His system is archaic, and will automatically bill you for $20 on your Credit Card, even though the actual charge shouldn't be more than $5. You then often have to FIGHT with your Credit Card Company, because "Marv" didn't adjust the charge. It's really a SCAM, and I'd strongly recommend people just shop elsewhere. I don't understand all the bad reviews for this place??? It's actually amazing to have a $16 a month car wash program. You can go once a day with this subscription and they even scrub your car before you go thru the car wash. It's absolutely the best deal in town and trust me I have researched the best monthly car wash program. The people that work there are very nice. Just go there with a good attitude and you will get good attitude back. It isn't rocket science, its a car wash. Never had issues with the employees there, all are very nice people. The young bald guy (Filipino/Thai/Asian) was very very rude, it seems like he didn't like working there. I'm not sure why he works there if he doesn't like the atmosphere. He complained too much when there were only 2-3 cars in the line, you could actually see and feel his anger. Horrible quarter car wash. They don't give you the 30 second timer like EVERYWHERE else does, so if you get distracted with the machine not working properly you will run out of time and have to put in another $3. I went to use the tire cleaner and of course it was out, but it takes about 15-20 seconds to switch from each selection..... So you just stand there like an idiot as the time is running out while you wait to use a different setting. There's a much better coin-op carwash about a mile west of this one also on Saticoy, i recommend using that one. read more

I paid for a tire wash and car wash which is on special certain days of the week. Well, the guy giving directions doesn't explain himself clearly enough, so you end up having to back up as he bangs on the window! So I've been here a couple times to go through the machine wash instead of hand washing my car when I'm in a rush. Usually the guys that do the bare minimal of scrubbing before putting your car on the conveyor belt are dry in personality but whatever, however the last time I was there the guy who wasn't in the usual orange uniform was such a dick. He was wearing a white shirt and LA SnapBack while being the only one scrubbing the line of cars. Not in uniform but didn't bother me at first. So the car in front of me was some old lady and she had her car at such an angle that she couldn't get onto the conveyor belt without backing up. So I'm the car behind her and the guy in white shirt comes over and simply says "move your car" and let me remind you I have at least 2 other cars behind me. And I tell him to tell the other guys behind me to back up but obvi he doesn't. So I try to reverse a little but the car behind me honks at me. The old lady still can't get her car on the conveyor belt so he comes over again and is like "I told you to move your car" and at this point I had it with the attitude so I told him to get off his ass and tell the cars behind me cuz I'm clearly not the issue here. And he just rolls his eyes so I tell him to fuck off and I pull out of the line. I will bring my car back for me to hand wash it during the summer but never again to get it washed by these cocky ass idiots. For $8 you don't even get a decent basic wash and dry bc there's always water marks and dirt left over and now with this bull shit customer service. I'm good I'll just look elsewhere instead of coming to the hood for crappy ass service. read more
