They did a great job, and what a help not having to keep cleaning supplies at the old place, etc and make a trip back across town to clean it myself. I have had this cleaning company over a year. There service has changed in my opinion, because I was happy with Their service. The last two months, Cleaning was mediocre.The carpet and floors were not cleaned properly. The night stands in master bedroom were not dusted, bathtubs were not properly cleaned. I reported a concerned to the company , the first time it happened and they just said "sorry". The next month the service was worse. They tried to send someone to re-clean but I was too upset. I called Pristine Cleaning and made appointment for move out cleaning and someone to help move a couch out of a upstairs condo. The cleaning crew was scheduled to arrive between 10:00am and 11:30am. At 11:30am I called the office after about 3 times of getting the answer machine, I got a person and they said the cleaners were a few blocks away and they would check on the mover for the couch. Cleaning crew arrived at 11:48 but did not come to the the door, I went out to see if they were the cleaning crew and they said they were but they were on lunch so they would come in when done. The dispatcher called back and said the mover couldn't make it and because they use a 3rd parting to do this, they have no control and it would be tomorrow morning. I told them to cancel my service for both because they had not done anything at all that they said they would do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy told me there weren't any because they work from home and he would email the owner of the company. I was paying over $300 for this service and they were not on time and one never showed up. Don't call this company for anything. They don't do what they say, use a third party to do some of the work, have no management or supervision for employees and the owner never responded. Terrible service! read more

I do not recommend this company. Me and my boyfriend just bought a new home and wanted to get it cleaned before moving in. After them taking 3 hours I still had a dead cockroach and spider on my carpet. The blinds weren't done, counters still had dust and railings still had dust and cobwebs. We also brought a ladder for them to clean the chandelier and fans and they never did any of it. I paid good money for them to basically come chill at my home. They brought cleaners back the next day and after they left we still found areas that weren't cleaned. I'm not the kind of person to complain but I can't believe this company and the cleaners they have hired, it really upset me. read more

I have never hired a cleaning service, so this was a dream come true for me. We are both super busy with working and it is hard to keep up on cleaning, and it was hard to even schedule a time we could have someone else clean. I booked the appointment online, which is even more advantageous. They texted me to verify they were coming the next day, between an hour and a half time window. This is a bit confusing on the online scheduling process so make sure you schedule early. and it made me a bit nervous, so I requested them to please come at a more specific time, as we needed to leave for work. After I did make that request, they did arrive at that time on the dot, and finished in enough time so we could leave for work when we needed to. The job was still done properly, and thoroughly. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE. Let me start off the review by saying my roommate scheduled this cleaning service on Monday 01/02/15 the cleaning crew was supposed to arrive between 11-12am and they arrived at 10:34am... Whatever. Next, my roommate and I live in a higher end mid sized two bedroom apartment with wood floors. The apartment was not trashed it was picked up for the most part and really not that dirty. Three maids arrived for TWO hours. Two out of the three maids did not speak any english at all and one of them spoke slightly, apparently she did not speak well enough to understand what we had asked them to do. The maids went through and cleaned the living room did a decent job cleaning the floors wiped down the counters, I have dark wood cabinets so YOU CAN SEE ALL THE DUST ON THEM, the cabinets were not cleaned. They forgot to wipe down the glass coffee table ( not like it was sitting in the middle of the room or anything). Whatever. Out of the two rooms my personal room i did not want the maids to touch I just didn't have time to put anything away (valuables) so i did not want them scrounging through my room "cleaning". All I wanted was the maids to fold my laundry. One basket of laundry. THEY COMPLETELY DIDNT HAVE TO CLEAN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND WAS TOLD TO FOLD MY ONE BASKET OF LAUNDRY AND DID NOT. They did a mediocre cleaning job on my bathroom.. lazy wipe down of the stainless steal sinks and nozzles on the bathtub. Oh and they forgot to wipe down handle in the tub completely covered in water stains. There was still hair all over the WHITE floors so its not like they didn't see it. Mirror still had spots on it. My roommate was not impressed with her cleaning job either. If i had not worked until 7am the night before i would have been up to monitor the maids. Oh the best part is after how unsatisfactory the service was the manager offers 75$ in return out of the 130$ (with yelp coupon). However my roommate was still charged the full amount on the card. OH and the even better part was THEY STILL EXPECTED A TIP. I don't know if maybe we come off as younger and people think that they can try and get over on us.....? or maybe these maids were flat out just lazy...? hopefully the latter of the two. I still can't get over the one thing i wanted out of the THREE maids that were in the apartment for TWO hours was to fold the laundry and they didn't. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO CLEAN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. You are seriously better off keeping your money and just cleaning yourself this service is a joke. read more

