the process of getting my money refunded. Needless to say, I am not happy. I hired pristine cleaning in Las Vegas over a week ago and it was the most horrific cleaning company I have ever delt with. I paid for a move out deep clean and I didn't even get a lip stick Clean. They didn't wipe down the walls (kid hand prints )or clean my floors (crumbs, noticeable hair) on the floors the Window's were not even touched. I had laundry detergent smeared all over the shelf in the laundry room and they have lied about everything. Every time I call Pristine cleaning Sabrina answer's and tells me the same thing they will call you back when they feel like it. I feel like I'm getting the run around because I've called everyday and have tried to talk with Matt or higher management and 10 days later I've received no answers or call back. During hard times of Covid there are way better companies And more honest companies who deserve the much needed business. I chose pristine because of the reviews and have been disappointed. I ordered the move out cleaning as well as carpet cleaning for the upstairs of a rental property. I checked on the job done and noticed that only the upstairs had been done. I called to ask why and was told that the house was too dirty and that the downstairs couldn't be cleaned unless I paid more for more time. I feel like they misquoted me and now they blame me. They house is vacant and was in bad shape but again I ordered a move out cleaning and was not satisfied with the upstairs cleaning. The ladies who came to clean did a great job cleaning! However they ended up missing a whole bathroom, even though I did show it to them, and weren't able to clean it because they ran out of time. I understand they must stick to a schedule but I paid extra for the "pet option" knowing that cleaning the animal hair would take extra time by not realizing that would cut into the rest of my house being finished. Shouldn't paying extra also include extra time since there's extra work to be done? Regardless of not finishing they did do a good job on everything they did get to. My biggest issue is when Nikki followed up. I thought it was great that there was a follow up but then I mentioned how one bathroom wasn't cleaned to her and she literally did not even respond. She texted and asked how everything went and I said they did a good job but didn't get to one of the bathrooms, and she didn't respond at all. Why ask if you're not going to respond? I have video and photos of the cleaning people coming to the house late. I was charged full rate. I have photos from my indoor camera of them drinking juice out of our fridge. When my husband and I came home that night the door was left open, all lights were on. We paid for move out services, but my husband kept a few things in the spare room and we kept a rug and dog beds in the house for the new tenants which were our friends moving in with a dog. When we came home all of our stuff was in the back yard under our awning and the trash bags were in the garage. The place had dust all over on almost every surface and later on we found out they left a cleaning rag in our garage disposal. Our new tenants went to check to see if the garage disposal worked for our check list and a rag got stuck in the blades and ruined our garbage disposal. We had to buy a new one. When I called, I was asked for proof. That's fair. I sent screen shots of time of vehicle pulling up, when they left and came back to leave again,the two women drinking our of plastic cups we left in a specific cupboard and lights still left on, and no one enters our home until we do at night. We were told we couldn't prove that they didnt bring their own juice and they would just give us a pro rate for the time they weren't there. No one cared that there was no integrity. Or the fact that they pulled food out of the fridge to clean and then was using that food and then put it back in the fridge. No lunch boxes were filmed being brought in. And no one seemed to think it was weird to leave every light on in the house, not close the door at all and take a suit case full of clothes and house hold items (that I told them would be there in the one spare room, and to leave alone and they said that was fine) and put it in the back yard. They did say that they are supposed to take all trash and pile it in the garage so that's something they did right. We were called liars and needed more proof besides cameras from our front door, front of the house and kitchen. Almost forgot. They called later to ask for more time because the house was dirty. I paid them extra to stay extra hours. When I checked, not only did they not stay the hours they were supposed to, they didnt even stay the extra hours they said they needed. I'm happy I kept my cameras on. Never again will I hire them, or recommend other people to trust their home to this company. read more

Do not use this company! I'm a real estate agent, I've hired Pristine in the past to clean properties on behalf of my clients and they normally do an okay job. I hired them to clean a property on July 28th, before listing it to the market and although I can't prove it, I don't believe they ever showed up. It's a vacant house and when I checked on it the following morning I immediately realized it had not been cleaned. When I called to speak to the owner, who is ALWAYS out of the office, out of town, coming in later this afternoon, etc. he said he would talk to his employees and call me back. He never did. I have had to call almost every single day just to attempt to reach him. He did call me one more time last week and again said he would look into it and call me back. He has not. It has now been two weeks. I'm done chasing this unprofessional business owner. I've disputed the charge on my credit card and I'm writing the very first bad review of my life! read more
