We had a plumbing emergency on Memorial Day and called all the big reputable company's first but of course they were all closed or unable to assist that day. So we kept going down the line of "plumbers near me" and came across him and he was ranked with 4.2 so we thought, why not. Well, he answers and came out same day. Was here only 5 mins and added a coupling and supposedly our problem was fixed. For the amount he charged, we took into consideration coming out on Memorial Day, etc... Well, unfortunately sometime in the night it became "unfixed" and water went leaking out everywhere underneath our home again. Not just any water but HOT WATER to boot. We didn't know it till the morning when it was pouring out on the side of our house. Called him back and again he was only here for less than 5 mins and said a minimal of 10 words to me. Problem was the same problem as before but he fixed it again by adding another coupling. ‍ If I wouldn't have gone outside I don't think he would have even told me he was here or that he was leaving. Anyways, a few hours later after he left, can you guess what happened... it started again. Hot water pouring out under my house. Keep in mind, every single time this takes place, we have to call the town to come out and turn our main water line off. This was the third time. Tried to call him and no answer. My neighbor calls from his line and guess what, HE ANSWERED. Then proceeded to tell him he didn't know when he could get back out here... it was our problem, that he had done his job & hung up the phone on him. we called another reputable plumbing company and they came out and put a temporary fix on it but said the problem would take more time to fix than what they could do that evening so we have scheduled another appointment to do just that. Funny thing, the amount of money paid to SHORTY ROBERSON for not even fixing it is the same amount of money this company is asking to actually FIX the issue and run all new lines, tap out of the hot water line, etc... #FeelingScammed #Beware

Michael was very responsive and professional, and helped us to find a restoration company as well through some recommendations. The scheduling was very easy and he arrived right on time. He was VERY thorough in inspecting our piping concerns, sewage backups, etc - he looked under, in, and on top of the house. We were very appreciative of how meticulous he was. He was also very ethical and honest in explaining what was going on that didn't need much in the way of repairs, and the few things he did have to do (replacing part of a pipe and removing a leaking valve, installing a faucet), he did very quickly! He was extremely friendly and patient. The cost was also very reasonable, for the amount of time he spent with us addressing all of our concerns. We will definitely continue to use Arbor Plumbing for our future needs!

Told me to expect it either over the weekend or on the Monday. No quote was forthcoming. I followed up 3 times over the next few weeks to try and get the quote. Finally, to give one last opportunity before I wrote a review, I called 2 weeks ago and was told the technician would call me back that day. Not surprisingly I heard nothing. I can only assume that the tech is assuming this job isn't worth his time as he'll make more elsewhere. Really wanted it to work out with these guys. I know a couple of guys who know the owner/manager and they have alot of good things to say about him. Unfortunately I can't even get a quote.