The maids who showed up late didn't speak English and didn't finish what I'd asked, probably because they didn't understand most of what I said. I really wanted to write my review yesterday immediately following my service, however I just now found the time to do so. I found this company on here when searching for maid/cleaning service. Our lease was up and after getting everything out of the house, we realized just how dirty the house was and not knowing where to start, I knew I needed help. When I called to inquire about service, I told the gentleman the size of the house as well as how dirty it was. I stressed multiple times how dirty it was. He told me that they would send 2 people out and it would take 2.5 hours and cost $150. When the morning came, the two ladies showed up towards the end of the hour and a half time frame that they gave me, but still technically on time. They got started right away and as I was leaving, they one lady came out and told me it would probably take longer than expected... Two and a half hours later I came back to see how far they had gotten. They were done with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but had not finished the living room or touched the kitchen. They tried to tell me it would take 3 more hours. I denied their additional time at $70 an hour and they left. Upon further inspection of the rooms that were done, they were not. The walls were still untouched and we had to go back through the entire house and clean again. So what did I pay this company for? Wasting my time and money? Trying to scam me into another $210? Save your time and money and give your business to someone else. read more

Terrible customer serrvice. I used Pristine for a move out clean from a rental home. The quote I received over the phone was very reasonable but 1 week later I was charged 40 dollars more than the original quote. When I called to discuss this discrepancy, I was told by Nikki that I must have misheard her quote the first time. When I escalated the conversation to a supervisor, Mitchell proceeded to tell me I may have heard Nikki wrong, or Nikki could have misquoted me, but he would not be able to refund to match the orginal quote. I find this absurd; that the company admitted they may have made a mistake, but they are not willing to correct it. This has taught me a lesson - get a quote in writing!! We had purchased prepaid house cleaning through living social website and called to book and was told that the house couldn't be cleaned for 3 months and coupon was set to expire and they said not to worry about expiration date and voucher would be honored. We called a few weeks later and were told they wouldn't honor voucher. We contacted living social and got a refund. I was a little skeptical at first because when I inquired about cleaning my 2 bedroom, 2 bath 800+ SF apartment, I was told 3 girls for 2-3 hours. I thought to myself, what in the world are 3 people going to clean in this small apartment for 2-3 hours and at double what I was paying before? It's just me and my 19 year old son living here and we clean up after ourselves but I was unhappy with the cleaning service I had been using, to the extent that I missed a month if cleaning. This is the worst and unprofessional company. I called on Thursday and scheduled service for friday. I then received a text message confirming the appointment. I was not going to be able to be there and told the person where the key would be. That friday morning I text Nikki three times in the morning while I was at work. I get home and NO ONE showed up!!!!!!!! I never received a message that they had to cancel. I guess it never occurred to Nikki the times we texted in the morning. I called them at 5pm and no one knew anything but they sure knew how to put a hold on my car. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I am still flabbergasted about the whole situation. "Kathleen" was the technician that showed up - on time and ready to work. I use the term 'technician' because she was methodical, skilled (not as easy as it looks, otherwise everyone would do it), pleasant and worked non-stop. The areas I thought were clean before she started turned out to be 'organized', not clean. Kathleen made them sparkle clean. I love to cook ( but hate cleaning the kitchen) so that area required a lot of extra love. When she was done, the place looked and felt clean and smelled fresh.
