As soon as she heard we have young kids, she automatically made sure all our 2nd floor windows had child safety locks, something my husband and I never would have thought of. She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increase functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret. The windows look great and are so well sealed we have not had any drafts or smoke coming in even during the 2020 wildfires. These windows were an upgrade in appearance as well as energy efficiency. We are very happy with the Simonton windows - which Kevin recommended as maximum glass area for replacement windows, longevity and warranty support - and very happy with Kevin's work!
