I was desperate for a pro car wash, especially interior windshields. I tried Red Carpet, was a little nervous because they were SO busy, but this was the first time I've paid for a wash that didn't leave me angry. Outside was clean and dry, and the windshields and side windows were spotless. Even the side mirrors didn't drip as I drove. I'd say Red Carpet is worth the drive and the cost. I've been to this location about a dozen times I just went in for a basic car wash and added two seat shampoo/washes. I received my car and it was still pretty messy. They didn't vacuum well, I see my hair and debris as soon as I sat down. Same goes for the back seat. Not sure what happened. I left the car for hours so it wouldn't be rushed. This place is a scam. My cousin who has a Toyota versus my bmw got a completely different price than me on both of our 2-door cars. Their "$79.99 hand-applied wax with supreme interior wash" was $99 for my car (they're the same sized car btw) then he proceeded to tell me that the 79.99 hand wax isn't hand wax, it's just a wax spray unless I pay the $100 price. AS I AM LITERALLY WATCHING HIS CAR GET A HAND WAX FOR THE SAME $79.99 PRICE. Then proceeded to tell me that it just comes with a standard wash unless I pay extra. Oh you want your rubber mats cleaned on top of the $100 wash and hand wax, an extra $10. GTFO. I'd respect the price versus them trying to scam and fluctuate prices based off car brand. There is nothing "red carpet" about this car wash. Customer service was a complete 0/10. When I went to pay, I asked if they accepted tap-to-pay and was told no. Before I could even finish explaining that I didn't have my card with me, the cashier printed an unpaid receipt, scribbled a note on it, and told me to walk it around the building to stop the wash. What makes this even more frustrating is that my sister was standing right next to me, and I had cash available. Rather than taking a moment to understand the situation or offer any assistance, the employee immediately treated me like I couldn't pay. I've been a customer for quite some time but recently I've been getting really bad car washes when I take my car in. So bad that I asked for my membership to be stopped. I've asked the managers time and time again to make sure that they vacuum my interior as much as possible and it's been a battle. I understand washing and cleaning cars is not an easy job, I've done it myself at home, so I get it but if I am paying for it, then I would hope the work would get done. I used my last credit and they didn't vacuum the back, my dogs hair were all over the inside console of the back doors. The minimal stains on the side of my seats were left there, I spoke to Pedro and he said it's hard for them to get everything and vacuum all the hairs out but I've done it myself at home. read more

The service terrible everyone is rude and the car wash is not properly maintained. The roller cloths leave scratches across your entire hood and roof. Some of that is to be expected at an automated wash but there is literal debris that needs to be cleaned off of the brushes. Instead they sandpaper your hood. read more

The car was only minimally dirty when I brought it in. It is kept in a garage. We do not eat or drink in it Easily the very worst Car Wash experience in my 58 years of getting car washes. I removed my valuables and locked my glovebox because of previous incidents at this car wash. When my car was returned I opened the glove box and it fell all the way open. One of the pins that previously kept it from opening was missing so I assumed someone had tried to force it open. I spoke to the manager, Tony, who at first insisted they didn't do it but I was calm and persistent in telling him I hadn't been anywhere else, it definitely happened at the car wash. We settled on him giving me two free car washes. I don't know what Lexus will charge me for the missing part but my car was washed well and I appreciated the manager's gesture. 4 stars might be a bit of a stretch but I do think more problems could be resolved if customers would jut speak to the manager. read more

I finally came here today and I must tell you that it's worth every penny. Very professional staff and they take care of every detail. My car was super dirty from inside and out and I was amazed by what I got back. They had to hand-wash it since it's a bigger vehicle so they charged me a bit extra which is still a fare price for what I received in return. I met the supervisor (Antonio if I remember correctly), whom I spoke with the last time when I was disappointed. He remembered me and he told the staff; Marcos to take a good care of my car. When he was finished with my car, he asked me to give an overall check and re-check. He did a good job! This was how I liked it from many of my previous visits throughout the years. Worst car wash ever! I've been here 3 times thinking it could be better the next time. The last time I spent $80 because I wanted extra things done. Guess what? It was as bad as the other two. They do not spend any time cleaning the interior, all three times I had to ask them to wipe my seats again as they were clearly still dirty. My windows from the inside had swirls of dust and whatnot. The rags they use are dirty and leave the car dirty too. If I could give ZERO stars I would. And, I never got the scent they offer in all 3 of the washes. It's a white car, it's not like it's hard to see the dirt... I used to get really good service here, I'm not sure if it's just so busy now they can't take the time or what? This rating is not for the facility but about a worker that always take his time to do his job of vacuum. My vehicle is not extremely dusty since I bring it every weekend. This guy is always an example of laziness like he doesn't want to be here. The other line moved 4 vehicles and he was doing one still. I didn't keep quiet and other worker had to help him.
