So, long story short, my car was backed into with a company vehicle one morning at work. I'd only just bought my car (my first) a month before this happened, so naturally I was pretty upset at the eyesore. Background story: My husband accidentally hit a cement post in the ground that caused some front bumper damage. He vetted out a few repair shops and landed on Privilege Auto. Initially we were looking to replace parts completely knowing it would be costly (a couple thousand), but we decided for now it might be better to see what could be done without replacing anything. After my husband brought the car in and Marcos looked at it, he said he could buff it out/touch it up for $120 cash. Sounded great. My husband picked it up the next day and I honestly couldn't believe that we just paid $120 for what he came back with. From a distance, the average passerby might not notice, but as the owner of the 2 year old Mustang, I was extremely disappointed. They were able to get the most obvious gray scuffs off, but for any real scratches, it looks like they took house paint (obviously not, but it doesn't match and had no clear coat) and maybe 10 min to slap some paint over them. You can still see the metal through the paint on the area just under the right side of the headlight, and the rest of the touch ups were a hot mess. To be fair, I didn't call them about it because we were about to go on vacation, this is our only car (so it would cost another $25 to drop it off and pick it up), and I don't think there's much they can do at this point. I guess there was some miscommunication of expectations here, but this is a new car, it has 14,000 miles and I thought it would be treated with a little more care. I honestly wish I would've bought a touch up kit and did it myself. Lesson learned. read more

First time there took a leap of faith after reading yelp reviews. My car needed some paint job in certain areas that is faded and patchy so I did a walk in after work. The place is sort of hidden behind a sports bar called Roadhouse not too difficult once you go there once. Marcos was very polite and honest about what I need an don't need and he gave me a reasonable time frame when it is done and told me to give him a heads up before coming over. The paint looked super clean and glossy like right out of the dealership. Also he noticed there is some overlaps in charges in the paperwork when we were looking at the total expense and he took it off to lower the price. After a run-in with a parking garage column, my car had a crumpled fender and dented door. Ordinarily, that level of damage would have required a new fender, but for a twenty year old Oldsmobile replacement parts are hard to find. Marcos and his team were able to completely straighten out the fender and the door and perfectly match the paint. I can't say enough. Shout out to Marcos and his crew. I called him a few weeks in advance to ask how much to add an aftermarket spoiler onto my 4runner and if he could do it. He told me he could do it and gave me an estimate well below all the other body shops I had called which sounded reasonable. The other places were taking advantage of inflating prices due to the pandemic. His team did an EXCELLENT job. You can't even tell it's an aftermarket spoiler. He also fixed a door panel where the wear and tear of years of usage was causing part of the panel to pull back. He did it in a jiffy.
