You would need to cancel at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle, which I did. 10 days after I submitted my request to cancel my memberships, the bank account was charged $22.99. I have 2 cars enrolled in the membership, and if the other one charges, I will be very unhappy. I have tried on several occassions to call the location to speak so someone who can help me and was not able to reach anyone. I have left a voicemail for this location. Please call me, so we can resolve this issue. UPDATE: Due to the review left here and a resolution, I was asked my staff if I would delete the post, but no. I will not erase the problem I had with this business, but I will update with my experience. A staff member finally called me back and processed a refund as well as cancelled my memberships. I feel like there is something wrong with their websites form though. I double checked all the information and had someone else verify the information that I put in was correct before submitting. The staff member was gaslighting me saying that I must have entered the incorrect information so it didn't process. If the information wasn't correct, then the form wouldn't go through. Unfortunately the form doesn't give a confirmation number to prove that the membership cancellation processed. Long story-short. Just walk in to cancel the membership.

The interior is dusty and I really don't like writing this but I paid over $45 for the second next to top tier service. Also, no air freshener at all. My paint job is janky so I don't expect miracles but I spend a great portion of my day driving daily and I like it to be clean. The tires and windows are good but my doors have weird spots of cleaner. I'm really bummed about this morning.

The parking is usually always filled to beyond capacity because people have a tenancy to park there and detail out their own cars. I've also seen plenty of guys just parked there catching up with one another for a long time. Odd place for that. I've never gone without a wait to park and towel off the car. Free towels are a must so that's good but the staff that work there mainly just look at their phones. Zero customer contact unless you're texting them lmao.
