I brought a gold 14k skull ring around January or February 2018 from this store when they were located around the block on Mulberry Street. It was a supposedly a 14 karat gold skull ring it weighed 15.3 grams originally they wanted $1000 for this ring but we were able to settle on $800 again this was back in 2018. On August 19, 2024 because of hard times I went to the jewelry district at 47 Street and I sold this ring at a place that pays the highest payout for jewelry and that I dealt with in the past to my surprise the ring came out to be 13 karat gold when I paid for a 14 karat gold ring and it was stamped 14 karat gold. Now I know for a fact, the jeweler that I bought this ring from made the ring because when I bought it. The wife of the Jewler told me that her husband designed the ring. When I went back to the store today to talk about it the jeweler asked me why I didn't take the ring back to him to buy it. I told him were you going to give me the $800 full price that I paid after I found out that the ring was under karat ?. When I asked him if he knows what "PLUMB" gold is something any Jewler should know he didn't answer me on both questions and when I asked him a few other questions he didn't answer me again now if he would've sold the ring at 13 karat gold I would've bought it because I wanted the ring at a lower price but your going and telling your customers that a ring or the gold content is a certain karat and then it's not that's not a fair jeweler. Today I made a complaint to 311. I gave my name I gave my number and I hope to get a response. The biggest piece of proof that the jewelry I bought wasn't 14 karat is a screenshot from the place I sold the ring to that had tested the ring to see what gold content it is if anybody reading this review has ever bought jewelry from Arami jeweler repair have it tested by a machine

It has been exactly one month ago today that I was in New York enjoying a pre-birthday celebration with my friends and ventured into Sky Jewelry after eating dinner at Sylvia,s Restaurant. My friend noticed Sky Jewelry and saw that they were a Pandora retailer and we went in to see if she could get a charm to remind her of our time in NYC. I personally don't care for Pandora but was persuaded to look at the more expensive jewelry by Michael and Jason. They first showed me a beautiful bracelet as I said it was beautiful and my birthday was coming up, it took some time, but being the seasoned salesman they were, I was pressured and submitted to the pressure. Jason was not done because he showed me a ring that was stunning to go with the bracelet, to make it more enticing he told me that I could get a credit card and he would give me thirty-six months (36) interest free because I had good credit. I walked out of the store with the bracelet and ring to a tune of almost four thousand dollars, as a teacher I figured that with the timeframe of 36 months the payment was doable and to sweeten the deal I was given two Pandora charms and a bottle of red wine to celebrate my birthday and purchase. Upon my return to Florida and a trip to my jeweler, I was informed that my purchase of a diamond tennis bracelet and diamond ring was actually not real diamonds but lab grown diamonds, and instead of 36 months I was given six (6) months to pay for them. In my excitement I didn't take a real focused look at the receipt and didn't think that I was being deceived! I called numerous times and Jason was unavailable and didn't return my calls. I was told by my jeweler that I should not trust people I don't know to buy jewelry from. Hard lesson, but I know that there are more good people in this world than there are dishonest and shady ones! Horrible lesson, but I will deal with it. Please be careful when you go into this jewelry store and make sure you check and double check the authenticity of what you are purchasing!

Just a plain platinum band or diamonds. Well, I thought it would be nice to have a simple diamond band the same length as the engagement ring. The staff at Windsor Jewelers matched it very well, platinum, fishtale setting to match perfectly of the other setting. They used eight, quality, appropriately sized diamonds.
