I've done business with them for over 3 years. First they replaced my transmission very fair and very timely. The work is quality and they stand behind it. Recently my inspection became over due and they got me in right away. They diagnosed a small issue I was having and fixed it immediately. This business is about their customers. Everyone is treated more than fair and everything is explained and customer concerns are listened to. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've been customer's there for a few years and recently his attitude & demeanor is disgusting. Our whole family has brought cars to them for service, and dealt with his sob stories of aches and pains, proud daughter moments of being a SUBSTITUTE TEACHER in a local school district. He slams phones down saying " NO WE DON'T DO OIL CHANGES" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!". I've heard from many people in the area that vehicles comes back several times after doing the transmission, DO NOT TRUST Bill Fahie! Always pay CREDIT CARD in case you have to stop payment! Make sure you shop around for prices as he's a thief. The only thing holding that shop together is the lovely manager Amanda. She's absolutely a doll. Always has a smile on her face, very pleasant, professional and well spoken. Plus you don't have to hear the sob stories. Amanda, maybe teach Bill Fahie how to run a business the way you do! Amanda, we thank you for always providing us with top notch service & respect!!

Tom the owner checked it out and said I needed it to be rebuilt. He said the car was in great condition or he would not recommend that, so I had it done. I am not only extremely happy with the work they did, but I can't say enough about Tom and his crew. Before I brought my car to him, Tom spoke to me and my husband many times, and we were so impressed that we decided to go though with his recommendation. I am so happy I did. The car is running great and it's like new. Tom really cares about his customers and is the most honest person in the business we have ever met. He won't do the job if he thinks it's not worth it. It took us a while to find someone we could trust, and we finally found someone who recommended them. Now that we found this place, we would recommend them to anyone who needs a transmission.

The morning after I picked it up I found fluid in my driveway not a few drops but about a 1/2 a qt. Enough to run a couple of feet down my driveway. Turns out it's fluid from my transfer case. Their first response was, it's probably fluid on the rail. ??? Their next response was, yeah those seals sometimes leak when we change the transmission. they should have offered to change the seals. At that point, I would have paid for it. I also would have paid for the Freon that I had to add so myself. $10 bucks for a can of 134a. At Walmart . It went back to them twice and $5400 later and I still have a leaky transfer case. I drove by today and I realized that I forgot to leave a review.
