I needed to get an estimate for my repair. I had called several places(one place said they charge for a 'free estimate) and Privilege was at the top of the search list. I went by on the appointment time. The owner had 2 other customers with him but made sure to let me know that I was going to be helped next. He looked at the car, took me into the office(air conditioned!) and let me know what would be involved. Gave me a detailed printout of the estimate and a business card. He never tried to rush me out or anything. I also saw the owner explaining the same thing over and over to another customer because she didn't understand completely but he always smiled and was patient. read more

My experience at Privilege autobody was amazing. I called on a Friday around noon & spoke to Marcos who said it was fine to come by for an estimate with just a half hour notice. Once there, he made a quick estimate & since my problem was minimal* he was able to have my issue resolved within about a half hour while I had lunch at the Roadhouse Bar & Grill next door. I paid cash & the price was incredibly reasonable. Another shop could have easily insisted on charging hundreds for a whole new bumper. Brought in my Mazda CX-5 for a small door ding. With it being on my driver's side door I would see it every time I got in the car which was upsetting. While the dent was small, it was hit hard enough that there was some small spots of paint missing. I brought it to privilege auto body on Monday where Marcos checked the dent and gave me a verbal quote to remove the dent and touch up the paint. It was a very reasonable quote and he told me to come back Wednesday when the dent guy would be there. I came back Wednesday. The dent was removed and the paint touched up in under an hour. They let me wait in the office while it was being worked on. When I went to pay he charged me the agreed upon price. Even though it was a verbal quote two days prior he held to it and didn't try to upsell me or anything, which was refreshing as a lot of auto places I've been to would have likely tried to do this. I am very happy with the work done. I cant even find where it used to be dented. Would highly recommend this place, 5 stars. read more

This review is long overdue but I want to share what an incredible experience I had with Marcos. I recently brought in a car that my (now) husband has had for over 20 years...and it needed lots of love! He didn't realize it but I was fixing up the car he thought he had given away in order to surprise him with it as a wedding gift! I went to Marcos to help with detailing, replacing several parts (which he hunted for), installing a new radio, repairing the sunroof, etc. He was AMAZING, patient, always honest, and took care of me the entire time....wanting to make sure the gift was perfect. I went to Privilege to get a quote on a paint job for my 1990 Porsche 944. It's 25 years old and the weather had burnt the paint. Marcos ran some tests against the vehicle and recommended light sanding, buff and shine instead because I was preparing the car for sale. In the end I ended up saving thousands of dollars and the car looks great. I was told by everybody that my only option was to paint the car. But Marcos proved them wrong in less than a few minutes.
