If I could I would give them -5 stars I would. I went in today for the first time because this place had amazing reviews and since I just moved back home I need a new place. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. First of, the lady didn't even bother to use hand sanitizer or wash her hands when she began to do mine (mind you she was doing someone else's eyebrows prior to me) UNSANITARY and her hands smelled like curry, following that I asked if removing hair from the top would make my eyebrows super thin and she said no, so I trusted her, WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE #2, removing the hair from the top made them SUPER THIN and to make matters worst, she messed up the bottom and now my right eyebrow is not straight but wavy (picture the wavy eyebrow Instagram look), when I asked her if she accidentally did that she said that she could do it to my other eyebrow to make them match. IS SHE INSANE? How does a sane person ask that question? Why would I or anyone want wavy eyebrows? The smartest decision I made today was walking out of that place and NEVER GOING BACK. read more

I been growing out my eyebrows and saw that this place had good reviews so wanted to give it a try. Worse place I could have gone to! The lady did them so fast and cut me too. They are so thin, uneven and just look so terrible! I'm very disappointed. My eyebrows were even stinging like never before. She put alcohol on them as well, usually people put cream on it or something. They still sting 30 mins later. read more

NEVER AGAIN! Older lady that works there did my eyebrows an completely messed them up. She does them super fast like if she's in a rush or something. I told her I was not happy how she left them and what did she do get mad! DO NOT go here if you're trying to grow out your eyebrows! The girl who did my eyebrows completely ruined a years years worth of growing out my eyebrows. Now they're even thinner than before, pencil thin and now I'm going to have to grow out my eyebrows for another year. I should have known something was up when she asked another girl for help because not only are they thin after I told her I'm keeping them thick, but they are uneven as well. I guess you get what you pay for when you go to the ghetto and pay $7. I'm going to stick with Ulta's Benefit Brow Bar they are definitely worth the price. read more
